“Stars, hide your fires; Let not light see my black and deep desires.”
― William Shakespeare, Macbeth

A camera comes up on a gothic cathedral, and figure shrouded in darkness, the hood covering their head, hiding their visage from the camera. That’s when music started to play, filling the church with sound and a devilish smirk crossed her face. She continued on her way out of the church to the cliff’s overlooking the ocean, their heavenly voices could still be heard outside. She took a deep breath and lifted her head, looking into the camera.

How sweet the voices of the angels. For I am of the fallen ones, the child of the unknown, paramour of darkness. Rapture denied, entranced by darkness, safe in the void of his goodness.

Night had fallen on the gothic church and the graveyard next to it. Alexandra made her way out onto the cliff, bathed in moonlight, she threw her hood back, and raised her arms to the moon. She spun around in a circle, as if bewitched by the moonlight and song being sang from the church. She focused on the camera and began to speak, clearly and in a voice as cold as the night around her.

They say the moon holds powers over humans. There are some that believe it and some that don’t. But for years the pull of the tide, the sway of major decisions, and the births of some of the greatest people to ever live have been under the light of a full moon. I myself was born under moonlight, in the middle of the worst rainstorm ever recorded during the summer. I know for a fact that the moon holds power over me. When I see it, I feel empowered like never before. It’s what gives me my strength. It’s what holds me to this earth.

Alexandra knelt down in the moonbeams, looking out over the cliff away from the camera. She felt the longing desire she felt before every match, to be at one with the night. To find sanctity in her solitude, this solitary existence she had come to know recently. She turned back to the camera looking into it.

Santos thinks his words hurt me. Kiddo, you aren’t saying anything I haven’t already heard a million times over. There’s nothing you can say that’s going to intimidate me into laying down and letting you walk all over me. Just know that if I don’t survive to face you, I can promise you, that you won’t survive the match either. I may lose, but it won’t be to you. You simply don’t have what it takes to beat me. You think that because you are young and you have the desire and the heart. That doesn’t mean that you can take out someone who is a fourteen year veteran of the business. I started wrestling in 1999. I haven’t stopped yet, and I don’t plan on letting the likes of you or Peter Gilmour is going to change that. Speaking of Peter boy… I think it’s time to move on and leave you where you belong… in my dust.

Alexandra pauses for a few moments. She knows that someone is out there in the darkness watching over her. She can feel it. She closes her eyes for a moment, listening to the sounds of nature around her. She opens them and focuses on the camera again.

.Alexandra.Callaway.
Oh Peter.. Peter... yeah you... I’m talking to you. You say you want to end my career. Darling bigger men than you have tried and they wound up in the emergency room. What do you have to say to that? I know I know… you’ll grind my bones to make your bread right. *she smirks, but her gaze goes cold.* this isn’t some fairytale child where you get to be the one on top. Oh god... the thought of that is disgusting. Simple fact is, your sad attempts at scaring me, have done nothing, but give me the fire I needed to destroy you. So... I guess I should be thanking you for that. Peter, a person can do a lot in fourteen years of wrestling. I’ve been in countless companies and seen men like you step into a ring with me, and fall at my feet. You will be no different than any of them.

She hides an evil chuckle behind her hand. She knew she had struck a nerve with the big man. But she knew his weakness now. She would use it. Just as she would use everyone else’s against them.

Matt, Natural, Jason E. Smith, Chris Legend, I feel so bad for you all. This is simply a match that you all are not ready for. Too many of us have our hearts set on winning tonight. It seems that you fella’s might not get the reaction you all truly wanted. I however can only speak for myself and if I must go through all of you, and arrive at Duke…so be it. My goal is that title, and I will stop at nothing to get there.

Alexandra looks up at the moon and stars, closing her eyes momentarily. She found comfort in them. She knew she was safe and guarded. Something about the outer most regions of space always grounded her and kept her calm in times of great anger. And know that inside, a storm was raging, it was clear to anyone who happened to catch her eye. They could see the anger growing inside her, it’s like she had bottled it up, saving it for her match. Opening her eyes she began to speak.

Mystica… if you ever want to have another tea party, let me know. We could celebrate our UNBIRTHDAYS together and perhaps talk about our inner demons. It seems your last tea party guest was a little afraid of who you really are. Perhaps you should let go of this “sanity” you are pretending to have, and accept that deep inside you in a monster and it’s fighting to break free. Let it out… its better that way. Accept your insanity and revel in it.

Alexandra smiled softly, before moving onto her last one… saving the best for last per say. Her final goal, her destiny. To go into battle with Sebastian Duke, and defeat the sleeping monster within his soul. When Alexandra would finally lay to rest the years of pain and suffering she had been through, and wake to see the carnage she left in the ring, her hand held high in victory. A victory she knew was coming in mere hours. A destiny she welcomed with open arms.

.Alexandra.Callaway.
Sebastian Duke… the man of mystery. I look forward to lasting through this match to defeat you. Defeating the Angel of Darkness would sky rocket me to fame. But you better hope that I don’t make it that far. You better pray to whatever power it is that you believe in, that I get stopped before I get there. If I should make it to you, we will see just which one of us has what it takes to be the more reasonable choice to face Eli. Personally I think it would be impressive to see me go up against him… don’t you? Eli James, defeated by Alexandra Callaway. I will best all of the kings men and win the match, simply by being the me… that that moon
*she points to it* guides me to be.

She smirked devilishly again with a wink and stands, walking back towards the church and disappearing into the darkness of the night.
