Emilia Glazkov aids the indoctrination of key staff as part of the plan to distribute a corrupted broadcast at May Day that triggers mass hysteria—unleashing the Black Rainbow's influence on the XWF audience for the first time. The chapter concludes with Maraeth’s ritualistic promo targeting James Shark for the Universal Championship.
