WRESTLER'S INFORMATION
Wrestler's Name: Steven "The Trooper" Cooper
New to XWF or a returning roster member?: New
Wrestler Date of Birth: June 8th, 1964
Height: 6'4"
Weight: 246 lbs.
Hometown: Nashville, Tennessee.
Personality: Steve is an absolute glutton for attention. He's always felt betrayed by the crowd for not having become more popular. After years of a relatively disappointing life, he's become what the young'ins call "over it." He tends to not understand a lot of younger trends in general, but he accepts it anyway just in hopes that he can establish some sort of legacy. Steven is petty, opportunistic, and pragmatic, but he'll set all of his egotism aside for the sake of getting a hint of that acceptance he's lost over the years.
Biography: Steven Cooper was a big star in his youth, being considered a bit of a prodigy amongst the American wrestling sphere. However, that bright star didn't have much in the way of staying power. Despite having retired multiple times, he always seems to come back, although this has completely wrecked his personal life. He spent the past few years as a coach, appearing to try and find a younger guy to vicariously succeed through, although his love of being a coach was more genuine than his demeanor would first imply. It is unknown what brought him to the XWF.
Looks Description: Steve wrestles in old school wrestling trunks that have faded over the years to a dullish black and bronze. He's an older guy, but he definitely doesn't look harmless and that presumption has left a lot of folks sore.
Ethnicity: White
Pic Base, if any: Tim Storm
Strengths: Cooper has been wrestling for a long time. His experience and instinctual insight is an invaluable resource for him. He has amazing ring awareness and his years as a coach have made him an adept tag team wrestler who can easily work with just about anyone effectively.
Weaknesses: His age. Steve has a bad habit of trying to move like he used to and, while he's more athletic than most 56 year olds, it just is never going to be at the same level of workrate he used to have. Beyond that, despite enjoying the boos of the crowd, he will actively sacrifice match advantage to get the audience excited. He just enjoys the cheers a little too much to always pass them by.
