"Ladies and gentlemen. As you have seen from my Anarchy promo, there is a NEW Championship belt. It is the BILLION DOLLAR CHAMPIONSHIP. This is MY championship, and as stated, I dictate the rules of my matches with my title. I dictate WHEN I defend my belt. If I decide to defend my belt in three years time, then THAT IS WHEN I WILL FUCKING DEFEND IT! If you so much as look at me wrong, you can say goodbye to your chances at having a title shot. If you make a snide remark, say goodbye to your chances at having a title shot. You can ask all you want, you can hand me any stipulation you want, just to have MY title, and I may take it into consideration. In the end, it's MY rules, MY choice of who is worthy of a title shot.

I am also here to state one thing, very clearly.

Peter Gilmour, you are hereby BANNED from chasing my title! You will NEVER get a chance to hold the most beautiful, and soon to be most prestigious championship title ever held by anyone, ever.
