I sat there watching Fuzz speak.

I must admit those words got to me.

It was only a throwaway line, but they still got to me.

He's basically saying I don't know anything about Covid-19.

He's basically saying I don't know anything about Black Lives Matter.

He's basically saying I haven't seen the rallies, the push back, the fighting, and everything to do with Black Lives Matter.

He's basically saying that I don't pay enough attention to what's going on out there in the big wide world that we call the Planet Earth.

To me you need to be four things in order not to be able pay attention to what's going on and those four things are.

1: Deaf.

2: Blind.

3: Dumb

4: Ignorant

Or all four at once.

Deaf people can't hear things. They should know things because they can see what's going on.

Blind people can't see things. They should know things because they can hear what's going on.

Dumb people are too unintelligent to know what's going on.

Ignorant people are too ignorant to know what's going on. They just don't want to know. Or care.

Or they are basically the 4 things in one. An ignorant dumb fucker who is blind and deaf.,

I'm not any of those elements.

HOME OF MASTERMIND
WELLINGTON, NEW ZEALAND

The camera fades into Mastermind's thinking room back in New Zealand, and it finds him sitting in his chair.

He doesn't look too happy.

He sits forward. Tries to open his mouth, but no words come out.

He shakes his head.

His body is shaking. Shaking with anger. He looks angry.

Once again he goes to speak, but still again nothing comes out. Again, he shakes his head.

He picks something up from the side of his chair and throws it at the camera.

The camera topples over and fizzles out.

About 15 minutes later the camera fades back into the thinking room of Mastermind. The camera is once again upright and focused. It shows Mastermind still sitting in his chair, and leaning forward. He looks at the camera. And finally begins to speak.

"It's crazy how a simple throwaway line, not really intended for you, but is about you, can affect you. It's simply amazing how something like that can cause so much angst. Just by saying that Shawn, it only proves you really don't know anything about me whatsoever. You're just a fucking muppet.

"You literally open your mouth, and words come out sprouting whatever shit you intend to throw. All I hear coming out of your mouth Shawn is shit, shit, shit. So naturally, you know it just goes on for miles."

Mastermind grabs a remote and pushes a button.


"You get the picture, Shawn. Whatever comes out of your gob, comes out naturally with you, but it's always shit.

"Now you know I can't let you get away with what you said, because it got me at my heartstrings. Right here."

Mastermind pats the place where his heart is.

"Whenever you open your mouth, I let most things fly over my head. But this, I won't pretend.... no. I can't pretend to let it fly over my head.

"By calling out others, you basically accused me of 'not knowing what is going on in the world!' How can you not know what is going on at the moment, you dipshit waste of space.

"Covid-19 has the world by its throat. According to the latest figures over 12 and a half million people worldwide have been affected by Covid-19. 12 and a half million people in what, 7 months? 7 Million have recovered thank fuck. Leaving nearly 5 and a half million still affected. And there have been just over 560,000 deaths. That's 560,000 deaths too much.

"But here's the thing between you and me Shawn. I'm a Kiwi and your American. American's are supposed to be world leaders in whatever they put their mind to, but you guys have dropped the fucking ball, where us Kiwis have picked up the ball and run with it, and showed you Americans how to handle the jandal.

For instance, let's look at our two leaders."

"I'm going to accuse you now of something Shawn. I don't believe for one minute that you know who the photo is on the left-hand side. That's New Zealand's Prime Minister, Jacinda Ardern. The most popular Prime Minister in decades. So much so she has garnered World Attention for the way she has handed the covid-19 crisis. We all know who is the American leader on the right-hand side. Donald Trump.

"So what about these two world leaders that are so vastly different, I hear you asking. You are such an ignoramus fool, that I am going to let you in on that.

"New Zealand's first Covid-19 case came on 28th February 2019. The United States first covid-19 reportedly came on 24th January 2019.

"So concerned was Jacinda that she looked ahead and wanted a taskforce to describe what would happen if Covid-19 got out of control in New Zealand. The task force came back and said New Zealand would be overwhelmed and we would in the 100's of thousands if Covid-19 got out of control in New Zealand. That's bad for a population of just over 5 Million.

"When New Zealand's case numbers topped 50, it was clear something needed to happen, and on Saturday 21st March, Jacinda went live to the nation, to announce a 4 step alert level. She put us in exactly Level 2. By Monday it was even worse. It had almost doubled from 52 to 102. And so with things starting to look out of control she went live again on the Monday to tell us we would be going into Level 4 complete Lockdown within 24 hours.

"And what was Donald Trump doing at that time?

"Blaming others. Saying that he needed to keep the country open for business. And blaming the Covid-19 on others. Jacinda didn't blame anyone but just shut down the country.

"And that happened on 11.59 p.m Wednesday night. Thursday morning we were in the State of Emergency and complete shut down. By then we had almost 200 covid-19 cases. The States had 51, 914 cases. and 673 deaths. Still Trump was blaming everyone else but himself.

"We were supposed to be in lockdown for 4 weeks. It ended up being 5 weeks. and by the time we came out of lockdown, we were down to single digits and only 19 deaths. Still it was 19 deaths too many. And at that stage the States were at 931,000 cases and 47,980 deaths.

"You going to say you are bored now. I don't blame you. I'd be bored too with Trump's response. But this is me caring you fuckwit. This is me paying attention to what was happening in the world. So you brought it on. You got me to do this. So this is on you, you mother fucker.

"And then you accuse me of being ignorant to the Black Lives Matter. How fucking dare you.

"I take you back to 15th March 2019. Christchurch, New Zealand. The day that terrorism came to New Zealand. An Australian cunt who was living in New Zealand, in Dunedin of all places, just 6-hour drive to Christchurch, opened fired on two mosques. Killing 50 people including two or three children. That was racism back then, Shawn, so bad, it makes everything look ten times worse. It happened last year Shawn. It happened to us. To us Kiwis, and I'm ignorant of Black Lives Matters?

"That's right Shawn. Jacinda Ardern helped change our gun laws because of the attacks on the mosques. Something no president has been able to do in America. Trump can't even do it. Look at his handling of the Covid-19 and he stirred up racial tensions when the Black Lives Matter protests happened. And you are calling me ignorant? Fuck off.

"Trump can't even organize a piss-up in a brewery even if he tried, and I think you can't either.

"You may use me to go off at other people, but as you can see I wouldn't try that again you mother fucker. If I put you to sleep by now because of all these stats and up to date information then that's fucking shame on you. Shame on you Shawn. Shame on you.
