THIS JUST IN::: An active member on the roster of the X-treme Wrestling Federation is accused of inappropriately touching a juvenile female and is facing felony charges in court.
According to records, Dean Moxley McGovern is facing one count of first-degree child molestation.
No information was immediately available on the amount of McGovern's bond in the case.
According to police, on May 30, 2013, an employee with a Division of Family Services requested law enforcement assistance in reference to a hotline call. The victim, who was 15 years old at the time, reportedly stated that McGovern pinned her down on the couch at his apartment and “simulated” having sex with her. The girl also reported a second event which occurred sometime in the second half of May when McGovern “pinned” her to a wall by placing his hands on the wall and simulated having sex with the victim. The victim also reported that McGovern touched her inappropriately during the simulated sex. McGovern was taken into custody on May 31, 2013, and transported to the Police Department for questioning.
During an interview with police, McGovern stated that he had sexual urges but admitted only to pinning down the victim and simulating what he called “a match” with her because her body type and skill level reminded him of somebody named Zayne Vyper.
