(The scene fades in to show Kitt Kennedy dressed in one of his finest suits walking down a long corridor with a cocky grin pasted across his face. Kitt’s cell phone begins to ring in his pocket. He stops to pull it out of the inside pocket of his suit jacket and glares at the number. He shakes his head and takes the call.)

Kitt: You better have something good for me. I’ve been waiting to show these clowns just exactly why I am The New Age Legend.

(Kitt listens and his faces becomes a scowl.)

Kitt: What do you mean I’m not in the main event!?....Against who?....Who??....Luna Hightower?…..I’m a main event caliber superstar! You hear me!? Main event!

(Kitt hangs up on the caller in frustration and jams the phone back into his pocket. Kitt shakes his head and takes off down the corridor, walking with purpose as the scene fades out to black.)

***VIDEO PACKAGE***

(The video fades in from black to a picture of Kitt Kennedy, once again dressed in his suit. As the camera slowly starts to zoom in on Kennedy’s picture, a voice over begins to speak. The voice belonging to none other than Kennedy himself.)

Kitt: I’ve been all over the world….overcoming every obstacle that has ever been thrown at me….doing what everyone said that I couldn’t do…..

(The picture disappears and a video segment of a young Kitt Kennedy, then known as Jay T, pinning a wrestler named MaC to win the DIWF Cruiser Player Championship. He is handed the title as his manager/girlfriend Babe E. Blue wraps her arms around him, both holding each other in a loving embrace in the middle of the ring to celebrate the monumental moment.)

Video: Oh my God! Jay T has done it! He’s the new champ!

Kitt: ….my first taste of championship gold…I became insatiable….

(The video cuts to Kitt as Jay T with the New Breed stable and hoisting the DIWF World Stable Championship above his head with a smile on his face, Babe E. Blue pointing to her man so the whole world can recognize their champion.)

Kitt: ….I went through the ranks like a wildfire!

(The video cuts to Kennedy pinning Kris Calloway to win the DIWF IRC Championship. Kitt grabs the title from the referee and smile as Kelsey Kennedy, formerly Babe E. Blue and Kitt’s wife at the time, straps the belt around his waist. Kitt raises his arms and tilts his head back to soak it all in. The video cuts to a ring with two men in ski masks as they beat down the FANatics at Fall Brawl 2007. 1…2…3! The camera pans in to one of the men standing in the center of the ring holding one of the DIWF Tag Team Championships. The screen begins flashing and the ski mask is pulled off to reveal a smiling Kitt Kennedy.)

Video: It’s Kennedy! He’s part of Organization 931! Dammit! Dammit! Why would he do this to the fans!? You’re supposed to be the good guy dammit!

Kitt: But the greatest of all was yet to come….

(The video package cuts to King of the Ring 2007 and the King of the Mountain match. Kitt Kennedy is standing on top of a steel cage, the DIWF World Heavyweight Championship suspended above the ring by a chain. Black Skull is slowly climbing the cage as Royal Inferno, X Raided, Psycho Werewolf, and Millennium are laid out in the ring. Kitt leaps from the cage, grabbing on to the chain holding the belt.)

Video: He’s going to do it! We’re going to have a new World Champion!

(Kitt removes the World title from the chain, hoisting it about his head as he hangs on to the chain.)

Video: I don’t believe it! We have a new champion and his name is Kennedy!

(Kitt is able to step down onto a ladder and stretches out his arms, displaying his new title in victory as confetti rains down.)

Kitt: ….I had proved that I am the best in the business today…..period. I had proven without a shadow of a doubt……

(The video quickly zooms in to Kitt standing on the ramp with the World title over his right shoulder and Kelsey leaning back against his chest, looking at the carnage left in the ring after the King of the Mountain match as officials begin to place the other wrestlers on stretchers.)

Kitt: ….I was a force to be reckoned with. The Kennedy’s ruled the world…but life had other plans…

(The video then fades to black and slowly fades back in to a still frame of the DIWF logo with “CLOSED” over it.)

Video: We regret to announce that the DIWF has officially ceased all operations as of today, May 31, 2008….

(The video cuts to a picture of Kitt and Kelsey Kennedy holding hands and smiling before it rips in half. A newspaper clipping with the headline in bold, “FORMER WRESTLING SUPERSTAR GETS DIVORCE”, slides into frame over part of the picture. Another headline slides in, “KENNEDYS NO MORE” followed by another, “THE HONEYMOON IS OVER”. The video slowly fades to black.)

Kitt: ….but like a phoenix, I rose from the ashes and overcame all the adversity that had befallen me…..

(The video fades back in to a live shot of Kitt Kennedy who has his head down. Kitt slowly raises his head, looking directly into the camera.)

Kitt: ….and here I am, one of the newest superstars on the XWF roster. It may be a new home but let me assure you, the results are going to be the same. I’m not here to be just some stepping stone for some lackluster punk to use to try to get to the top. I’ve paid my dues in this business and I fully plan to humiliate any of the so called talent here on my way to the Universal Championship. I have been told, “I don’t care what you’ve done other places, you haven’t done anything here”….

(Kitt chuckles to himself.)

Kitt: ….you better take notice of what I’ve done because history will repeat itself. Luna…..you are just the first in line and an example for everyone else on the roster on why you don’t cross me. You think you are the face of Savage Saturday Nights? (scoffs) Please, don’t make me laugh. You want to see what the future of not only Savage Saturday Nights is, but the entire XWF? Look no further than Kitt Kennedy, take a look at GREATNESS! The New Age Legend! I’m putting you all on notice and I guarantee that Kennedy will be the new face of the XWF and Luna, you are just the first step that I will wipe my feet on. Prove….me….wrong……

(Kitt stares into the camera with a determined look on his face as the scene fades to black.)
