The scene opens to the traditional view of MPN’s one-story, all brick working class home. He’s in his living room, this time in a red Hawaiian shirt and his usual dress pants. He’s seated on the couch looking into the camera as per usual.

MPB: The day has arrived…

MPN turns around, revealing a huge “2013 Louisville Cardinals National Champions” logo stitched into the back of his Hawaiian shirt to commemorate the victory of the city in which he grew up capturing the national basketball crown.

MPN: Ya see, I grew up in two cities…the city you hear weekly in my matches, hometown of the greatest actor of all time William “Fred Mertz” Frawley, Burlington, Iowa, and Louisville, Kentucky, the Derby City. I even filmed my debut promo in downtown Louisville - the little river city in the Midwest on the Kentucky/Indiana border: home of Muhammad Ali, home of the Kentucky Derby, Louisville Slugger Museum, and now the 2013 NCAA National Champions.

As a youngster I heard the stories about the national championship victories we had in 1980 and 1986, and though it took 27 years, Coach Rick Pitino took us to the top once again.

Some might say that that’s kind of hypocritical of me to back sports, or be proud of my city - I mean, that’s admitting there’s something TO life, right?

NO! If anything, backing a home city and a sports team is proof that only the leisurely, enjoyable, fun activities in life are worth putting time into - I’ve said this since the beginning!

MPN raises himself from his couch and points back at his extensive animation collection with cartoons, animated films, season collections spanning from one shelf to the next.

MPN: I’m an animation historian - this is what life is all about! The leisurely activity, the “anarcho” art, the art that doesn’t preaching anything political, scientific, or religious. Last week, I picked up another victory and it’s PROOF that finally people are paying attention to the Man Preaching Nothing, they’re seeing what “nothingness” is all about - it’s about TRUTH!

This week, they’ve put me inside of a UFC octagon against Sweet Cheapshots and Steve Davids. These men, like the rest have decided that they’re going to inflict radical brutality against me and each other so as to take themselves to that high mountaintop above.

BUT IT’S NOT TO BE!

I’m not scared of steel, flesh, bone, or blood. My truth, my words will see me through. My BELIEFS.

As you’ve seen before, I like to travel! So, I took a couple of trips this past week, one to my old hometown of Louisville, to the KFC YUM! Center, where my beloved Cardinals play. The arena is right by the Second Street Bridge which can transport one from Indiana to Kentucky and vice versa. I love this arena, and the world also knows about the animation I love. So, I decided to put a couple of fliers up…

The camera opens to MPN on scene on Second Street in downtown Louisville, KY, wearing his red Cardinals Hawaiian shirt and dress pants. Covering all of the sides of the immaculate building and the front are fliers of “Louisville Cardinals 2013 NCAA Champs” as well as those of the famous late 1990s/early 2000s Cartoon Network classic, Dexter’s Lab, saying “Dexter’s Lab, Cartoon Network World Champion.” MPN is running around frantically like a madman, taping countless flier to the walls of the building, yelling and cheering himself on as he goes.

MPN: The world must know! THE CARDS ARE THE CHAMPS AND DEXTER’S LAB IS THE BEST! Cartoons are what the world should embrace, should love…nothing more! DOWN WITH POLITICS, SCIENCE, FALSE PHILOSOPHIES! UP WITH THE CARDS AND UP WITH THE ANIMATION!

The scenes cuts back to MPN in his living room, continuing to stare down the camera, smiling.

MPN: Some may say these are the actions of a madman, and they probably are, but a madman is what this world needs! A madman preaching nothing! Take a look where else I visited!

The scene opens again to MPN, this time in Ann Arbor, Michigan, home of Louisville’s 2013 NCAA Title opponents, the Michigan Wolverines. He running around just as frantically and insane, this time with “LOSERS” written on Michigan Wolverines fliers with a big, giant red X drawn over their logo. Along with that, he has a stack of fliers, with a big red X over the logo for the famous show on Showtime known as Dexter, also with “LOSER” written on them. He’s posting the fliers on every square inch of the outside of the building, yelling “DOWN WITH MICHIGAN! DOWN WITH DEXTER!” as the scene fades back to MPN at home.

MPN: There you have it! You see, society says that the “deeper” shows on television are the ones that mean more. When I speak of Dexter’s Lab to the common man, the common man thinks I’m speaking of that stupid show about the man who kills serial killers, “Dexter”…what a crock! Dexter’s Lab, the Cartoon Network classics, the animation, that’s where it’s at. Good thing I’m the Man Preaching Nothing and not the Common Man Preaching Nothing. The common man thinks he or she must delve into these unending mazes of thought that lead them absolutely NOWHERE.

This Wednesday, I don’t care if it’s an octagon, hexagon, circle, or triangular prism…I represent Louisville, Kentucky and my Cards, I represent Burlington, Iowa and the greatest actor of all time William Frawley, and I represent the truth: NOTHING.

Cheapshots, Davids, you shall go down just like Michigan, just like modern society, and just like shows like "Dexter"...and I will feel no remorse.

May NOTHING…set you free.

MPN again stares into the camera smiling the most extreme of grins as the scene fades out.
