- suddenly, two heads appear, giving theirs backs to Cheat. When they slowly spin Cheat realised they're two familiar faces... Kim Jong Il and Gadafi's heads! They start to talk -

Gadafi: Look, Cheatie. As I was saying about me, I don't reach my almighty tyrant status trying to get other ones power. Okey, maybe I did something similar betraying my friends and the revolution I started. But what I'm trying to say it's that I borned in a tent, and I reached that status. I wasn't in the suitable conditions to be dictator, but I did it. As you, my tactics weren't the most "honest" ones. I reach some status going against a tyrant that was the almighty guy of the moment by using people's disaffection on my benefit. I gather all the forces I can and I reach my president status. And all of that happened because I BELIEVE IT. I believed I could send away all other countries companies and embassys AND I DID IT!. I believed I could implant a socialist personalist goverment... AND I DID IT!. And most important of all, I believed I could be an ally of the occidental countries despite they knew my tyrany and murders at my territory by selling them petrol at reasonable prizes and I DID IT. Maybe I get some help by other people, maybe there were bad moments, but everything I believed it, I earn it, and I did it at MY STANDARDS. I wasn't looking at any other goverments, dictatorship or anything. I did it in my standards. And that's the best thing of all. And the same goes for this little man

Cheat Lucena: I see...

Gadafi: And you are good cheating, Cheat. Awesome good. And you love it. You don't need to try get our "powers" to be evil. You're exactly the kind of person that are made to cheat, kick balls and do everything dirty in your hands to make your wins, to make your pins... you love it. And the fact that you're not a three-man person as Ashen doesn't make you less than anyone.

Cheat Lucena: I see it... I was so focused on trying to reach some new dark powers that I almost forget what I really am and what really bring me to my first PPV... to World War X-treme... that was... cheating.
