I stared at the house from the tree line, looking for any movement in the house. No one was home so I figured it would be safe. I jumped down from the tree, pulling my cloak tight around my left arm. The door was unlocked and I walked in, my dark red eyes looking around the living room.

I gripped my arm just as the light turned on.

Alexandra made her way through the door, looking at the man standing there. She held silver guns at her side, Aequitas and Veritas resting on her hips.
