Alexandra stood on the balcony looking down at the restaurant. She waited for her competitors to arrive. David stood next to her, his hand resting on her lower back. She smiled up at him softly, leaning her head on his shoulder.

"Do you think they will show up?"

He smiled at her with a soft nod.

"Yes I do."

Alexandra smiled at him, before leaning up to kiss his cheek.

Approaching the hosts of the evening from behind, is Jessie. The notepad that seems to be inseparable from her rests in her left hand. She opens her mouth, contemplating asking a question, but closes it before any words come out. Nay, she's content to just observe for as long as possible.

Alexandra stood there, feeling like someone was watching her, but she shrugged it off and continued to look down at them. So far the only people who showed up where John Austin and Christine. She felt this had to be the worst dinner she had ever planned.

"I just hope everyone else comes too."

-Being special guests for the show, Hunter Payne and Joy arrive in the limo that picked them up from the airport. The limo driver opens the door and out comes Joy happy to be in Paris. Hunter is slow to follow and looks to still be upset with Joy-


Joy: Thank you driver.


Limo Driver: You're very welcome.


Payne: Do I have to tip you? Because I could have opened the door myself.


Joy: Sorry, he's a cheapskate...


Payne: And she's a whore...


-Joy looking beautiful as always, is taking her time going in. Smiling at everybody that looks at her on the way in. Hunter the opposite however, speed walks in. Ignoring everyone and leaving Joy behind-

After Jewel and myself landed at the airport as we checked into the hotel and changed as we headed to the dinner, when we got to the dinner then we get out of the limo as i help her out then we start walking inside as i look at the place then i start to speak.

Matt Ward Wow this place sure is fit to host a wild bunch of people from this company.

I look at Jewel as we walk in deeper into the hall

Alexandra stood on the balcony with David, smiling softly noticing those who would be participating in her shove it as they arrived for their dinner.

"There they are."

In the distance, we see a red Mustang pulling into the parking lot. Andrew Morrison comes out of the driver's side, he is in a black button-up shirt with dark gray tie, and proceeds to walk over and open the passenger door. He reaches his hand down and Sarah Parsons steps out, wearing a beautiful and sexy black dress, and the two walk toward the restaurant hand-in-hand.

Andrew and Sarah look around and Andrew spots Alexandra and David watching everyone from the balcony, and waves toward them.

Yeah, I could stand here all night. Well, I could, but I'm pretty sure Anna would hate me for it.

"So, are you gonna introduce me, or what?"

She whispers to me, squeezing my right hand. How they haven't noticed us yet is beyond me. Taking a deep breath, I walk up to Alex and Mystica with Anna in tow.

"I can't speak for everyone, but I'm here. I would also like to introduce you to someone..."

I trail off, not really sure how to introduce her. She takes the lead, shaking both of their hands without saying anything. Strange; but she's always been the more social one of us two. Best not to question her...

Alexandra nods down at Andrew, smiling softly. She didn't expect everyone to come. She waves back at him and Sarah. She hears Jessie start to speak and turns around to face her.

"Oh hello Jessie. And who is your lovely guest?"

Alexandra smiled brightly and offered out her hand to shake the other's hands.

"And this handsome gentleman next to me is David."

Christine notices Matt and Jewel walking in and she walks over to him.



Christine: You look nice tonight. I take it this is your new friend.



Jewel: My name is Jewel.

Christine: Nice to meet you. I am Christine. Please... take care of him for me.

She looks at Matt.

Christine: We will talk a little later. I don't want to do it here. To many people.

-Joy heads straight to the bar. Hunter introduces himself to a few people and shakes some hands. After getting her drink, Joy runs to Callaway-


Joy: OHH EMM GEEEE!!!! ALEX!!!


-Joy does that happy girlish scream all high school girls do, then hugs Alexandra-


Joy: This place is like soooooo beauuuutiiiifulll!!!

-Hunter is left alone trying to conversate with some uninteresting Frenchmen-

Alexandra hugs Joy, before pulling back, entwining her hand with David's hand again.

"I knew you would like it Joy. I think you should get Hunt a break. He loves you."

Alexandra turns back to Jessie and her friend.

"Please, make yourselves at home."

Andrew and Sarah walk up to Alexandra and David.

Andrew: "Hello, Alexandra, it is has been a while, it is nice to see you. Thank you for inviting us to this dinner, the place is amazing."

"May I introduce you to Miss Sarah Parsons?"

Andrew momentarily lets go of Sarah's hand so that the two women can shake hands and trade introductions

Andrew extends his other hand toward David

"Hello, David, I am not sure if we had ever had the chance to meet, name's Andrew, it is a pleasure to meet you."

Jewel smiles.

Jewel: Nice to meet you Christine. I have heard about you. And yes... you have nothing to worry about. I will take care of Matt.

Christine: Good... thank you.

Christine starts to turn to leave as Jewel turns to Matt.

Jewel: She kinda looks upset. I think you should say something to her before she walks away.

She looks back as Christine who walked over and sat down feeling a bit out of place.

I look at Jewel then i start to speak

Matt Ward I am going to talk to her later, But right now let enjoy dinner tonight, before we go back to the hotel.

I look at Jewel while she starts to speak

Sarah smiles as she chats with everyone then notices her sister. She looks over at Andrew.



Sarah: She looks sad.

She notices Matt.

Sarah: Oh this could be interesting.

She keeps watching.

Alexandra smiled softly at everyone.

"Jessie, you are always welcome around me. Don't let anyone make you think otherwise."

I nod, smiling at her. What could I possibly have done to make her believe I was having issues with being around her for some reason or another? I start to retrace my motions prior to her declaration, until Anna pulls me in and kisses me on the cheek.

She's been clingier than normal since I woke from my coma, or whatever it was. We turn to find our seat, and looking back, I nod at the hosts, somehow knowing that this wouldn't be the only time this evening where our paths were to cross.

"You weren't kidding; some of the girls here are hot!"

She whispers to me as we walk through the doors, back into the building. The volume, despite being a whisper was likely enough to be heard by anyone else on the balcony. Hey; not like I could really disagree with her...

Alexandra blushed hearing Jessie's girlfriends comment, before looking up at David.

"Perhaps we should join them."

He smiled and took her hand gently in his as she placed her other hand on the railing of the gorgeous marble staircase and made her way down it. When they arrived at the table, he pulled her chair out and she sat down gracefully, before he joined her at her side and they smiled at each other.

"Thank you all for coming."

Alexandra spoke from her chair at the head of the table.

- Joy and Payne take seats near the middle. While waiting for the expensive as fuck food to arrive, Joy gets more hammered and we all know how frisky she gets when she is drunk-


Payne: -Loud whisper- What the fuck are you doing?!


Joy: -whispers- Having a little fun.


-Joy is trying to unzip Hunter's pants under the table-

-The conversation goes elsewhere as Joy tries to recreate the table scene from Wedding Crashers low key-

At the table, from his position at the right of Alexandra, David meekly looked on as his more competent significant other entertained the guests. For the most part, he was just playing the role of arm-candy to her. Not that that was a bad thing. He was rather relived that this was Alexandra's day in the spotlight, and not his. He wasn't fond of the spotlight...or light in general.

Looking to his ghostly pale hand, he gently traced the lines running up the back and up into his wrist, eventually making their way into his heart, which was beating rapidly in response to the situation. Crowds were not his strong point. Socialization: beyond him.

Mentally, David began to categorize his guests into literary archetypes and characters. This was easier for him to comprehend than the complexities of actual interaction and character discovery. Hunter; Othello. Jessie; Sherlock Holmes. Christine; Katherine. Andrew and Sarah; Algernon and Cecily. Matt and Jewel; Macbeth and Lady Macbeth.

He breathed an audible sigh of relief, the sound escaping his mouth a lot louder than he had expected. With fearful eyes, he looked to the floor, away from the eyes of those around the table.

Alexandra looked over at him sensing something amiss. She slid her hand over, taking his softly. She looked to him, giving him a reassuring smile. Although she had many guests at this party, he was the only one that mattered to her. She wished to catch his gaze, feeling as if she was in another time, perhaps the renaissance, and she was the young maiden trying to catch the eye of her knight.

As had hand slipped into his, David felt an overwhelming sense of relief. The soft contours of her palm sent him into a calm ecstasy, clearing him of the insecurity in his heart. He glanced up at her and gave her a look that said, "I'm fine now that we've made contact. She was his anchor in the storm of his mind. Something so vital to the ship; so vital to him.

Alexandra nodded to him. In the moment his eyes connected with hers, she felt a rush come over her, like a soft rainfall. It calmed the storm raging within her core. The constant battle she fought deep inside. As long as she was with him, it calmed to a dull flame, like dying embers of a fire long since past.

"Smile..David."

She whispered softly. She longed for him to feel comfortable. And just knowing they were there together, and not a million miles apart, made her happy. They were in Paris.. the city of love, they would have to find one moment away from everyone else, just a moment for them.

After calming down from talking to Matt and Jewel... Christine walks back over to John and lays her head on his shoulder. She clings to his arm a little insecure at the moment as she was fighting letting the demons loose to early.

Christine: Are you having fun baby? I think I am done mingling alone for a while. I would rather stay with you.

They walk over to Alexandra and David.

Christine: Lovely party. Thank you for inviting us.

She gives a smile as she look at John then back at her friend.

Christine: So are you ready for the show tomorrow?

The more she was next to John... the more relaxed she seemed to become. She looks over at him and smiles again.

Christine: I too am having a great time my love and I have to thank a lot of that to having the best escort I could ask for. I am glad you are having a good time as well. It tis a amazing start and should only get better.

She kisses him on the cheek. She scans the room seeing her sister happy with
Andrew and Joy with Payne... Anna with Jessie and Matt and Jewel. And all the others. Every seemed to be having a good time. She was glad about that cause she would hate to see anything ruin Alexandra's party.

Alexandra smiled at her guests and nodded as the waiters began to bring their food out. Only the best on the menu. She smiled as the drinks were poured.

"Please everyone enjoy, for tomorrow you all go into battle."

Alexandra sat at the table, watching her guests eating. She took a deep breath and sat there silently observing.

Alexandra stood gracefully, but fast, and made her way over to the wall, ripping the sign down. She spoke to the maitre de, who nodded and said nothing further but went to open a window.

"Welcome Griffin, please join us."

Alexandra noticed that Griffin started to use his nickname for her, but then stopped. She closed her eyes when he said her first name.

"I'm not so sure about that. I was starting to wonder."

She chuckled softly, shaking off the fact that he didn't call her by his nickname for her.

"There's plenty of alcohol at the bar as well."

Alexandra nods to him.

"Thank you for coming Griffin."

She smiled.

"I suppose I did get you here huh?"

Alexandra escorted him to the chair meant for him at the table.

Ally-Cat & Griff' converse... while David begins to look a bit out of place, once again. He sighs heavily, trying to remain happy for his gorgeous other half. Trying to focus on the fact that her party is going over so well, and trying not to focus too heavily on Griffin's sudden entrance into the festivities...

... a sound begins to filter through the window the waiter opened to let out Griffin's smoke.

The sound of an engine.

A motorcycle engine.

As well as the engine of something... much larger...

David twiddles his thumbs, as Alex and Griffin chuckle to themselves, talking to one another. David looks off to the side, where Joy & Payne are in a fight. ... Again.

When will that broad learn, give the man a taco, and he'll be putty in her hands...

Suddenly, a door opens, and in comes--

raYne hops off the 'cycle, and lifts his hands into the air, showing off as always, as all eyes are on him... just as he wants it. The hatred in every one of their eyes... sometimes, under the influence of his bright and sunny side... he would fear this. This anger...

... but right now? He's feeding off of it. This isn't 'raYne'... this is Reeve.

"LET'S GET THIS PARTY STARTED, DARLINGZ!!!"

They're seething. Perfect.

$hane then focuses his gaze on David/Mystica ... Griffin... and Ally. He mosies toward them, the tails of his purple tux' following behind him. He grabs a chair, pulls it out abruptly, spins it around, and sits down. Backwards, with his arms resting atop the back end.

He smiles at Ally... his gaze passes toward Griffin... with a slight glare... before settling upon Mystica. He smirks.

And says hi.





Trying to lighten David's mood. David musters a feint smile, but only for his beloved Alex... trying desperately to keep her from worrying about him.

"Davey-boy... you look glum. Smile. It's healthy."

David looks back down at the table... $hane sighs. He then looks toward Griffin.

"You know... we've never met... but you remind me of someone...

"... a certain... alien, I believe."

Alex & Griff share a bewildered look.

"OH-- wait, no, NOW I remember... that's not it. You remind me of an entirely different person. A certain, racist, homophobic BASTARD I happen to know...

"... his name is Nate.
He has absolutely NO class.
The two of you would get along splendidly."

Alex rolls her eyes at this, and Griff' looks none too pleased at the remark. $hane now focuses squarely on the gal he came here for...

"Ally-Cat." $hane sighs, and begins to smile once again.

"I'm not really here to crash the party. I'm not here to ruin it.
I'm here to make it better. Believe me."

Alex seems to exhude this feeling... as though the very thought of $hane making ANYTHING better is next to impossible. But he proceeds...

"TONY! ... it's time. Alert the waiter to lower the draw bridge. It's time to REALLY get this party going."

Tony smiles, sat upon the 'cycle. He snaps his fingers, and motions with his index finger for the waiter to come over. He does so, and Tony whispers something to him... and the waiter's eyes go wide with shock. He looks surprised... a happy sort of surprise. He then makes sure the draw bridge is lowered... and when it does...

... the vehicle that the larger engine sound belonged to earlier is finally revealed.
It's a semi-truck. That drives right over the open draw-bridge, into the castle.
The semi is jet black... with a crimson logo painted across the side...



Alexandra immediately knows what that symbol means... and she looks as if MAYBE her distain for $hane is subsiding... but only by a fraction of a percent...

"Alex... consider this my peace offering. TONY... tell them to join us."

Tony does as he's asked, and the back of the semi is opened...
... and Andy Sixx and the rest of the boys in Black Veil Brides emerge from the back of the truck, in full regalia, and their equipment is seen in the vehicle.

$hane turns his eye to Alex... and smiles. And extends a hand.

"... truce?"

Alex stares down at the hand... contemplating her action...

Alexandra glares at the man who walked in and signals for Security. They come barging in just as Griffin's hand goes to his gun, as does Alexandra's. When she pulls her gun out Jewel squeaks a little, not realizing there would be weapons.

"I said I wouldn't let anything fuck this night up and now you bring this ridiculousness into my party. What are you attempting to ruin my night?"
