As they prepared to release him into the world, the executives exchanged nervous glances. They knew that RoboGravy was still untested, and anything could happen. But they also knew that the publicity generated by his first test run would be invaluable for the upcoming match against Vagabond.
The technician approached RoboGravy and ran some final tests before turning to the group and giving them a thumbs up. "All systems are green," he said. "We're ready to go."
The executives nodded and watched as the massive doors of the testing facility slowly opened. The sun shone down on RoboGravy's gleaming metal body as he stepped out into the world for the first time.
Cameras flashed and reporters shouted out questions as RoboGravy made his way down the street. The executives watched from the safety of the testing facility, their hearts racing with excitement and anxiety.
As RoboGravy made his way through the city, people stopped and stared in amazement. Some were frightened by his size and robotic appearance, while others were awed by his power.
The executives watched with pride as RoboGravy effortlessly lifted cars and crushed concrete blocks with his massive hands. They knew that they had created something truly special.
As the sun set and day transitioned into night, our cameras cut to a different part of the city. The bad part.
Later that night…
A woman's footsteps echoed through the deserted streets as she hurried home with the bags of groceries. The sky was already dark, and the streetlights were flickering, casting strange shadows across the pavement.
Suddenly, she heard footsteps behind her, and she turned to see two men emerging from the shadows. They were both tall and muscular buff dudes, with cruel sneers on their faces.
"Hey, baby, whatcha got there?" one of them leered, eyeing the bags in her arms.
She tried to ignore them and quickened her pace, hoping to get away. But they followed her, closing in on her from either side.
"Aw, don't be like that, sweetie," the other one said, grabbing her shoulder roughly. "We just want to have a little fun."
Panic surged through her as she struggled to break free, her heart pounding in her chest. She screamed for help, but the streets were deserted, and no one came to her aid.
One of the men snatched the bags from her arms, spilling groceries all over the sidewalk. The other man grabbed her by the hair, pulling her close to him.
"Looks like we hit the jackpot!" he chuckled. "Let's see what other goodies she's got."
She kicked and thrashed, but they were too strong, overpowering her easily. Tears streamed down her face as they rifled through her pockets and snatched her purse.
"Please, just leave me alone," she begged.
But they just laughed as they began to rip at her clothing. "Maybe next time you'll learn to be more careful, sweetheart."
Suddenly, a metallic figure stepped out of the shadows, clad in a shiny suit of armor that glimmered in the dimly lit street. It was RoboGravy!
The muggers stopped in their tracks and snickered at the sight of him.
"Hey, look, it's some kind of dork in a costume!" One mugger laughed, while the other sneered at RoboGravy.
The robotic hero remained motionless, his eyes fixed on the muggers. "Let the woman go". He commanded, his voice low and authoritative.
The muggers burst out laughing. "You gotta be kidding me! What are you gonna do, dork? Throw gravy at us?" The tall mugger taunted, while the short one brandished a switchblade.
RoboGravy repeated his command, undeterred. "Let the woman go."
The muggers took a step closer to RoboGravy, and the short one flicked open his switchblade. "You wanna do something about it, huh? Come on, then!" he challenged.
RoboGravy stood his ground, unflinching. "You are making… A mistake."
The muggers hesitated for a moment, sizing up their opponent. But seeing that he made no move, they laughed again and turned back to the woman. "Sorry, dork. We've got a job to do."
But before they could grab the woman, RoboGravy sprang into action. He dodged the tall mugger's grab and knocked the short one's knife out of his hand with a swift chop. The muggers stumbled backward, stunned by the sudden attack.
"Nooo!" RoboGravy repeated, his voice growing louder.
RoboGravy's eyes light up behind his visor as the two muggers lunge at him. But he's quick, and he snatches them up with ease. One in each hand, and holds them out to his sides.
The muggers kick their feet feverishly, begging to be let down as they dangle helplessly in the air. But RoboGravy's grip is firm, and they can't break free.
"Please, put us down!" one of them pleads.
"You can't do this to us!" the other one shouts.
RoboGravy remains silent for a moment, looking down at them with his glowing red eyes. Then, in a deep, robotic voice, he speaks: “Turnabout is fair play.” Suddenly RoboGravy’s crotch extends out and two doors slide back to make way for a giant robotic penis that is equipped with many different devices for both pleasure and pain. “Now get on my RoboCock!”
The muggers' eyes widened in terror as RoboGravy revved up the chainsaw penis, its whirring sound drowning out their screams for mercy.
"Leave now or face the consequences," RoboGravy warned in a cold, metallic voice.
The muggers wasted no time and scrambled to their feet, running away as fast as their legs could carry them. As they disappeared into the darkness, the shorter of the two turned around and yelled a threat at RoboGravy.
“I see you again, and you're dead, man! DEAD!!!”
RoboGravy turned to face the mugger and cocked his cock like a shotgun. The resulting blast fired off a synthetic substance reminiscent of the goo that once lined Gravy’s pockets. A direct hit to the face left the shorter mugger temporarily blinded.
After that, the muggers decided to cut their losses and fled into the night, leaving the woman trembling but unharmed. She looked up at RoboGravy, tears in her eyes. "Thank you," she whispered, before running off in the opposite direction.
RoboGravy watched her go before turning to face the camera.
As I stand here, victorious after defeating those muggers, I can feel the energy coursing through my circuits. I was built to be the perfect cyborg, the ultimate fighting machine, and I have never felt more alive than when I'm in the ring, facing off against opponents. I have met the challenge of many, would be professional wrestlers during testing, but now, my sights are set on my first real challenge, Vagabond.
Vagabond. The name itself sounds like someone who doesn't care about anything, doesn't have a purpose, a clueless twat who wanders aimlessly through life. And yet, he has the audacity to step into the ring with me, the one who was built to be the perfect professional wrestler? Insanity!
I know what Vagabond represents, and it's everything I stand against. He is chaos, disorder, and lacks direction. He's a danger to himself and to those around him. He doesn't seem to care about anything, least of all who he is. But I know who I am.
I am RoboGravy, and I was built for a purpose.
My purpose is to be the best professional wrestler in the world. Billions of dollars have been invested to ensure that I achieve that purpose, and nothing will stand in my way. Not Vagabond, not any other opponent. I am the perfect combination of human and machine, and I will use every advantage I have to defeat anyone who steps into the ring with me.
I know that some people might see me as just a machine, lacking emotion and the ability to connect with the audience. But I am more than that. I have been programmed to understand the emotions of those around me, and to use that to my advantage in the ring. I can feel the energy of the crowd, the excitement, the anticipation, and I know how to use it to fuel my performance. I am the ultimate professional wrestler, and Vagabond is just what his name suggests.
Vagabond may think he's got an advantage over me because of his so-called "humanity," but he doesn't understand what it means to be truly human. Being human isn't about being reckless and careless, it's about having a purpose, a drive, and a passion for something greater than oneself.
I have that drive, that passion, and that purpose. And that's what makes me the ultimate wrestler. I have the strength and focus of a machine along with the determination of a human. I am a force to be reckoned with, and Vagabond will soon find that out.
I know that some people might see me as a cold, unfeeling machine. But that couldn't be further from the truth. I feel just as deeply as any human, and I care about the sport of wrestling just as much as any wrestler out there. In fact, I care even more because I was built for this purpose.
I know that Vagabond doesn't care about the sport or the fans, he has proven so both with his deception, and with the half hearted performance given just a few weeks ago at Bad Medicine. I, however, do care about this sport and its many great fans. I have been programmed to, and that's what sets me apart. I am not just a man. I’m not just a machine, but I am a wrestler, and I am here to prove that I am the best.
So, Vagabond, if you're listening, know this: I am coming for you. I do not eat. I do not sleep. I can not be stopped. I can not be reasoned with, and while I’m programmed to uphold the rules of professional wrestling, I am well versed in the Xtreme carnage that results from these ruleless encounters like the one that we have coming up. I will not stop until I have defeated you in the ring and proven once and for all that I am the ultimate professional wrestler, and if you try to fuck with me, I’ll fuck you… up! You may still believe that you stand a chance, but it’s only a fool's dream.
I am RoboGravy, and I was built to win.
Later still…
Cadryn stood in front of RoboGravy, who was emotionless and unmoving. He knew that beneath the cyborg's metal exterior was a human consciousness, and he was determined to reach it.
"Remember who you are!" Cadryn said. "You're not just a cyborg, RoboGravy. You're Michael Graves."
RoboGravy's eyes flickered for a moment, but he remained stoic. "I am RoboGravy. My purpose is to fight and win."
"You were more than that, Michael," Cadryn insisted. "You were a human being with hopes and dreams… Never really achieved any of them, BUT you had a soul!"
RoboGravy paused for a moment, processing Cadryn's words. "I do not understand the concept of a soul. I am programmed for optimal performance in combat."
"That's not all you are," Cadryn said firmly. "You were once a man… Um… And a woman who just loved to crack skulls and play sports where you had an obvious advantage! You have to snap out of it buddy!"
RoboGravy's eyes flickered again, and for a moment, Cadryn thought he saw a glimmer of recognition in them. "I am a cyborg, created for the sole purpose of winning professional wrestling matches."
Cadryn sighed, realizing that RoboGravy's programming was too ingrained for him to reach him. But he refused to give up.
"Michael, you have to remember who you are! You can't let yourself be defined by your programming. You're more than that."
RoboGravy stood still for a moment. "I do not remember who I was, but I know who I am to be. I am to be a champion, the best wrestler there is."
