OOC: Yeah, I'm gonna step in it because this really bugs me. Look, I don't know you that well but apparently you've been here for ages, so I don't understand how you can feel that management is out to get you. If they really wanted you gone you wouldn't have been here as long as you have been.

I have no skin in this game. I'm not management or anything, but I've seen attitudes like yours many times before and its usually found in people who would rather complain than take the time to improve. I've read your work and while it's certainly not bad it's....serviceable. I don't know if you used to be capable of more or what, but with what you're putting out now I can see why it just doesn't have the "punch" to get you where you want to be. That is my subjective opinion as a player who is new and has no ties to management whatsoever.

If you are willing to seek help and advice, I recommend it. But the tack your taking now won't get you anywhere.
