Strengths:

As a manager, her strengths are tailored more to subterfuge than direct combat. Distracting a referee so her client can bend/break the rules? Piece of cake! Distract an opponent so her client can cheap shot them? Done! Even beyond the realm of simple distraction, there's very little she won't do to ensure her client's victory; extortion, bribery, blackmail, and more are all on the table.

Weaknesses:

All that planning doesn't really matter much when you're getting manhandled. While she focuses on winning the war, she runs the risk of losing a few battles with disgruntled wrestlers looking for payback after being on the receiving end of one of her schemes.
