As chance would have it Joe's real name is Jose. He dropped the S because his family was being discriminated against. He still looks hispanic but no one questions a guy named Joe that makes t-shirts and owns a taco truck.

Oh, chicken, beef or fish? Joe's fish taco's are off the chain bro. I definitely recommend some of those. Especially with his pineapple-lime sauce. So good.
