.::[ We're in some abandoned warehouse late in the evening. A familiar voice starts to talk... ]::.

"Quite the genius is Devin Black. Let's just take a moment out of our busy schedule and give him the honor he so richly deserves..."

.::[ Anonymous starts clapping loud and slow. ]::.

"Bravo. Bra... Vo. In one big swoop you've opened your mouth and figured me out. How did you do it?! You looked at the way a piece of metal is shaped, called it a key, and wah-la... you showed us your genius... it opens a door. Good show, my boy. Here's the real question, and it's the question that'll give you even more answers... which door does the key open? Hm? "

.::[ Anonymous walks around with the camera person following him with little light. He walks a few feet and reveals there's several doors standing up. ]::.

"Which door does your key open? No, no, no, no. You see, Devin, it's not about the key. Anyone can carve some piece of metal into a shape to fit a lock. It's even done at several stores all around! Key copying! But listen, and this is where it gets good Devin. I'm not a copy. You take my name and run away with it saying this, that, and the other. I'm not Anonymous because it's my name. I'm Anonymous because you just can't figure me out. One minute I'm a dog chasing a cat! Another I'm the cat being chased by a dog! Even another I'm the lion out of place killing the dog and cat. I'm always different. I'm never the same. I'm always around and never here or there. One thing that is for certain with me, Devin, is that I am me. And me is the fun puzzle. So whether everyone is ready to take me out of the box and play the game, or not, I'm here and it's going to be so... much... fun. And you, sir, get to be included. "

.::[ He picks up a flashlight and turns it on, pointing it upward at his face and starts making spooky sounds. ]::.

"You say you get to 'step out from the shadows of anonymity, and into the warm embrace of the spotlight' ... that's beautiful. It really is. I..."

.::[ Anonymous starts looking sad and is fake crying. ]::.

"I'm touched."

.::[ He goes back to a serious face after mocking Devin's tiny tidbit. ]::.

"The only thing about a spotlight is...... eventually, my dear Devin.... the light turns off. "

.::[ He turns off the flashlight and drops it on the ground.. ]::.

"Whomever is controlling the light controls the subject in the light. It's easy to remove you, or anyone else and move on to the next show because, well, you're just temporary here. You're like the great aunt who comes in at Christmas time, pinches your cheek and gives you a big kiss that leaves an imprint on the side of your face, and leaves. It's annoying and it's only for a short while. It doesn't matter if you've been around the world. It doesn't matter if you suited yourself up and flew to the moon. You're just a pawn in the game and once you meet me... check... mate. But Devin, my boy, you were right about insecurity. I am... a bit.. insecure. Is that bad? Admitting weakness? Hm? I sure hope not because I'm a spawn of sharing my heart. "

.::[ Anonymous skips over to a old small table with an old record player on it. He starts playing some type of old classical music. ]::.

"This... this is the moment where we sit and talk, you know, opening up our feelings to one another. Since you know me soo much I feel like we can do this sort of thing. Hm? "

.::[ He starts to fake cry again as he makes his heartfelt speech. ]::.

"I... I just hope you, and everyone here, would just accept me for who I am even with all my weaknesses, like being insecure. I came here hoping I wouldn't be made fun of for being different. I came here hoping to make some friends where I could share my heart and not be judged. And already, I'm getting made fun of. What did I ever do to you, or anyone here for that matter? I just want to be loved! Is that too much to ask for? My parents... no... I can't talk about that right now. So, Devin, why do you want to reveal to the world my weakness? Yeah, my name is Anonymous and I wear face paint..... sometimes..... is that really all that bad? Is that really a sign of insecurity? Does a man who walks out in public wearing hot pink have the same insecure weakness, or is he seen as being a 'man who wears pink' while others are afraid to? Maybe, just maybe, I'm more of a man than you? I mean, would you walk around this world wearing paint on your face? You can call it what you'd like, but I think it takes guts. But still, why do you want to hurt me?"

.::[ Anonymous pretends to wipe away tears, then waves the camera person to follow him. He skips to a desk and sits in the chair behind it. ]::.

"Let's talk about weakness. You say because I wear this paint and have a unique name I hide a weakness of insecurity. Well, let's just examine you under the same light, shall we? You talk about traveling, coming in the spotlight, your drive or possession to win... doesn't that seem like someone has to make up for certain ... shortages ... Hm? You fall short in some areas, so you have a need to be something somewhere else. You're a nobody who wants to be a somebody. That's what drives you to win, or want to win. If you can help me, Devin, then I can help you. I'll let you have your spotlight for a moment, and then I'll humble you. Don't worry, Devin. Your secret is safe with me. I'll be the first to tell you that it's going to be okay. Not just okay, A-Okay. Who knows what really has hurt you or abandoned you that pushes you to need to win. Maybe it was your girlfriend, or boyfriend if you swing that way, left you on the porch. Maybe it was because you couldn't satisfy your parents. Wait... reverse that. Rewind, and play. Maybe it was your parents that let you on the porch. Maybe it was because you couldn't satisfy your relational partner. There could be a lot of things that put you into this sad state, but we'll be sure to work on this problem on Monday. We'll fix the program, my dear Devin. It'll be good. Tah-Tah..."
