I could feel my heart race and my breath shallow. I was looking for an answer, why did I come here? Those three words rang in my ears and it seemed like forever before words came from my lips.

I pulled away slightly and looked up at Damien. He searched my eyes again and I looked back down at the sheets. I felt his hand under my chin and our eyes connected once more.

Something about you, I don't know what, pushes me to you. You didn't run when I told you what I was, you didn't turn me away when I needed you, you've been here for me.

I ran my hand down his face and leaned up once more for a kiss. Once I fell away from his lips I looked into his eyes.

His arms wrapped around me once more as I pushed my lips to his again. My eyes closed as I pulled him back onto the bed and on top of me. I ran my hand through his hair as his hand ran down my face. He pulled away and I didn't open my eyes until I felt his hand leave my face.

I looked up trying to read Damien's eyes. My heart stilled, my breath stopped, everything seemed to just stop. I wanted his kiss, his touch, I wanted his words of comfort and right now, I just simply wanted him. Those three words just came, naturally.
