Michael, you fathered our children, you were the first person to show interest in me. Yes, I still have feelings for you but what more can I do when I know it won't end well? It's been the same way for as long as I can remember. Something good happens and then...it goes to shit. Marriage doesn't happen very often in my family and when they do, they go to shit. Mine ended in death and Zak's ended in divorce.

I sighed and looked down, holding my knees up and watching him for a moment before looking at Michael.
