It was kinda cute....Madyson was sitting in her little bouncy play thing, chewing on a lion shaped ice ring that was meant for teething. Mackenzie was laughing every time he hit the noise maker on his toy.

"Is that toy being funny?"

He hit it again, making it spin and make noise before laughing like a madbaby. His eyes sparkled with pure enjoyment, excitement and innocence...his smile was large, showing off the small teeth poking through. Randomly, Madyson would look over at her brother, wondering what was funny before she shrugged her little shoulders and went back to chewing on her lion.

The front door opened and closed, letting me know that Michael was home. His arms wrapped around my waist and we both watched the kids.

"Hey there baby."

Mackenzie busted out laughing again, making Madyson look at him funny.
