"Let me get this straight here; someone here got accused of murder and is free to assault someone else and possibly kill someone else instead of being in jail while on investigation?

Wow, murder trials I'm in are a lot more strict on the legal process being followed. That, and inconclusive evidence (likely because the incidents in question never actually happened) keeps everyone allegedly involved out of jail.

I find this incredibly fascinating.
