They walk for a few minutes in the park in silence, with the natural sound of birds chirping and the wind bristling through the trees enveloping them in a world away from the city landscape around. The sky has become it's full blue colour, with the sun just high enough to signal it was time to start your day. They come out of the park to a road with a couple of cars passing every now and again. They pick a safe time to cross and enter the coffee shop on the other side.

They found a table next to the large-paned windows of the shop. It wasn't empty, there were a few early wakers, mostly reading the newspapers and gripping their coffee mug tightly. They were all wearing suits. Soon enough, a waitress came over with a notepad in her hands and a pencil behind her ear. She removes the pencil and speaks in a thick accent.

What would you like today?

Daniel lets off a nervous smile, glancing back Christine. He hesitates for a sec and turns back to the waitress.

Just the usual, thanks.

The waitress lets out a toothy grin and then turns to Christine.
