Charlie comes into the scene dressed in his usual shoplifted goodwill garb. The TV championship is wrapped around his waist and cemetery dirt is caked into the space beneath his nails. The Nickleman starts handing out flyers with a ranked list of names.

Goldi and I watched the whole pay per view and we thought long and hard about these. In your hands you now posses the OFFICIAL TV DIVISION CHAMPION'S RANKINGS! That's right folks, Mr. Big himself signed off on these champion's rankings and told me to start pushing the good news. He said he's a big fan of natural hierarchies, so this is right up his alley!
