Alex gently places the now cheerful doll on Tommy's lap before smiling.

Alex smiles again before turning and waving at Vinnie before departing.

Sometimes people are as innocent as they appear and effort is made to discredit, trick and trigger them both in public and private. In numbers. Numbers sometimes including those who claim to be good, yet, there they are throwing in with the bad guys actively, low-key or quietly supporting from the shadows what they know to be wrong. Numbers that intimidate others from standing up for fear of being singled out as well. And as sad as it is, there's recent precedent for that notion in a group targeting Drew Archyle. Before that, Lycana. Now again, Lycana. Fighting back, even fighting "fire with fire" to do so, isn't bad when justified and fought from the position of righteous. That's courage. Self respect.
