Rule 1: The champion can pick and choose when they defend their title. Must defend it at least six times in a 365 day period to keep it, or the belt is vacated and Oswald becomes the champion once more.

Rule 2: The champion makes whatever stipulation they'd like. From none to handicap to the most x-treme.

Rule 3: You can not sell the belt. If you do, your reign is considered null and void and goes back to the previous champion continuing their reign as if they never lost.

Rule 4: If you win a match for the title as the contender, but do not accept the title, but just wanted the title in name only, your win is erased, and the previous title owner continues their reign.

Rule 5: You cannot give the title away. If you do, your reign is wiped from the books and will revert the ownership back to the champion you took the belt from.

(Only OOC rule: While champion, you can make any limits you wish for the match, defend on Warfare? Can make it Anarchy/Savage rp rules.)

Rule 6: The previous champion has one rematch. The match must be defended in a ladder match. This is the only time the champion has no authority. However they can still name their date but must be within a two month period. Failure by the champion to schedule the rematch, results in an automatic forfeiture of the title and the rematch redeemer becomes the new Billion Dollar Champion.
