After watching the DVD of Eli addressing the XWF and his opponent, Stevie Tyler, Emma-Lee goes to mail it off to the company. The search ends for Eli, though people are still wondering where he could be.

Sunday rolls around and people begin gathering for a church service early in the morning at The Promise Land. Mystica, Elisha, and Eli James IV are all absent from the service. The band starts up playing some hymns with people clapping and singing out loud in terrible voices. You'd like to think even some with microphones leading the songs have good voices, but not here. They don't really care what they sound like. Emma-Lee and Mary-Beth have great voices, but are standing in the back being on the look out for Eli. After all, they've never had a service without him.

The band is on their last song and still no sign of Eli. Mary-Beth tells Emma-Lee to stall or to take charge. Mary-Beth stays in the back looking and waiting for Eli to come, while Emma-Lee walks from the back to the front as the band finishes up their worship songs. The people clap and begin to look around.. they notice Eli is missing. Emma-Lee walks up on stage and grabs the microphone.

Emma-Lee "I hope everyone's enjoyed the last few days off work and did some fun things. Eli's been real good to us all here and let's not stop thankin' him and givin' him praise. Amen?

Congregation "AMEN! PREACH IS SISTER EMMA!

Emma-Lee looks nervously towards the back at Mary-Beth, who gives Emma the sign that Eli is nowhere to be seen yet. Emma's voice starts to get shaky and nervous. She's never led the congregation before.. she's never given a sermon before.. and she's not even sure Eli would want anyone to do his job while he's away without proper permission.

Emma-Lee "Eli's runnin' a little late. Let's be in prayer for that boy he's fightin' Wednesday, Stevie Tyler. Some of you people may not know, but Stevie has been... possessed by evil spirits! DEMONS!

A large sigh comes over the congregation. People begin quiet chatter among each other about demons inside a young boy. But seem to be thankful he's fighting Eli who can help him.

Emma-Lee "I know. It's sad that them demons have captured the soul of a young man, but, Eli will fix it. The demons names he has in him are known as Gary and Drotte. Gary has been makin' him do terrible things to his body and fightin' against his will. In fact, he's the Xtreme Champion in the XWF. Please remember Stevie in your prayers for the next few days. Pray to the Almighty that he'll use Eli to help him, cure him, and maybe even bring him here. Amen?

Congregation "AMEN!

Emma-Lee "That boy needs deliverance! Ain't nobody around that has the authority to deliver except Eli.

Congregation "HALLELUJAH!

Emma-Lee seems to be getting more comfortable speaking to the crowd and begins to get more into it.

Emma-Lee "Stevie needs Eli! Stevie needs Almighty! Those demons have no right to control that young boy! Almighty has a purpose for him! Almighty has placed Eli in his path for a reason! Eli can lay hands on him and he'll be set free! Gary.. Drotte.. you have NO PLACE.. NO RIGHT.. messin' with Stevie!

The congregation starts standing up.. clapping.. shouting.. hollering for Stevie to be delivered. Emma-Lee smiles and turns to her left.. there is Eli.. leaning against a post.. in his orange Hawaiian shirt.. white pants.. hat.. and a smile. Emma looks nervous again, but Eli stands up tall and walks over to her slowly.. clapping slowly with that smile of his. He hugs Emma-Lee. People begin shouting Eli's name. Eli takes the microphone from Emma-Lee who is smiling back at Eli..

Eli James IV "Shhh. Shh. Shh. Quiet down, now. Hehe. Have a seat.

Emma leaves the stage and joins everyone else. They all begin to sit down in their seats. Eli sits at the edge of the stage and talks calm.

Eli James IV "Ya know, man... Heh.. eyes are being opened. Life is finally beginnin' to grow 'round here. Here, meaning among you people. Almighty is doing a good work in ya. Keep your heads up. The XWF.. hehe.. a whole 'nother place. Don't ya'll worry, though. The light is beginning to shine brighter there.

Like Emma-Lee was tellin' ya'll, I'm fightin' a man by the name of Stevie Tyler. A young boy possessed by two demons.. Gary and Drotte. Don't ya'll fret. Be prayin' to the Almighty because Stevie's time will come when he'll see the truth like everyone else. Gary and Drotte's time will come to an end as well. I know I'll meet Stevie in the ring. We'll fight.. battle each other.. and he'll know who I am and what I'm about. I hope Gary makes an appearance too. No demon can hurt me. No demon can make me fear. No demon can make me flee. Hehe. Nah, man. No demons have any power over me.

Get this message to Stevie.

Gary's supposedly this big.. strong.. scary demon. He's the one that wanted to be a wrestler and took Stevie's body to do it. I think those demons are gettin' to him, though. Corrupting his mind.. filling it with trash, man. I'll be there with open arms to help Stevie. All he has to do is choose life over death.. light over darkness.. truth over lies.. and I'll set him free.

Let your demons play with your mind and see where it'll take ya. Stevie, I'm here to set ya free, man. Somethin' that only I can offer. Reject freedom and you'll be locked in your own torment for all eternity.

Those demons will try their best to prepare you for me. But listen, Stevie.. listen close.. they don't even know what's beyond the realm. They only know what they're told, man. Deep down they know who I am, but they don't wanna believe that I'm here. They don't want Eli James comin' 'round them. Not this early. They want more time. They wanna continue to destroy and live out their darkness in others, but it's comin'. Sooner than they think.

Do ya wanna trust them, Stevie?

Gary.. who made ya do things you didn't wanna do. Fight matches ya didn't wanna fight. Be here when you wanted to just sit at home. Ya wanna trust him?

Drotte.. who has told nothin' but lies since he arrived. Even his little partner, Gary, knows he can't be trusted. Do ya wanna listen to a demon that spits out nothin' but lies?

What ya have, Stevie.. is a demon who used you to get his own dream accomplished and a demon that tells only lies.. that's what ya have against me, man. Their time is comin'. It's why they're tryin' to prepare you against me. You need both of 'em to even try to hurt me. They know they can't, though. You know they can't. You'd like to think so. Leave that false imagery behind, boy. Come towards the truth of reality.

Run to the light. It's getting dim.

Do ya know what's in there, man? Do you even know what's in the tunnel of darkness? What's in the heart? Heh. You see blood in the heart, but I see somethin' more. I see the pure marking of evil that has lived within the hearts of man since the entrance of sin.

Follow me, man. I'll show ya to a pure world. Hehehehe.

Eli drops the microphone while continuing to laugh. People begin to stare at Eli as he stands up and just walks off while laughing.. no dismissal.. no prayer.. no testimonies.. Eli just walks in the woods until nobody can see him anymore.
