A low whirring hums through the air in NONDESCRIPT LOCATION.

A few moments later, Vinnie Lane comes into view aboard his personalized Segway, with tassels on the handlebars and ground effect lighting underneath it. The throwback Sony Walkman sticking out of his fanny pack shows the unmistakable sight of cassette tape wheels spinning inside.

Vinnie mutters along to the song in his ears as he rides up to a platform above a puddle of filth.

"Is this love... that I'm feelin'.. is this the love... that I've been searchin' for..."

When Vinnie comes to a stop, he steps off of his Segway and crouches down in front of the puddle, looking off down the road and watching as Chris Page drives away in a car with a license plate that expired at least five years ago.

He grabs the gleaming golden title belt that he commissioned the creation of just for Robert Main, and shakes his head. Wiping away the grime from the beautiful faceplate and then rubbing the dirt from his hands onto his hot pink zebra striped Zubaz pants, he stands and carries the title to his ride.

"Sorry about that, dude. Page had no right to throw you out here in the gutter like you were Bigg Rigg. He's just mad that he couldn't win you fair and square! Dude wanted to be the reason Main didn't hit that record title reign... I mean, he still didn't hit it, but Page doesn't know that."

Vinnie slings the belt over his shoulder and drops the Segway into SPORT MODE to really get that extra oomph.

"Guess he just knows he can't beat Main OR Soldier, and doesn't want to bother losing in front of everyone. Again. Sad. Oh well, still better than Joe."

Loverboy does a sweet one-wheeled turn and then scoots off down the alleyway behind the dirty tenement building he has no choice but to assume Chris Page lives in.
