Panzer is seen pulling a balloon out inside his pocket dimension, appearing out of "thin air". He begins to make it take shape, and even though it was one balloon, it eventually turns out to look exactly like Benny.

It then appears before Benny, floating there before his face. Giving him a face-to-face encounter. After a minute of floating in front of him, it pops, and actual shit flies into his face.
