"Ladies and gentlemen, today I will be breaking some very unfortunate news.

As we all know, Wild Card Weekend is scheduled to take place on the 29th in Peter Gilmour's hometown of Los Angeles, California. However, as you all saw on Wednesday Warfare, Peter Gilmour was involved in a scuffle that left him with multiple injuries. As a result of these injuries, Peter Gilmour has been pulled from Wild Card Weekend by doctor's orders.

We hope that next year Peter Gilmour is able to keep himself healthy so that he can compete for the XWF crown.

Peter Gilmour, you are hereby ordered to remain in bed in order to heal up all of those injuries you've accumulated over the past year.

On a lighter note, there is one other news item that is related to Wild Card Weekend. The special guest referee of the main event is none other than John Madison! John Madison will be there, with his cattle prod, to make sure the match is fair. What a treat for the fans!
