I'm inclined to make this a title match, really. Look at the facts here. Chaos has had countless matches since winning the title, with exactly NONE of them being title matches. He gets his first title match finally booked and what happens? He complains that Peter Gilmour is his challenger.

This is absolutely the Scully Effect hard at work here.

I have a meeting with Vincent later on this morning. You can bet your ass Chris Jeric-- err, Chaos WILL be a topic of discussion.
