Somewhere in between the World Title and the current Universal Title, there was also the Crown.

Anything before Shane owning the fed I have absolutely knowledge of, though. Barney and Gilmour might know some stuff, since they've been here forever. And obviously Shane himself, if you ever manage to find him. Smile
