I saw the first one where he and Austin were interacting and speaking, but from what I glanced at in the new one he took that all out. Again, I could have missed some, but he at least made an effort to.

And in this thread here I'm not seeing any real issue in what he posted. That rule exists because obviously you don't want someone else making your guy do something out of character or whatever... but simply writing that Gunn took a swing at him isn't at all an issue, I wouldn't think. Tommy Gunn definitely would have taken a swing at a dude who kissed him.
