Adi Gold said to her mother, as stretches on the floor working out in the local gym.

Mother Goldblum: Oh dear... you finally got married! Such wonderful news. Hopefully not to that mischievous wrestler boy, Thumper Duke. Or whatever. Remember Wesley Schwartz? The dentist. He was a nice boy... did you get engaged to Wesley Schwartz?

Adi: I AM NOT GETTING MARRIED MOM! Especially to some tool who cleans peoples teeth like Wesley Schwartz. NO! The news is... I am stepping back in the ring again. I'm wrestling with XWF.

Mother Goldblym: Oooof. That's... news alright. Give it up, Addison. You're just going to lose in the ring until you get yourself hurt. Come work at the family Goldblum Meat Factory in Windsor, Ontario. It's safe. Secure. And delicious. Fatten you up, girl.

Adi: Look, I get that it's a lot of work. And I still need to get that big win to prove that I am no joke in this business. But i'd rather be bruised and battered instead of being the weird yet cute Meat Lady. I'm more than that, Mother! It be nice to have yer' support... Christ sakes.

Mother Goldblum: Of course you have my support, I just know you're going to fail... Wrestler. Model. Actress. Television Producer... fail. Fail. Fail.

Adi rolls her eyes.

Adi: Bye, mom.

She swipes the phone off and lays her head on some gym equipment putting in one set of ear plugs to where her work out music The Shawshank Redemption soundtrack plays on repeat.. Adi begins mumbling to herself.

Adi: "Whatever mistakes I made, paid for them and some.... yeah... right... that's the way it is. It's down there, and I am here... comes down to a simple choice... get busy living or get busy dying..."

Adi's speaking out loud creeps out some of the gyms members as they walk past her. But one. Someone says awakening Adi.

"GET BUSY LIVING... OR GET BUSY DYING... THAT'S GOD DAMN RIGHT!"

Adi looks up to see...

"Get the hell up and work out!"

Adi awoken to see Reggie htting the ten pound weights in his right hand.

"Do you see yourself getting busy to die?... if so, I can make it happen to you."

She get's a bit spooked, as he smiles and his extended his hand to greet her.

"I'm Bullshitin'... unless your that basura Cage Coleman, then your good. I'm Reggie by the way."

She takes his hand to get up but gets tangled in the equipment. Finally on her feet she collects herself and shakes Reggie's hand.

Adi: Hey, sorry? Thanks? Sorry? Thank-... Sor-Thanks...? Wow, been working hard. OR hardly working... if you know what I mean.

Adi laughs as Reggie continues to lift the weights with his right hand.

Adi: Wow, look at you going at it with those weights. Yer' right arm will be obscurely bigger than your left if you keep going that route. Like that character from the Lady in the Water movie and... ermm...

Adi can see Reggie Estrada uninterested in what she is saying.

Adi: Anyyyyway. I am Adi. Adi Gold. New in XWF and to this gym. I came here because I know a lot of the stars within the company workout here when in the area. Thad told me about it. Thaddeus Duke. So, not a fan of, um, Cage Coleman
is it? I'm pretty new, again, so I need to know to avoid and who... NOT to void... What did Cage do you anyway? Steal your lunch money or something? Ha ha ha... ehhh?

Adi looks around awkwardly.

He then tosses the weight at the floor, and took in what she said.

"You're right about the whole thing, don't wanna go out like how quagmire did over his tinder exploits, guess i'm not not too in tune with how I work out."

Then he noticed how pensive she was looking around, then he gets two water bottles for them to share as he gave one to her.

"I know what you mean, it's like some interdimensional shift between working hard or hardly working, i've been there plenty of times in my life.

Oh What a nice name you got, and Thad put you on to this place? As much I don't like the chico in the ring, he got awesome tastes in a places like this. Who knows? you'll be next in line for some gold to your resume in this place.

Also, you can be around that pendjo Cage if you wanted to, it's a free place to do what you like. He tried to "expose" me...los mejores cuentos de pato en los que puede reunir... basically, i'm going to make sure I end up on a wanted list of Alaska for him running his mouth."

Reggie then does a slight chuckle, then went back into serious mode as he was punching at the punching bag area, as she looked on.

Adi: You talk funny. No racist. I doubt in my tenure here in XWF i will run into Mr. Cage. As for Thad? You are not MAD THAD FOR THAD?!? I am out out of the loop but i would assume he would be the most popular dude in this place. With his charming good looks, wit, style and everything in-between. I guess he can rub people the wrong way... but, Reggie. Between you and me? Hasn't he earned his spot at being on top of the mountain for people to either hate the shit out of him or kiss his ass...right? Right?

Reggie shrugs not really buying Adi's speech.

Adi: But i mean no disrespect. I really stay out of it. Mind my own business. You know? Like when Jackie Kennedy just stayed out of John's beez-wax. I mean i'd do my own thing .. while he is flirting with girls, dudes and everything in between. Including getting his brains blown out. But i'm not into conspiracies. But i think JFK's head just exploded from too many headaches. No bullett...

Reggie looks at her not sure where this is going.

Adi: Wow, this is getting awkward...

They both nod and look at each other awkwardly.

Marf stumbles into the picture, who even knew he went to gyms. Most people assumed his work outs were from lifting corpses or some dark shit like that. He looks bewildered but mostly aggravated. He stops and looks at Reggie. Than he looks over at Adi. Then back to Reggie.

Who did it? Who actually went and fuckin’ did it!?

Reggie and Adi take their turn to look confused and glance at one another with a shrug and then back to Marf.

Who had the audacity to make a Lady in the Water reference? Arguably the worst North American film ever fuckin’ made. Blasphemy!

Marf continues to stand there, breathing heavy and looking mildly upset. Not aggressively. More like someone forgot the dipping sauce with his veggies…if he even eats vegetables…

Adi gets into Marf's face.

Adi: Listen you handsome devil, you. M. Night has had his misses. But this was his last good bad film. And Yes. Lady in the Water is one of them. Yes. And yes... it should never be referenced in anyway unless its describe shitty movies. Yes and... i forget what I was talking about...

Adi looks down confused and steps away from Marf.

Adi: Look I'm new here, not trying to hate. As for JFK... i'd like to see the M, Night movie on him about my headache brain explosion theory.

Adi looks at the men in silence.

Adi: I am Adi Gold by the way. This is Reggie and you must be... Cooper McGoo...? I'm a good guesser.

Marf sneers for a moment before nodding his head with a smirk.

Names Marf. Look me up in the Freestyle hallway if you wanna play…

Marf turns to leave but not before shooting Reggie a glance.

You too, I fuckin’ guess…

At this point Marf takes his leave and at least several viewers are upset by this development.

While Big Marf left the scene, Adi was taking notice of the shinny spinny thing.

She still was focusing on him walking away.

"Sigh.... well Adi, I know you and your conspiraciones might be able to keep you at bay, since you seem to be off course at times. But, I can't blame you either, but on the real side of things...

When do you think you going to wrestle on TV?... just asking tis all."

Adi then just realized he was still talking to this mamacita.

Adi: I don't know what just happened right now... what the hell is a freestyle hallway? Is that XWF or MARF slang for oral sex? If so, I will pass... right? Gotta pass, right?

Adi looks confused... still. She looks at Reggie.

Adi: Hi! Um, as for TV match with me? I hope sooner or later. I need to figure out how this place works. Which shows I can appear on and not appear on and... did he mean Oral Sex? Or rapping freestyle. And why a hallway? What is happening? Who was that? Who are you, Reggie? WHO AM I?!?!? Where are weeeeee...

Adi looks around and holds her hand up slowly and touches Reggie to see if he is real. He is.

Then Reggie’s eyes widen up as she slightly touched him, he wanted to blush but he kept his cool as he drank his water bottle.

“I’m not going to lie Adi, you almost made me crack up a bit with your hands. If you do that again, i’m going to have to touch that face of yours myself as payback….de una manera amorosa.

Anyways… what Marf said was he invited us both, or mostly you with high regard to come over to the Freestyle hallway to you know, freestyle or talk your shit towards him and hope that either head honchos can count the fall, but knowing what i’ve seen… es un esfuerzo inútil.”

He then gives her a map of the "hallway", and shows her where Marf is located at and she puts it in pocket.

“Plus, maybe you should join Bad Medicine, shit might be popping off and you should be apart of that before they finalize the show within a few weeks from now or so.

Until the this ppv season is over, be on a look out for either Savage or Warfare signings they might be up your alleyway, i hope.”

Adi: Reggie, did you hear that? Or is it all in my head? As for Bad Medicine. Hmmm. I will see if I can get on that card. Imagine...

She stands next to Reggie with her hands in the air imagining the scene with her hands as Reggie watches her.

Adi: PEW POW PEW! ADI GOLD IN HER DEBUT MATCH IN XWF ... ON... PAY PER VIEW! Bad Medicare...

Reggie: Medicine...

Adi: Yes, that too! Wow. that be epic. I could lose in style and people will remember it like 'there goes Adi, she may have lost her debut. But god damn she looked good doing it.' and then I get paid... I couldn't come up with a better scenario. This is going the ... wait for it... GOLD! Get it?

Reggie nods.

Adi: Do you get it though?

Adi looks at him suspiciously and touches his shirt again, making sure he is real.

Reggie shakes his head at this lady, and he notices her touching his shirt and he wasn’t to fazed by it.

“Well Adi, you managed to jump the gun and participate in this year’s Bad Medicine, I hope you have enough training in the ring for your big debut match in this company.

I mean, yeah you might lose your first match but… it doesn’t mean you tried your best, and unless your in it for what ten seconds on some Bianca Blair shit, then you’d be okay.”

She still does the finger gun solute, and he shakes his head again.

“Oh by the way, if you need any training… hit me up or one of the my people for it. Also, you can always break into the X-Treme hallway any day of the week, who knows you might end up getting some silver in your fortune.

I hope we meet again… and good luck in Bad Medicine… i’ll be watching you in the backstage.”

He hands her a piece of paper with his number on it, and some mini C4’s to blast down Jim’s X-Treme corridors and leave her be.

Adi watches as Reggie walks away.

Adi: Did i jump the gun? I will make my debut on Pay Per View. In Brooklyn. Mad Bedicine or whatever it's called. Was Reggie right? Should I take him up on that offer... or should I do bath saults and shoot myself in my hotel room tonight?

Adi does the gun finger gesture with her hand and pretends to load the revolver... after 'spinning' it, she puts her finger to her head.

Adi: Whammy... NO! I can do this... I am Adi Gold damn it. DAMMMMMMNNN IT!

Adi begins singing out loud.

Adi: COME ON BABY LIGHT MY FIRE! TRY TO SET THE NIGHT OF... FIIIIREEE!

A few members at the gym look at her. Adi gives them a dirty look and packs up her bag as she goes to leave.
