I walked to the med-bay where everyone was waiting to find out what Bamaeso had to say to me. I looked at scarecrow, and told him that he is being forced to retire. He was laying on the bed and he turned his head to look at me. he told me that he has been hurt many times, just look at his face, he was shot with a rocket and survived. I admit Scarecrow is one of the toughest guys I have ever met. I then told Chris that he was to lead his own squad onto the attack of Omega base. He didn't seem to mind all that much. I told Shawn and Varen that we are going to need help, we are going to need more than just three people. All three of us got into the ship and I went up to the cockpit where Trent usually was. I told him to set course for Dilumion. He smirked and asked if we were going to go look for Bloodlust there? I told him yes that we are going to need some serious help with this.
When we arrived on Dilumion assassin's ran up to us and pointed their guns at us. They were wearing similar uniforms as Bloodlust but their mask designs were different. They asked why we Command scum were here. I told them we are just looking for someone. They got mad and got closer to us. one of them told me that if we are here to kill someone that they both were going to kill all three of us right now. I told them that we are looking for Bloodlust. They both put their guns down and you could tell that they were surprised. They began to tell us that the Blood Brothers were exiled out of the Assassin order over a year ago. That the four brothers killed the leader and they ran off into the mountains and we haven't seen them since. I told him that he had just recently helped us on a mission not too long ago. He let us pass but we were to go to the Raif's Council hall in the middle of the city. Raif must be the head Assassin.
When we got there two Assassin guards stopped us and told us to wait for Raif to come down to us. Raif walked up to us and removed his mask. He looked to be about mid fifties. He asked us why we were here, I told him that we would like permission to go to the mountains to go find Bloodlust. He looked mad when we said his name too. He told us that Bloodlust and his brother killed his Father who had been the head Assassin for decades. I told him that I was sorry for his loss. He looked at me and told us to go through that gate and to watch out for Renegades. We had gone through the gate and started our journey to find Bloodlust or at least his brothers. about eight minutes up we had our first encounter with the Renegades. They had Jumped at us with Katana's and one of them had jumped on me and was going for my throat. I pulled my knife out and stabbed him on the side of the neck. Since they weren't using guns they were somewhat easy to kill except for the fact that they are agile as hell.
We continued our path and killed off Renegades when they were to attack us. Finally after about an hour we finally found their in the middle of the huge mountain. The one known as Bloodshot who was apparently the oldest greeted us. He told me that they know of us or at least know of me. I didn't see Bloodlust, it was only the three of them. Their names were Bloodshot, Bloodcrave, Bloodshed. I guess that's why they are called the Blood brothers. I asked them if they knew where Bloodlust was. Bloodshot told me that he was just here yesterday but he said that he was going to go pay his respects at the way top off the mountain but he didn't come back. I told him that we will go find him. We went on our way but once it started to get colder than it already was we all pulled our helmets out and put them on. there was no Renegades at this point but it damn sure was hard to get up this mountain. I was starting to wonder why Bloodlust would come up, I mean what is there to pay his respects to?
After a perilous journey up the mountain we had finally reached the top. There Bloodlust was on his knees in a praying position in front of a grave that was on top of this mountain. I told Shawn and Varen to stay here. When I walked up to Bloodlust he began to talk without even moving. he told me that Dilumion used to be beautiful and didn't have any snow at all. Now, that's all Dilumion is, is snow. That's because his little brother who is now dead had turned into an evil monster a long time ago when they were still rookies. He had tried to kill him and the others but they had no choice but to kill him right in this spot. He stood up and looked at me and said that every thirteenth of every month he would come up here and pay his respects to his deceased brother. I asked him if he could help us with the assault on Omega base. He told me that he will help us but he cannot go with us on the ship. He will meet us at the assault but for now he has to do a task that he has hasn't done. He was going to take a risk of going down to Raif and apologize for what he did. He was apparently sick of being the bad guy, he wanted to amongst his people and not in a little cave in the middle of a mountain like a beast.
I told him that I could help if he wanted. He told me no, This was between him and his brothers. I shook his hand wishing him luck and I can't wait to see him at the Warzone. He laughed and began to run down the mountain. I walked up to Shawn and Varen and told them that he was going to meet us at the Warzone when we were ready to attack. After another hour of walking down the mountain we finally got back on our ship and set course for the Lazarus station.
