Following the odd showing of Eli James at Sunday's service, once again nobody sees or hears from Eli on Monday. Everyone isn't talking much about the odd behavior from Eli because of who he is and what he's done for everyone. They all go home and enjoy the rest of the evening while those close to Eli gather together to talk about what could be wrong with Eli.

Tuesday comes along and people begin talking quite a bit about Eli. His odd behavior, his absense, and those close to him are beginning to look puzzled themselves. Nobody is really sure why Eli acted the way he did. It may have seemed somewhat normal to everyone outside the Congregation, but to those who have been with him for several years.. it was strange.

Eli often goes from being a laid back man as if he doesn't have a care in the world or a worry on his shoulders.. to a very intense.. passionate man who preaches truth and judgment coming to the world soon. What's different from his appearance and talk from this past Sunday? Quite a few things, actually.

He's never let anyone talk from the pulpit except himself or those he allows with testimony or singing songs. Nobody preaches but him. On top of that, he wasn't even around for a few days which is very unlike him without at least telling one person close to him he's leaving. He just disappeared. Without a word to anyone. Some brushed it off, and others worried. Those close to him thought they should continue the schedule as usual and have service, because Eli would surely arrive by then. No sight. No utterance. So Emma-Lee had to begin a 'sermon'. The nervous girl who never gave a sermon in her life gave one.. with passion and intensity.. like Eli. Without anyone paying attention to the corners of the stage.. Eli appears. A smile. A smile maybe with approval? Clapping along with The Congregation as a response to Emma-Lee's words. Eli should have been mad, right? Maybe people feared doing it and thought he would get mad? Maybe it was Eli testing the people.. to see what would they do without him.. to see who would step up.. to see if the word would still be preached with much conviction and passion as he does.

With his smile and clapping.. and nothing to say about it from the microphone.. it appears he has approved and liked what he saw. As far as the difference in his sermon goes.. no intensity.. no yelling.. no screaming.. no loud voice.. just a calm.. collected.. peaceful Eli James speaking about his opponent that he seems to wanna help. Most all opponents, Eli gives them a chance to repent and turn to the light and follow him... but we as see.. several just ignore his preaching and continue to do their own thing. They'll see.. eventually. Maybe Eli hopes Stevie will listen to him. After all, he has demons possessing him so maybe it's opened his eyes to a world that does exist beyond this one. Maybe Stevie will realize if Drotte is a demon and lies.. and Gary is a demon.. then maybe Gary is lying as well. Maybe Gary doesn't want to be a wrestler? Maybe he just wants to abuse some poor kid and laugh about it while he does it? Eli hopes to bring light to the darkness that surrounds Stevie Tyler.

Back to the present day. It's Tuesday morning. Everyone is working hard to start the day off right. No Eli. But people still continue to do their work. Who knows if Eli is really watching or not. Nobody wants to disappoint him, especially after all he's done for everyone. There are a few skeptics are at The Promise Land.. and Eli knows it. It's hard to argue with the man though. He's smart. He's loyal. He's a former Marine. He was in a Biker Gang. He's wealthy. He's been poor. He treats everyone on the Promise Land equal.. provides food.. shelter.. power.. nobody is without. Plus he actually lives what he preaches. Hard to argue or stand up against.

Nobody has seen Eli discipline anyone for disobedience. Nobody has disobeyed. Nobody seems to want to try to go against him or his word. Why would you want to disobey if he gives you everything? They see what Eli does in the ring and maybe it puts just enough fear in people to keep doing their work. Lots of unanswered questions surround Eli and his world. He says there's more under the surface than what people see or realize, but it's not the time for it to be revealed.

Finally, the day starts to wind down. The sun starts to set and people begin to finish up their long day of work. As people start walking to their homes, there he is. Appeared from nowhere it seems. Eli James.. strolling along.. smiling.. without a care or worry on his face.. hands in his pocket.. whistling some hymns. People start walking slower and stare at him.. he ignored the stares and just keeps his head up and eyes towards the sky. He pays no attention to anyone. Just walks through and heads back towards the woods. People continue walking to their homes and Eli walks in the woods.

Eli has several cameras around the woods where he's at. Possibly to watch for people who trespass. Maybe to keep an eye out if people leave and do some sinning in the dark. Nobody really knows why Eli has cameras around everywhere, well maybe not everywhere, but it seems like it.. most likely to make sure nothing gets out of line. Who knows.

It begins to get pitch black. The sun is gone. A half moon is out.

Several torches are lit in a wide circle in the middle of the woods... him walking around in the middle of the circle.. talking out loud.

Eli James IV "Fremoilu-Casa-De-Fru. El-moi-de-yas-shimu. Yoi-tye-est-lah-grume-bee. Hehehehehe. Heh. Hehehehe. Oh, Darkness? Why do you hide from the light? Hehehe. You're here. I see ya. But once somethin' is lit.. ya go away. Do ya fear me, man? Hehehe. Why leave when light enters? Huh? Do ya tremble at my name? Do ya sense my steps getting closer? Ya watch only at certain hours, but I watch every hour! You sleep when the sun comes out but I remain alert.

Some creatures leave when you come. Some hide so they won't be prey by another. Some decide it's time to shut their little eyes and sleep. Drift off to another world in their dream to escape this place. Other creatures come out when you come around. They look for prey who live in the light. They try and sneak. What do ya do, hehe.. What do ya do when there's someone who can live in the light and see in the dark?

There's nothin' ya can do. You can only stand there and die.

Janitor went up against me and he's gone.

Mark Flynn went up against me and he's gone.

Neonero went up against me and he's gone.

Eric Rex went up against me and he's become somethin' better!

You choose to cover your ears when I speak and you will be thrown into a worse darkness than you see 'round here. Not just noise, man. Naw. Noise of screams from those who want to die but can't. Growls from the depths of fire ya never heard before. No pain medicine to help get through it. No friends beside ya to hold your hand and encourage ya. No family to help ya out.

Stevie. Listen to me, man. Gary and Drotte can have their fun now, but they'll be chained into the outer darkness. Forever burned. Eternally cryin' out for help. They'll reap what they've sown. You have a chance, man. Be free from their evil desire and come to the light.. or let them rule you and join them for an eternal punishment. Don't get scared, man. Heh. It's not time for that... yet.

Ya see. People 'round here think I'm some sort of fool. Duke, Griffin, Gilmour, and many others.. but they'll get their fatal reward soon, man. They're opening themselves to a world they never knew exited!

OH! It's just a stupid southern preacher! OH! It's just a hick from the south! OH! He puts faith in somethin' ya can't see! OH! He's a litlle bit crazy! OH! He has ladies 'round him all the time so he's a pimp! OH! Must be incest because it's in the south!

I've said it before and I'll say it again.. and again. People will always revert to name callin', stereotypes, and labeling when they don't know what it is or can't understand it. You really think sayin' those things 'bout me hurt my poor little heart? Ya think you've gotten under my skin, man? Heh. Far from it. I know the truth.. and that gives me a scary confidence that no one else has. Ya think I fear any threat one man or 10,000 men may give me? Not an ounce. You think I fear losing a match or a title? Not even close. My world.. my cause.. is beyond what you hold dear to your hearts.

Stevie, don't fall in the trap everyone else has. You have a chance to be set free and see the truth. You have a chance to behold glory in pure form, man. Don't live in torment. Don't settle for evil. Don't run to her home while she entices you with her looks. She'll hold on to you and never let ya go. Don't look at her, man. Don't speak to her. She'll seduce you and bring you into her house never leave again. Walk on by.

She'll get ya every time, man. Stay away! Read the signs! Beware! Keep out! Do not trespass! Hehehehe.

But I know you, man. You'll stop. You'll look. You'll enter her house and start the conversation that won't end. You'll be drug to the depths of darkness with her persuasive words. You'll find yourself underneath the light and never to see it again.

Hehehehe. Listen, boy. Do ya really think ya know me? You think the acts you put on.. the acts your demon boys put on.. tryin' to make light of the situation at hand is going to calm you down, man? They're tryin' to boost confidence in each other and you, but all it's gonna do is prolong their death.

What happens what Gary abandons you in the ring, Stevie?! When it's just you and me? Are ya gonna put on a funny little act to try and find comfort there? Nah, man. You gonna run away like a coward? Hehe. You gonna plead and beg with tears in your eyes for mercy? Help won't be there for ya. You'll know they were never there for you. You'll see the truth! You'll see them demons are cowards.. fearing the light.. afraid of the truth.. afraid of Eli James and what is comin'.

Maybe.. just maybe Gary doesn't leave ya by yourself against me. Maybe Gary does stick with ya. What will happen then? Huh?! I'll clue you in, boy, on what's going to happen. Gary will meet his maker. Gary will go toe to toe with his creator. The one he betrayed many years ago. He'll see who the strongest is and what path he should have gone towards. He wanted to rebel. He wanted the darkness instead of the light. He looked after himself and not for the good of all.

Psyche yourself up, Stevie. Write in those journals and have a good laugh. Hehehe. It'll help ya. It'll give ya peace. It'll strengthen your mind. It'll ease the pain inside. It'll do all that.. for a moment. Problem is, man.. your moment ends on Wednesday. Your desperation will die in the desert when you're all alone and nothin' to cling to by emptiness. Empty promises given by your two little friends. An empty life you've held onto and never wanted to release.

You think those dreams are frightening ya? What happens when ya wake up and the real Eli James is standing in front of ya? Will you hide away behind Gary? Will Gary hide behind Drotte? Will they hide behind Stevie? All three of you will not be able to hide from me. Your time, man.. it ends.

Your chance of redemption is to turn from your wicked ways, call upon my name, kneel before me, and I shall save you from the wrath to come.

Gary and Drotte.. for them.. heh. Their judgment cometh soon. They will no longer be around. All will be left is Stevie Tyler. Either saved from the coming judgment of the Almighty.. or left to ruins.. to turn to ash.. to die death over and over again.

Stevie, I gave ya opportunities. You kept ignoring the call. You wanted to play games. You wanted to spark a match and set my woods on fire.

I'll tell ya why, man. FEAR. YOU.. FEAR.. ME. Stevie.. Gary.. Drotte.. YA'LL FEAR ME! Hehehe. Your ignorance has shown. Your lies bleed from your heart. It's the end for ya, man. Time isn't on your side.

'What the heck was I thinking? Why did I let Gary and Drotte lead me to a battle against the Eternal Eli James the Fourth? Did they want me to die and have a good ole laugh about it? I'm not ready to die. I haven't beat Mario Brothers Lost Levels yet! I still need more time! I don't want to be a wrestler, so why do I continue to allow it? Oh, I'm stupid. I'm a sinner. Sinners open themselves up to demons. I don't want to leave my sin. I love food too much. I like being lazy and overweight. I want to eat more. I want to do nothing more. I need to play more Magic the Gathering. Gary wants to apologize to me. He said he knew who Eli James was the whole time. So did Drotte. They still wanted me to get beat like that. They probably wanted to make me a mockery for their entertainment! Boy, was I. I should have listened to wisdom. I should have accepted Eli's call to truth and light. I didn't. Because I'm stupid. I'm ignorant. This is too much thinking for me. I don't want to think anymore. Gary.. Drotte.. come do everything for me so I don't have to. Let me remain lazy. You guys pay my bills. My roomate, he'll help too. I'm done working. I want to sit in my urine because I don't wanna get up to use the rest room anymore. Who needs to anyway. Well, Journal.. this is me.. the real me.. the present and future Stevie Tyler.'

You, my friend, are about to lie down in judgment. You let your two demons do a lot of talkin' for ya, man. Not sure why. They're already goin' to a eternal hell, man. You had a chance. You let them do a lot of talkin' for ya. Unfortunately for you, man.. you get to reap the wrath what should have come to them Wednesday.

I gave ya a chance. See ya soon. Hehehehe.

Wednesday morning comes around. Everyone out doing their work, and Eli comes out of his house.. like normal. People are quick to notice Eli's back to his normal routine. Wakes up, eats his breakfast, and walks out on his porch to look around at the land and people working. He then goes to do some work himself and helps take some load off certain people. Eli is that kind of man. A helper. A compassionate one at that. At least the Eli they know.

The Eli they don't know.. the one that goes off to The Village.. is quite different. Maybe that Eli will never appear in the XWF? Maybe that Eli won't come to the Promise Land? Maybe the Eli of the Promise Land will visit The Village?

Eli works hard up til about noon, then goes back in his home to get his stuff ready to travel and get ready for his Warfare match later that evening.

As Eli gets ready to leave The Promise Land on his helicopter.. people stop working and walk out to encourage him.. let him know they're praying for him and how he deals with the demons and the boy they've possessed. Eli reminds them prayer does work and for them to continue their prayers. As Eli walks up near the helicopter, he turns to everyone..

Eli James IV "When a man strays from the truth, he gets called to come back home. He either listens, comes back, greeted by his family, loved by everyone, a feast is thrown in his honor of returning, and joins in his purpose.. or... He ignores it, turns and walks the opposite direction.. while not evil or dangerous at first.. in fact.. probably normal and nothing alarming about it.. on down the road is evil.. is danger.. is monsters he never knew existed.. is a place where the sun isn't there to give light.. but to burn the flesh off his bones. The heat never stops and only rises. The darkness always encircles. Screams are always heard. Mercy is always asked but never received.

Judgment is comin'. The wrath is gonna fall. Demons will have their place in hell at the appropriate time. Stevie Tyler had a chance to have a home among us.. among the glorious rest of life.. with purpose and cause.. delighting in truth. It appears he chose to ignore the call, turn, and walk in the opposite direction.

Stevie will live his life as it is now. He won't see the dangers. He won't see any warnings. He'll just walk along the path he chose. In the end, he'll remember my words and wish he chose different. For my words are eternal. My words are life. Those who choose to follow and obey, they will get a great reward now and later. Those who choose to not follow and disobey, they will die in their sins.. and it will be an eternal death.

Pray no longer for Stevie Tyler. He has chosen to die in his sins. I will give him that opportunity and show him a small taste of that death. See ya'll soon.

Eli gets in the helicopter, by himself this time, and it goes away as people begin to shout and cheer for Eli.
