The scene opened on the appropriately distanced set of the first episode of Grey Matter as Kenzi Grey-Lacklan sat behind her desk looking at herself in a mirror. She carefully poked at a reddened abrasion on the side of her face, then gave a heavy sigh as she put the compact away and eyed the camera.

“Hello everyone and welcome to Grey Matter, where I…your reason for being here, discuss everything that is interesting to ME!” She grinned, then sucked her teeth as she absently touched at her face. “I suppose I should address what’s going on with my face! If none of you watched XWF Anarchy on Thursday night, here’s a quick replay of what happened to me!”

Kenzi wears a look of disgust as the replay of Scarlett enjoying a ‘Super Kick Party’ with her face as the guest of honor. She grimaces with each blow as if feeling it all over again.

“That was only part of the ridiculousness of that match! Not only did Mrs. Hills Have Eyes try to disfigure me with her filthy shit kickers, but I was nearly assaulted by some weapon wielding maniac outside the ring! Fortunately, I was able to avoid being kidnapped and murdered by Papa Jupiter and his sister/wife!” She smiled, “As a matter of a fact…let’s see the footage of how I ended the match instead!”

This seems to much more to Kenzi’s liking as she grins broadly and settles back in her chair.

“Match outcome aside, the big news isn’t the fact that some 'smelly' so-called ‘Lacky’ managed to win her debut match, but the fact that what happened on Anarchy…WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN! That crazy hillbilly could have injured my face…DO YOU PEOPLE GET THIS?” Kenzi glared into the camera. “Vinnie…do you get this?” Kenzi composed herself, then took a deep breath, smiling as she produced the highly coveted 30 Second Promo Undisputed Heavyweight Championship title and laid it gently on the desk in front of her. “Fortunately, I was able to win the right to correct the wrong perpetrated against me after I SOUNDLY defeated Vinnie Lane for this title and the right to have my contract amended!” She paused, a devious grin on her face. “What’s the amendment you ask? Well…you’ll have to stay tuned for that boys and girls!”

Kenzi moved on from her match, to another big happening on Anarchy…, namely the legendary Centurion not only making an appearance on the show, but joining Team Banana-Lime as he wore the green and yellow jersey of the Anarchy Champion, Ruby.

Kenzi couldn’t help the grin on her face. “It was really nice for Centy to show up and express his support for Ruby as she prepared for her main event Dodge Ball match with Atara…but…I have to ask about something…” she paused, “…does anyone know why his shorts were so tight? I mean, I don’t know if he always wears shorts that tight or if Ruby likes a man in tight pants…or…” She stops, then laughs out loud. “Maybe his shorts only get tight like that when Ruby’s around? This may warrant further investigation!”

Kenzi turned her attention to the main event of the night, the lumberjack style Dodge Ball match between Anarchy Champion, Ruby and Shooting Star Champion, Atara Themis.

“First of all! This match was insane! I was sure that Atara was going to take this one, but she was unceremoniously attacked and had half her hair chopped off by some screwjob with a meat cleaver! This is MORE evidence that Anarchy is…filled with…ANARCHY! I nearly had my face butchered at the top of the show, Atara was thrown through a car windshield and was nearly decapitated in a match that was supposed to be about dodge ball! There is only ONE person to blame for all of this!” Kenzi seems upset as she drums her fingers on the desk, then slowly moves them over to the title belt in front of her. “VINNIE LANE!”

“Vinnie Lane also blatantly attacked my wife at the end of the show! He hit her in the face…injuring her nose…maybe even putting her career at risk!” She stares into the camera, knowing that Vinnie is watching. “Are you proud of yourself Vinnie? ARE YOU?! You nearly ended my career last year, you almost get me and Atara killed, and then you assault my wife on live television? Are you insane…or is it really all about this?” Kenzi holds up the 30PUHC title.

“You’d better pray that Sarah pulls through this Vinnie…you’d better hope and pray!”

The image fades to black...

Greggo appears on a shaky video feed. He's really upset and doesn't even remember to turn his phone for landscape picture, so you know damn well he's going to get made fun of for that later. He's also covered in perspiration, and might be shirtless since we can see his upper shoulders and... oh yeah he's shirtless alright. He dropped his phone and for a second we got a view of the Full Greggo if you know what I mean. Why is he always naked???

He scoops the phone back up and, while apparently running from someone or something, cuts this quick uhhhhhh promo if we can even justify calling it that?

"Mmmm, Mmmm, Hi Kenzi! Haven't seen much of you in the public but we have seen't a lot of each other lately in private when doing secret planning with our Sarah. Aaaaanywayz hun, you and I still have a problem. Funny how ya talk about stuff happening to my Sarah, but it's you that I still owe a dodgeball to the face after what u did 2 my client in her Anarchy RP (recorded promo)!!!! You got a bloody nose comin' yer way."

"You no aim having, baboon handed, blind as a bat, smelly ass turd. Watch yer face."

"Oh uh, yeah sorry, so to all you guys watching this that have NO IDEA what I'm talking about because yer too full of yourselves to watch my client's awesome RPs, here is a clip of what happened to her at the claws of Kenzi here..."

My Sarah: “...I’m working, Beloved…”

Kenzi: “Wanna have sex?”

Sarah immediately spins around with a bright smile on her face. As she does so, Kenzi shuffles her feet, quickly transferring her weight off the back foot and to the front, and then swings her loaded arm forward. The dodgeball flies through the air with a speed which Sarah could never predict, and the ball slams into her face hard enough that it drops her to the floor, her rump to the ground and her hands flailing.

WHAM!

My Sarah: “OW!”

Kenzi bursts out into mad laughter.

Sarah’s mouth is an apoplectic stammer.

Which is when the blood begins to come from her nose. At first a trickle, but quickly a torrent.

Kenzi stops laughing.

"Yer dang right you stop laughing gurl. You don't get to lay hands on my client without my say so. Just you wait, it might be on TV or it might be in private like when I'm bringing you and Sar some tasty beverages, wink wink. Or there might be a surprise in yer laundry one day, Kenzi. Squish squish. And don't you think I'm letting you off the hook for making me have to learn the word apoplecticstammer, which I would'a never had 2 look up if my client's narrator wasn't forced to use the word to describe the horrible stuff you did to my client's face! What a stupid word and I blame YOU for that TOO! One way or another yer gonna pay fer what you did to my Sarah's face, you big gorilla you!"
