“I’m glad I got the both of you here because clearly there’s some things we need to discuss.”


The familiar voice of CHRIS PAGE can be heard as the scene opens and we see that we’re located on a large patio that’s paved with red pavers with several black lounge chairs and seated at a large black framed patio table with a red umbrella that’s extended up and out with CHRIS PAGE, THE TRISTAN SLATER, FAMINE of the VILE and ADAM BARKER are seated around the table to discuss many rumors circulating amongst the XWF revolving around CHRIS PAGE himself.


CHRIS PAGE- “As we can all see our circle has grown rather small.”


Naturally talking about how literally three weeks ago the numbers where more intimidating.


CHRIS PAGE- “What started as a legitimate brotherhood to take down this company has been reduced to what you see here and now. I hate to be the one to admit failure but I can’t control MDK, BLAKK, GAMBINO or any of the others that dropped off the face of the earth and I’m also not going to carry anyone’s dead weight.”


Admitting failure is never an easy task especially when the reason the failure exists mainly revolves around other people not pulling their weight, and while the mission to end the XWF is CLEARLY a work to begin with there’s several pieces of talent that apparently thought we were going to be successful in our quest.


CHRIS PAGE- “I’ll be the first to admit that this hasn’t been the easiest run for me, personally. The entire point for me coming back was to get the opportunity that I never was given and fucked over from many years ago, and that was a shot at the Universal Championship.”


Another match I was FUCKED out of by the powers that be and YES a good chunk of the roster HAS ALREADY agreed to that so there’s no denying it, there’s no pretending that the shot callers play their favorites above playing who legitimately shut MAIN’s mouth in front of the world as opposed to cashing in a briefcase like a little bitch.


CHRIS PAGE- “Yes guys, yes I got screwed out of it as we’re all well aware; and I did think about walking away over it and the only reason I didn’t was because the outcry that was received the mere moment Leap of Faith left the air and the very roster that we came to destroy stood up and let their voices be heard.”


True story.


CHRIS PAGE- “It made it easy for me to claim to be the REAL Universal Champion when everyone on the roster including the Champion his self knew the result that was given was a result for “business” and not a result over who the best truly was.”


There’s a slight pause from CHRIS before he continues.


CHRIS PAGE- “Now I know over the last week or so there’s been a lot of speculation over what the future holds for me when it comes to the XWF, and while you’re hear people who THINK they’re “smart” from fans to even the locker room about what I am going to do or not going to do I had ADAM get you both here so that you can hear it from me and not from anyone else.”


Both FAMINE and TRISTAN sit intently listening to what they’re friend is about to say.


CHRIS PAGE- “Next Saturday is the last contracted date that I will be booked on for the Xtreme Wrestling Federation. I’m going to use the opt out clause in my contract and I’m going to leave.”


Let the fucking celebration begin for some of you who think this decision has ANYTHING to do with you in the slightest when in reality it has nothing to do with anyone other than choices that I’ve made myself. I’m sure some of you who claim to despise me SO much yet can’t keep my name out of your mouths will try to take some sort of credit but that too is a stretch in its own right.


CHRIS PAGE- “It’s never been more painfully obvious over the last several weeks that the XWF as a federation is CONTENT with being a second rate side show as opposed to being a powerful force within this profession but I’m not content with being a part of a second rate company that plays favorites on a daily basis or that maintains contact with former owners that are responsible for taking the XWF and flushing it down the toilet.”


Spoiler Alert for some of you, my job was NEVER to kill the XWF. My job was to come in and make as much fucking noise as I could to generate attention and buzz. JAMES RAVEN called me up and asked me for ideas that could possibly help turn things around from less than mediocre to must see television. When I showed up to check things out I found a federation being championed by a great piece of talent whose only problem was not having someone on his level to compete against.


The only thing that was needed to spice up things was the level of talent that I’ve got coursing through my body and I knew that if the story was right that we could catch things on fire…


That’s exactly what we did.


I came in with this whole Anti-XWF campaign knowing how quickly most of you would bite.


My job was to come in and be hated; a job that I did better than anyone else in recent fucking memory.


… and suddenly CHRIS PAGE is the talk of the town and his program with ROBERT MAIN, yes, I said ROBERT MAIN not DICK MAIN took center stage and created some very interesting moments that played out on in front of your very eyes. The biggest misconception about all of this revolves around the Universal Championship Belt or being looked at as the XWF Universal Champion.


Truth is I can careless either way because at this stage in my career I don’t need, want nor require validation from anyone on what I’ve accomplished and how successful I’ve been but what I did give a shit about was the overall performance; example, we just came off “XX” and what’s the ONE match that EVERYONE is talking about? Certainly wasn’t Dante versus Aidan nor was it The Brand versus Steve Jason… it was CHRIS PAGE versus RANMA SAOTOME as it was the show stealer. Go back to Leap of Faith and what was everyone talking about? CHRIS PAGE got screwed out of the title. Go back to Hell in a Cell and it was CHRIS PAGE‘s performance that had everyone’s attention.


Do you see where I’m going with this? Allow me to paint a clearer picture for most of you that struggle; I didn’t NEED the Universal Championship to take center stage at this three ring circus… I just had to show up.


CHRIS PAGE- “I will not look at either of you and ask you to leave because you’re both grown fucking men and you’ve been here before and know how business is conducted; not to mention it looks like it’s going to be a cake walk to the Tag Titles for both of you; but I’m out. I wanted you both to hear it from me as opposed to dirt sheets or second hand information because I am responsible for both of you coming back to begin with. I do hate that I can’t, well, I won’t continue to waste my time or energy related to the shit show that is the Xtreme Wrestling Federation.”


Nobody has “ran” me off.


Nobody can take the credit for my decision to put you all in my rearview than yours truly; and as I look back on things over the last several months I can say with one hundred percent certainty that I accomplished my goals. I walked in as a virtual unknown to most of you and I’m leaving a lasting impression as how you overshadow everything that’s going on around you.


Even with all this Soldier nonsense, whose name keeps coming out of his mouth? Mine.


I wonder why that is, exactly? Oh yeah, because I’m the guy that beat the man before you beat the man.


CHRIS PAGE- “I’m sure both of you have a lot on your mind and a lot to figure out amongst yourselves and your own careers; for what it’s worth I’d love to see you both finish what you’ve started and TAKE those tag titles for no other reason than because you can and they can’t stop you.”

WORDS FROM THE STONED ONE:


Now that my time with you all coming to an end I wanted to take a few minutes to say that I’ve had an absolute blast over the last several months working with ROBERT as we collectively put together a solid series of matches that was just what the Doctor ordered for the Xtreme Wrestling Federation but the ultimate payoff for me was never the Universal Championship and was doing the one thing that I haven’t done throughout my entire career…


Wrestle Ranma Saotome.


Not only did we hook it up at XX but I think it’s safe to say that we stole the show with that incredible performance on both fronts.


I wanted to take a minute and thank JAMES RAVEN for thinking about me and putting the faith in me to show up and do what I do best and leaving the XWF in better shape than when I found it. I might not have overstayed my welcome and I’ll leave you all with you all wanting more.


Now this brings me to Savage as I am scheduled to show up and waste my time teaming with ROBERT in what was supposed to be the final stop on our Road to Relentless; and now with Relentless clearly not happening and MAIN no doubt wants revenge on SOLDIER this little tag match has far less appeal to me. So my final fuck you to all of you is to simply not show up in person.


… I mean I wouldn’t be the dick that you all love if I didn’t, right?
