The Tragic Past Part IV

Continued From Last Time…

Night had fallen by this point in time and the hole had been dug. Adrian put the body in the hole, but he hadn’t covered it up yet. Adrian lights another match and throws it on the firewood that had been gathered in a pile. The fire finally starts as Adrian lays the fish onto the stone and pulls out his knife.

After having washed it in the creek, due the fact that blood was covering the blade, he began scaling the fish so he could the cook it. Once he’s finished with that, he puts the fish on the rotisserie and pulls out the bag of blueberries to snack on. Adrian lays back onto the grass and stares up at the stars in the sky as he began thinking to himself.

“It looks like I’m be staying here for the next years of my life, with no interaction to the outside world. I can’t deal with anymore tragedies in my life. I’m going to have to take care of myself now, and as long as it stays like this, I’ll be completely fine,” he thought,”This is going to good.”

Continued…

A week had passed since anyone had had contact with the Deputy, James Reidman. They had sent him down the trail that was recently discovered by the police at the Storms’ residence. They sent him to maybe find the recently lost Adrian Storms. There was no leads, no anything, so they had to check any sort of way to get out of the area, and quickly at that.

Two police cars raced down the street, getting to the house quickly, to see if there was still anyway to save him, much less find him. They arrived at the Storms’ residence in about five minutes as they sent out two different squads. They devised a plan to get to the trail and find the lost man, though, hopefully they could get find Adrian as well. The first group went down the trail as the other groups stayed behind, waiting for the other group to give them the signal to go down the trail. They continue walking as they cut the turn, as they can make out something that seems to be a fire in the distance of all the trees. It catches their eyes as they begin to make their way towards it.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Adrian crouched behind a group of trees, where they wouldn’t be able to see him. Adrian had heard the sirens and overheard their whole plan to “capture” him and retrieve their fellow officer. Adrian couldn’t kill them all singlehandedly, they were in groups of 4. Adrian grabbed the rope he had been making traps with and made traps for the officers.

Adrian finally noticed their location, but it wasn’t very clear, rather faint. They began to get closer and closer, as they had noticed the fire that Adrian had left on. His scheme was going exactly as planned, until one of the officers decided to be the brave hero of the group and told them to stay back.

He walks forward as the others stay behind, and this was when Adrian’s plan began to crumble. Suddenly, the rope grabs the officer by the foot and yanks him up, which eventually turns him upside down. The officers looked around and told the other group to rush in as soon as they could.

They sprinted forward, going to untie the other officer but then they all receive the same fate as the first officer. Adrian had to make this quick so he could direct his attention to the other group. He pulled the pistol from his side, the one he had obtained from the other officer he had killed. He aimed at their heads, going to take them out quickly.

He fired 4 shots, all connecting with each one of the officer’s heads, as the other group rounded the corner with their pistols all up, looking for the murderer of the four officer. Adrian lifts the gun up once more and looks right down the sights, aiming for the leading officers. He pulls the trigger as the officer hits the ground with a thunderous impact as blood splatters on the officer behind him.

The officer look down at his uniform and his hands, as blood is covering them. He drops the gun and stands stationary, mortified by the fact that his fellow officer’s blood is drenching him and his uniform. Adrian fires a second bullet towards the group, this one hits the officer standing stationary, mortified. He hits the ground as the other two officers begin to run away, trying to escape.

Adrian drops the gun, as he’s out of ammo. As he’s sprinting and chasing the other officers, he pulls out the trench knife, which he had killed the first officer with. He reaches one of the officers and makes a small gash across the officer’s leg, in which makes him fall to the ground, holding his leg and screaming in agony and for help.

Adrian takes the knife and stabs the officer in the throat, causing instantaneous death. Adrian pulls the knife out of his throat, and directs his attention to the other officer, who has a enormous lead. Adrian has no other choice, there is no way that he can catch up to the officer, much less get a connecting hit.

He takes grabs the gun from the officer who lays at his feet, with blood gushing out of his throat. Adrian takes the gun and cocks it, ready to fire at any moment. He then begins to chase down the officer, but it’ll be a tough chase due to the fact that officer is ahead of him by a good margin. Adrian still has no other choice.

If Adrian let him be the survivor, then he would definitely tell the rest of the police officers and have a bigger group hunt him down. Though, if they went missing, the same fate would happen. No matter what, it was a lose situation. Adrian just continues to run, as he begins to get closer and closer to the fleeing officer.

Adrian is still running after the officer as he notices, they are in the woods anymore, they’re in the wide-open backyard of the Storms’ residence. Adrian pulls up the gun and fires a round in the officer’s direction, in an attempt to stop him, but the attempt fails. The officer just continues to run, trying to reach the police car.

Adrian continues running as the police officer reaches the car. He opens up the door with a quickness and pulls out the keys, but Adrian is getting closer and closer with every second. The officer puts the keys in and tries to crank the car but it won’t manage to start. Adrian reaches the car and pulls the officer out of the car.

The officer then removes the gun from his holster and aims it towards Adrian, though Adrian pulls his up as well. The officer fires first, which makes contact with Adrian in the stomach. Adrian falls to the ground, holding his wound as blood pours out and begins to cover his hands. The officer begins to pull out a phone and starts to call the office.

Adrian lays on the ground, in pain with tears rolling down his face with the bullet lodged into his abdomen. The gun he had possession of lays on the ground in front of him, but he’s in too much pain to do anything. He has to stop the wound from bleeding, though he has to stop the cop from calling or else he’ll be sent to the orphanage, or either charged with 7 murder cases.

Suddenly, Adrian goes to grab the gun but the cop stomps on his arm as he hears the cop speak to someone or something.

"Hello.." the officer greets.

Unfair Treatment

The scene opens up to the backstage area of a recent XWF event, the latest edition of Monday Night Madness, the Tag Team Tenacity. The show was off-air by now as the Number 1 Contenders for The Tag Team Championships had been decided, which ultimately was Theo Pryce & John Samuels. They had beaten 4 different teams that night, a pretty impressive showing, one of those teams included the man that had just walked by, Adrian Storms. Adrian Storms and Bobby ZI made it to the final round, beating 3 other teams to get there but slipped up and couldn’t grasp the final victory they needed to get the title of Number 1 Contenders. Adrian walked by with a gloomy look on his face, though he looked pissed off at the same time. He walks up to his locker room door and kicks the door open with a thunderous force, as it slams open. He proceeds to walk in and slam the door behind him, as everyone begins to stare. The cameraman behind the camera begins to walk over towards the furious Storms. He knocks on the door, hoping he can get an interview with one of XWF’s newest superstars who just had the biggest opportunity of his XWF career so far slip him by. Suddenly, you hear a faint scream and a crash of something hitting something with roaring impact.

Adrian: “Goddamnit! The one fucking opportunity I get, it’s right in my grasp, and I fail to obtain it!”

Suddenly, the door opens as Adrian hold his fist, probably since the loud crash was him slamming his fist into something out of anger and frustration.

Adrian: "What do you want, because right now I’m not in the mood. I mean, did you see that bullshit? I had the chance to become one half of the World Tag Team Championships and it slipped right from our grasps. Though, there’s two reason why those snobbish pieces of shit managed to defeat us and obtain the title of Number 1 Contenders. The first point I have to bring up, is the fact that they got way more time to recuperate and plan out their strategies, while we got maybe five to ten minutes. Though, the second point I have to bring up is the fact that I got pair up with the worst wrestler in this company, Bobby ZI. You can say what you want to about me and why we lost that match, but remember that I wasn’t the one that tapped out, causing us to lose. Oh and Bobby, if you happen to ever read this, if you’re actually intelligent enough to comprehend what I’m saying, whenever you want to fight I’m ready, because I will skull-drag your ass down that ramp and snap your neck with the Eternal Rest, then maybe you’ll shut the fuck up where no one has to hear your constant ramblings of ludicrous. I’ll be glad to do so by the way. But for now, there’s someone else I have to deal with…”

Adrian steps back as it looks like he’s going back to his locker room, but suddenly Adrian’s leg connects with cameraman’s head as he and the camera fall to the ground with a echoing impact. Adrian lifts up the camera and brings it to his face, as his message isn’t done. He then tilts his head to the side.

Adrian (high-pitched): “Tehehe…”

Adrian proceeds to slam the camera on the concrete flooring as the screen shatters with glass pieces scattering everywhere as the scene closes.

Reunited Part I

A cold, dark, foggy night is upon the residents of Seattle, Washington. Adrian Storms is walking throughout the outskirts of the city, just pondering around, but he’s here for a real reason. The city of Seattle holds his parents graves, due to the fact that these were their hometowns and they both wanted to be buried in their hometown. Adrian finally reaches the rundown church where his parents were put in the ground where their bodies could rot. Adrian always had a bad perspective about being buried after you had perished. It always just seemed quite stupid to him how once you’ve perished, you get put in the dirt where worms and other decomposers feed off of your dead skin cells and everything else. He was going to be cremated when his soul had left the others whom he had touched. Adrian opened up the creaky gates of the cemetery, since the fence had rusted and began to decay. Adrian walked through the cemetery, looking at all the dead people who had died a plethora of years ago. One grave had stood out to him though, and it wasn’t his parents. A man named Thomas Johnson, whose tombstone had the words “A Great Man and Loving Relative” inscribed in it. His tombstone, flowers, and cement that covered over where his casket was were all, seemingly, untouched. Adrian looked down at it for a good while, trying to discover where he had heard that name or why his grave was untouched. It left him puzzled for a great margin of the time he was there, but he eventually moved on and found his parents’ graves. Adrian looked at the both of them and the words inscribed into them. His dad’s tombstone read…

Robert Storms
“A Loving Father and Hard-Worker”
1954 - 1989

As then his mom’s tombstone read…

Kimberly Johnson Storms
“A Loving Mother Who Would Do Anything for Her Children”
1960 - 1989

Adrian analyzed their tombstones, as something seemed strange, quite eerie, about them this year. Every year Adrian would board a plane to Seattle, Washington to see his parents’ graves. This time of year was Christmas, where everyone was joyous and merry, seeing all their family, who they acted friendly and loving when around them, but secretly hated all of them. Adrian would give an arm and a leg to just have one more moment with his parents, just to hear them say one last time, “We love you.” Adrian hated Christmas and still does to this day, because people take this time for granted. People hate their families, lie to them, steal from them, but Adrian never had one. Christmas was about Christ, but now the only thing that people care about is getting presents. Christmas has become so commercialized, most parents dread the time of holidays because their little didn’t get everything they asked for. Adrian only had 7 or 8 Christmases, from what he can remember. Adrian looked down at the grave as teardrops began to roll off his cheeks and fall down to the dirty, mossy, concrete that marks where their caskets lay underground. Adrian hears the rusted door of the cemetery creak as he just thinks a gust of wind, due to the normal weather and climate of Seattle, but suddenly, he hears a voice, a familiar one, yet it’s not a recently heard voice.

???: “Hello…?”

Adrian pans his vision and directs his attention to the direction in which the voice came from. He turns around and is astonished by the figure that stands in front of him. He has seen her in 20 years, ever since he fled to the woods after his parents murder. That lady happens to be Catherine Storms, his older sister.

OOC:

Not gonna be all bitchy about it but this isn't some of my best work and I tried to get it in quicker but the festivities got the best of my ass. Which I'm pretty sure that happened to the rest of us. Be alright though, I'll get it next go around.

Sincerely, "Adrian"
