Don't judge each day by the harvest you reap but by the seeds that you plant. Words worth paying attention to if you’re a pathetic member of The Black Circle. Go into Shove-It each and every Saturday to screw some guys out of a match, and reap the rewards… Not noticing the seeds you planted along the ways causes multiple enemies to trample in your wake.

“The Crimson Crest are not your only worry… You have many people, singles competitors, World Champions, Mister Mystery… Sooner, rather than later, you’ll find that the entirety of your company acts to work against you, pitting you in fear of showing up to the venue that your bank account paid for… What will you do? Fire every last one of them? Leave XWF without any competitors and be forced to shut it down due to the lack of talent?

“You’re at a stalemate, my friend… It’s better to correct your ways and allow your servants to follow their own paths instead of being forced to do your dirty work. The Crest is currently not complete; it will only be completed once the Crimson colour of Shane Carvers blood is splattered and left running freely in all directions surrounding him… Only then will The Crest really be Crimson.

“The worst news for you is, we vow to make it happen.”

Visiting A Dark Past of My Own Pt. 1

The scene fades in, the camera approaches a house in daylight, entering the garden and peering into the large glass window. A family are seen within the confines. A young-ish mother, an older looking man, a young woman and a very young girl... Roughly about four years of age. They all sit calmly and watch the television while sipping on cups of teas, the toddler looks hyper as most kids usually are.

The front door to what these inhabitants consider their castle opens up as two deep voices shout their farewell, two frail looking teenagers come into view as the camera pans around. One is Michael Toxie, the other Reece Marshall... Later to be known as Sin Gambit and Crimson Deadly respectively. Reece looks about seventeen years old while his younger brother, fourteen. They close the door as Reece lifts the handle upwards and then locks it… They then proceed to walk towards the gate and leave the premises. The camera man follows behind them, at a distance close enough to hear their conversation.

Michael: “Hey Reece, last one to the tram stop is a carpet muncher!”

Michael bolts up the road, displaying his speed we’ve come to know at an early and tender age. Reece simply walks along at his normal pace, which causes an impatient Michael to turn around and tease him non-stop.

Michael: “What’s wrong? Know you can’t beat me or what?”

Reece: “Actually Mike, I know I can beat you simply because I’m more developed in muscle and bone structure than you are… Besides, chill out… This is child’s play.”

Michael doesn’t look very happy, being told the factual truth that he hasn’t and probably never will beat his brother along with being told his challenge was nothing more than “child’s play”.

Michael: “Reece, why are you so mean to me sometimes?”

Reece looks at Michael with a raised eyebrow and a small smile spawns on his face.

Reece: “Sometimes the best way to send a message to somebody is harshly… Like Alisha for example, she’ll run havoc around that house all day, back chat you, act as though she knows absolutely everything when realistically the only thing that exits her mouth is non-sense. When it’s her bed time she will make it her number one priority to make sure we know… About ten times, that she’s hungry or scared just to get out of bed for another five minutes… We shout at her negatively and she cowers to her room and obeys.”

Michael: “Still, you don’t have to be so mean…”

Reece and Michael begin walking up the road towards the tram stop, the last thing we see is their backs turned towards the camera walking off towards the top of the road, the camera fades out.

Batman and Robin

Sin Gambit: “Tonight, I make my first match debut. Tonight, you see the awesome might which is Sin Gambit… Tonight, a revelation will be unfolded and Sin Gambit’s rise to the very top of the league is in motion. I have no catchy nick names, no catch phrases. I’m a man of his word and that’s what I will continue to be. Maybe at some point I might think of some defining thing to say, but until then, you’ll have to bear with me.

“Benjamin Crane, my opponent in my match, been in the ring twice with my brother and faced defeat twice while in the ring with him… That means I simply HAVE to beat him. If I fail to beat Benjamin Crane then you can bet Crimson is going to have a lot to say about my rise to the top. I vow to surpass him, Crimson Cobra, Mark Flynn, Sebastian Duke and whoever Crimson failed to defeat.

“Benjamin, may I ask why you have a trusty sidekick? Wonderboy? What kind of a name is that to give to someone? What are you turning into, Batman? Is he Robin?

“If that’s true… Then a gay version of Batman has just been unleashed over the ranks of XWF and he has an unfortunate little boy to tag along and embarrass along his way… Really… You couldn’t come up with anything better than WONDERBOY!? Benjamin Crane sounds like a decent name but I simply lost all respect in you after the treatment of him… He’d be so much better in The Crimson Crests hands, we’d give him a dignifying name, build his reputation, and then under OUR leadership he could still turn around and destroy you when you supposedly rise to the top and try to kill XWF…

“But, that’s the funniest bit, the fact you even THINK you’re going to see better and stronger days… Lately you can’t seem to get a win… Not even a portion of a win, and you’re speaking as though you’re the next big thing… That sentence is overused… Perhaps I should stop telling you guys I’m going to rise to the top and prove it first...

“Believe it or not, you have no chance going into this match, ‘Benny boy’. The only chance you have is a zero percent chance of winning, and a one hundred percent chance of getting your ass handed to you worse than Tyrone sent your tongue flying down your throat and Seb choked the lift out of you.”

Addressing Concern

The scene fades in and Sin Gambit is in a gym, Mr. Mitchell appears into the shot of the camera and hands Gambit a bottle, he lifts it to his mouth and squirts water into the back of his throat.

Mr. Mitchell: “Alright SG, I want you to take a break, we need to take about some concerns I’m having lately with Crimson.”

Sin Gambit pauses as the flow of water comes to an abrupt halt, looking at Mitch and seeing the seriousness in his face. He turns around and heads for the bench that is lined against the wall, the camera follows the two as they make their way through the gym, once sitting down, Mitchell starts talking again;

Mr. Mitchell: “We spoke to him before and blatantly showed him our concerns about Shove-It and Madness… But did you watch Madness on Monday?”

Sin Gambit looks upwards as though he’s looking into his brain, thinking about whether he did or not.

Sin Gambit: “Nah, I didn’t see any point behind it. Why what happened?”

Mr. Mitchell: “Crimson Deadly debuted, and he announced that he will be wrestling on Monday night Madness full time… And so will Crimson Cobra.”

Sin Gambit’s eyes widen, at first he believes to himself that the two joined Monday’s to get away from him and focus on their tag team careers but he refused to believe that was the case.

Sin Gambit: “Well… I guess that’s their decision, Monday Night Madness must hold something that interests the two of them… It’s not something I like hearing considering I don’t like those shows due to the addition of extreme rules the majority of the time, but hey, Crimson usually has reasons for his decisions.”

Mr. Mitchell: “That’s just it… His reason? ‘Because I feel like it’”

Sin Gambit: “Well, how about we simply wait for Crimson to come available and have a conversation with HIM about it? Maybe when we can talk together and speak about our concerns he might let us in on a few more details. I’m sure he’s planning something at this point.”

Mr. Mitchell: “There’s one other problem…”

Sin Gambit raises his eyebrow.

Sin Gambit: “What’s that?”

Mr. Mitchell: “Well, after losing in that fatal four way match, you can guess how serious and how badly Crimson Deadly is likely to want another title shot… Well, he just got it over on Madness.”

Sin Gambit’s eyes shoot open, his jaw practically hits the floor and, plain and simple, you can see the look of both awe and shock on his face.

Sin Gambit: “Are you serious!? He’s been announced within two shots so far and I haven’t even had my first match!? That’s a bunch of crap!”

Mr. Mitchell: “We all need to stick together in unity against The Black Circle, I don’t approve of going to war with them but at the same time I can’t fault Crimson for wanting a bit of revenge… In saying that, I’m also a bit worried about Crimson and Cobra’s tag team… You see, Crimson’s opponent in that number one contenders match is… Crimson Cobra…”

Sin Gambit: “WHAT!? Oh no… I think Shane ’s behind this in some way! He must be trying to break apart The Crimson Crest from the inside! Placing Crimson in a match where you can bet he’ll do anything to win, and a match where Cobra will probably do anything to get the shot… They’re simply going to beat the crap out of each other and whoever loses may be slightly jealous and lash out for some reason!”

Mr. Mitchell: “That’s precisely what I’m worried about, we both know Crimson isn’t very good at controlling his temper, if he loses, Crimson Cobra just got exiled from The Crest…”

Sin Gambit: “I’d prefer to have confidence that Crimson wouldn’t take it that far, but even still, it wouldn’t surprise me that something came of it… Eh, he’d probably just demand some kind of rematch…”

Mr. Mitchell is at a loss for words by this point, Sin Gambit is seemingly coming up with a bunch of excuses for his brother… But then again can anybody fault Sin? Mitch is just a manager whereas The Minions Master and Gambit are blood related…

Sin Gambit: “Look, I think we should just leave it here, Crimson and Cobra need a bit of space to think about this and I’d prefer not to speak behind their backs until we can confront them both and talk about this as a group.”

Mr. Mitchell nods in agreement despite the fact that you can see he’s likely to be thinking against it. The scene fades out.
