OOC: Yes, Buffy is Mandii in the picture.

First shot sent.

First Blood drawn.

I watched from a higher point near the water. Chaos was pouring down on the ground below me. Shots were being fired and blood was hitting the ground in puddles. Five on one wars broke out, and while the girls were handling their own, I knew this would not last long. I held back on fire after watching a young girl drop of the side of the cliff that I was laying on. Her body hit the waves and it looked as though she lost herself for a moment. Her head peaked out from the waves one more time, blood covering around her. Suddenly, a ground of seven were starting to climb the pointed rocks that covered the side of the clift. I shot a few more shots before all my ammo was gone. A growl hung in my throat as I stood to my feet and began to dive over the side of the clift.

Once my body hit the air, I turned my back against it and pulled two small handguns from the back of my pants. Ponting them up, I shot three of the seven girls causing them to drop to me before my body hit the harsh waves. Water filled my lungs and eyes and before I could do anything, I felt a hand wrap around my ankle and pull me down. I looked down, a horrid face was looking up at me. Her eyes were black, her teeth sharp, I watched as she pulled me down, feeling my body grow weak from loss of breath. Suddenly, heat struck my body and I pulled out a small pocket knife. Swing down to her tail, I slit open part of it forcing her to let me go. I looked back once more into her black eyes, she let out a loud shrill noise that hit me before hitting the surface. I closed my eyes, covered my ears, and felt my body go into shock. I started to sink back down to her, but before she could get her hands on me once more, I turned back and swam away.

My breathing was heavy the moment I hit the water above. I started to swim to where the other girls where. Once my feet touched the sand, I pulled my body all the way up and turned to Nero. She nodded to me before tossing a machine gun up in the air to me. I caught it and began to back up to where she was. We were surrounded, I looked around at all the women's faces and not all of them had the look of Sirens. Helen didn't just make a army of Sirens, she made a army of whatever she could.

Where is Helen?

In the water somewhere! She's hiding like the little bitch she is.

I started to work my way through the crowd of girls and some men. Before I reached to far from Nero, she pulled on my arm and looked me dead in the eyes.

Be careful.

I nodded and shot through the crowd. As I ran, I felt sharpness in my body and blood running down my sides. I looked down, but only for a moment, watching as blood washed over open cuts. I couldn't distinguish my blood or anyone elses, for all I knew, this was all of my blood loss.

Mandii! Help!

I looked over at Miranda, her body being shoved to the ground by a group of ten or eleven. I shot over to her, pulling people off of her, and sending my pocket knife into their chests. They fell to the ground, blood flowing from the open cuts and out on to the beach. I pulled Miranda up, her cuts were not healing and her face had worry washed on it. I looked around us, more where coming for her and myself.

Hurry, what's wrong?

They...They know what we are doing! They have two guns!

I swirled around, a frown hung on my face. I pulled out two more hand guns before starting to walk through the crowd again. The shots of the guns vibrated back into my hand as the bullets were sent into the air. Once the clips were done, I reloaded and took Miranda by the hand, pulling her to her feet, and running for the water. Once we ran out of beach I grabbed the gun from her hand and pushed her down to the ground before firing a few more shots.

You have to change and you have to do it now!

But I...

NOW!

My shout was coated with the sound of bullets as I practically kicked Miranda into the ocean. I couldn't worry about her now, she had to learn how to do things on her own. I stopped firing before running back over to Nero and going back to back once again. She let out a laugh before shooting bullets over my shoulder and hitting many girls in the head rather than heart.

I need to you work back to the dirt tunnels!

Just me?!

Everyone on land!

I pushed off from her back before running back to where the dirt tunnels where located. My breathing was slowing down, I could hear my heartbeat in my ears. For some reason my blood was pumping faster and the feeling of fire was on my skin. It wasn't until I looked down at all of the blood that covered my body that I knew why. I blinked a few times, trying to focus on the fight rather than my wounds. I watched as the girls backed up to where I was, right at the start of the tunnels. Hadassa's face was covered in blood, both from her and others. She stood next to me, yelling as she fired the gun over and over. Following her was Amaryllis and Nero. Once they reach me, we stood in a line and continued to shoot.

This is better than a zombie show!

Arthes, now!

Suddenly, a bazooka dropped to my hands as I put it up to my face. The bullets began to slow down as I focus on my target.

What the fuck are you doing?!

Distracting.

I shot one single shot that hit the side of the cliff where I had once been sniping. Rock busted from the side landing on both Water nymphs and Sirens, causing their body to be crushed under not only rock, but waves. I dropped the bazooka and turned behind me seeing Teakkin. I nodded to her, and she to me.

Teakkin, NOW!

Her hands seem to reach to the sky as the bodies of the dead rose up from the bloody battle field. The battle was even with the bodies of the dead fighting. I looked up to Teakkin, smiling. Hadassa made her way back into the battle, shooting all the way back to where she was. Nero ran over to where grass was growing and began to climb up the side of a tree. I turned to see Amaryllis putting up what seemed to be a force field, her eyes completely focused on the women rushing at the both of us.

Find Cameron!

Her voice echoed in my ears. I ran next to her, letting out a few shots on the way to her. She looked to me, worry in her eyes.

They are going to start singing, Cameron and his pack need to move out before they hear it!

Suddenly, a song so sweet was let out into the air. I closed my eyes, my mind wandering from it and back on the sound of gun shots.

Go!

She pushed me away from a moment before going back to her focused state. I ran across the sand, getting stopped but not for very long. My eyes danced over the carnage that covered over the small island. I couldn't find Cameron, I couldn't find any of them infact.

Don't look so down, this is what you wanted dear.

I froze to the voice of Helen behind me. I turned to see her, a smile on her face.

You chose this battle Mandii, look at all the death around you. Was this worth it.

Shut up!

You are the monster you feared, you killed everyone who is dead here today.

Shut up...Shut up...SHUT UP!

I darted, my body rushing with fury, rage, heat. Our bodies connected and I felt the cold of her body shift over the heat of my body. Her sinister smile danced in my head, why was she smiling so? Was she really happy over this, this pain? This suffering?! I pushed her away before pulling out my handguns once again and sending two shots into her shoulder. She dropped to the ground and I shot on in her lower left side. I started to get closer, but once I got into reach length, I felt my body go into the waves once more. Water rushed over my body, into my lungs, and crossing over my eyes. I took in a breath of water before feeling two other sets of hands around me.

Now you see Mandii, you had no chance in winning over me. The world will change today, and you, haha, you will never see what you missed out on. The world will be mine and you will die.

Her voice was so clear, my eyes shut, why was her voice so clear. Once I woke up, I was being held down by two different Sirens. Helen laid on rocks at the bottom of the water, her hair running white. She smiled to me before laying on her back.

Heat...no...this wasn't heat....what was this...No!

She shot up to me, her tail dancing in the water. Her hand touched my face and for a moment it seemed the world had stopped. I looked into Helens eyes and she shot me one last smile before sending her hand across my chest, cutting it open and watching as the blood left my body. I started to still, my body was fading, my mind was drifting. My eyes, they closed once more. Then, I felt her hand shoot into my chest. My eyes opened wide, I could feel her fingers dance around my heart. I looked into her eyes once more, they danced with happiness as she pulled her hand out of my chest.

Now Mandii, say good-bye to the world you once knew.

Her hand shot back into my chest, but this time, something was different. That feeling rushed into my body once more and I hit the water with my body. I shot up out of the water and fell back on the sandy beached...I was alive. I gasped for breath before looking down. The long cut along my chest hung open and blood ran freely.

Your...Your nails..They were...

Washed in the water that covered the flower of Sapphire. You will die soon whether you fight it now, or give in, that is your choice. You should have bowed, you could have been at my right hand. Now look at you, ha!

My eyes closed, my body stiffened, I was losing breath and the only things I thought of were Sage, Damien, Jason...I was letting them down..i was letting her win. I would die here and now everyone would die with me..No. Heat hit my body once more and that feeling returned. Helen began to walk away until...

I will never follow you...

She turned around, looking down at my motionless body. Black hair covered my face, wet from the waves I had been tossed in. My body was soaked in water, I looked dead.

I will never follow you, I will never sit at your right hand, and I will NEVER let you win!

My head popped from the sand and looked Helen in the eyes, they were filled with shock and anger. My body shot up, heat fulling every mood I made, then, then I felt the last of my humanity die along with the girl that layed on the sand dead. My body changed, dark brown feathers covered over birds wings and body. I shot up to the air, looking over all the girls. Amaryllis was using her force field, Miranda useing her anger, Hadassa using her sorrow, and Nero using her knifes to fight off the army put together by Helen. Arthes stayed back to shoot a small handgun and Teakkin mastered her puppets perfectly.

No...No!!!!

A smiled drifted over my face, a heat rushed in my body, power over came my body, my power. I shot down sending Helen to the ground. I ripped into her flesh, causing great amounts of blood to be shot into the air. Suddenly, a voice called out from behind me.

Mandii, stop!

Mandii!

I turned to see Ligea and Leucosia running after me. I stopped tearing into their sister long enough to turn to them and let out a shrill noise. Everyone dropped to the ground, their heads tucked to their knees. I turned back to Helen, my eyes dance with fury.

You took my brother!

Helen looked up into my eyes, her body trembling and bleeding profusely. I open my mouth to let out another shrill scream before hearing a shot fired. Helen's eyes drifted to a body that was being lost to the waves. Everything just seemed to stop, even myself.

Sara!

Amaryllis’s voice broke the silence. I watched Helens eyes shoot back to me before she pushed me away and shot into the water. Everything seemed to go in slow motion, the movement of Amaryllis and Leucosia turning and falling into the water. I felt my body run cold as I laid back on the sand. Looking around, the war had stopped.

No, please, Sara! Sara!

I looked over at Amaryllis who was soaked in water, her hand laid on another Sirens chest. Tears followed behind her crys. Suddenly, Helen pushed her from the side of the Siren. I watched as Helen pulled the Siren to her chest, sobbing into her hair. Time snapped back to normal the moment Ligea shot to my side. She put her arms around me. It wasn't until now I saw all the blood that covered my body, Helens blood, my blood. I began to shake uncontrollably watching as Helen held the Siren in her arms. Is started to dart but was held back by Ligea. She pulled me to her.

Mandii, calm down, Mandii!

I fought to get back to Helen, I needed to watch her die, but for each fighting move I did Ligea held on tighter. She pulled me to the ground and held me down.

Mendii! It's over! Stop this, this isn't you!

I want to watch her die!

Mandii!

Not until she is dead!

I looked over once more, watching Amaryllis fall on the fallen Siren. Both her and Helen cried over this one loss, after all the lives lost today, all the blood spilled, why did this one hurt the most. I stopped my struggle to the world of sister.

Sara, please wake up. Sister?...Sissy?

My heart skipped. I watched as the wolves walked across the beach. I stilled, everything about my body stilled, my mind stopped racing. Sara was Amaryllis’s sister, that meant...Helen lost a daughter. Helens head shot to the shy as she let out a sorrowing sound. Ligea allowed me to sit up. Blood left Saras body as she looked up and smiled at Helen. Suddenly, her eyes faded to darkness. Every part of anger in my body washed away. I pushed myself to my feet, walking over to Helen. I stood over Helen and Amaryllis as they cried over the body. Then, Suddenly, a voice came from behind me.

You did this!

Mandii, he has the dagger!

I turned, a dagger pierced through the heart of Nerobel. A gasp left my lips as a man stood in front of me, holding my sister up by the blade of the knife. Tears swelled in my eyes. Her body began to fall the ground, becoming cold to the touch. I fell with her, cusoning her blow to the sand. Miranda and Handasa held back the man as I looked down, blood covering the ground, Nerobels blood.

No...

Mandii.

No...

Look at me..

You're going to be ok, you're going to be ok...

She smiled and hand her hand over my face, moving hair from my face.

No, it's my turn to die. I told you, I told you when we met that I would fight with you, but when it was over, I would find away to die. It's my turn to die Mandii and its your turn to live.

Tears began to fall down my face.

No...

Mandii, listen to me, find your brother, live your life. You could never be a monster, you didn't deserve this. You live, don't just live for yourself, live for me...Promise me.

I nodded to her, hearing the breath get heavier. Her breathing was beginning to shallow. She ran her hand down my face once more, wiping the tears from my cheek. I looked down, her blood covered my hands, it covered my clothes and mixed with mine.

I'll tell dad...I'll tell dad how proud he should be of you if I go to where he is. If he should be proud of one of us, it should be you. Mandii...It was fun...

She let out one last smile before her blood ran cold. I felt her blood turn to ice under her skin. My body shook again, my head hung down to the ground.

Teakkin...

She stepped forward from the crowd and stood next to me.

Bring her back.

Mandii...

Please, don’t stand there and say my name, bring her back!

She dropped down to a knee, allowing my hand to fall onto her shoulder.

Bring her back...Please...

I can’t....I’m....I’m sorry.....

I closed my eyes. The war was over, but at what cost? Helen lost a daughter, the man lost his soon to be wife, I lost Nerobel. I stopped my shaking, looking down at Nero and moving away from Teakkin, before picking Nerobel up in my arms. Her body hung in the air, motionless. At this point it hit me, she was gone. I looked back at the faces, covered in blood, covered in sorrow. Turning back to Ligea, Leucosia, and Parthenope. Parthenope held her daughter in her arms like I held Nero. I looked back down at the lifeless body that laid in my hands. She was gone and I had lost everything else that I ever loved, ever cared about over this war...It was all gone...I was alone...

Mandii.

Ligea put he hand on my shoulder.

It's over, done.

I walked away, the other girls following behind me leaving the bloody battle field to Helen. I may have started this, but I also finished it. I know I lost everything, I have nothing anymore, but I did what I had to do in order to keep those I love safe. This was the life I lived, and to be honest, it will be hard, but I will keep my promises. I will live and I will see a better tomorrow. Now...Now I had a match to win and a life to live, not just for me, but for Nero as well.
