The sound of a body hitting the floor echoed through out the warehouse.


The camera turns back on with a birds eye view of the warehouse. it zooms in slowly with one man still holding his gun while the other is laid out on the floor potentially dead. The man that was still standing fell to his behind. Mr. Hypernova was that man.

How do you feel now, Mr. Radio!? ha ha ha ha! I told you that I was going to be the one walking out of here! What's this? it appears that you managed to still get a shot into my stomach. I wont lie, this still hurts quite hurts. How are you doing over there? Dead? ha ha ha!

actually... I'm still pretty...alive.

That can't be possible. I had such a better shot than you!

you m-missed my head. you just barely knicked my neck.

Wh-what? that's impossible! I have the greatest aim ever.

A-apparently not.

It doesn't matter now because I'm just going to finish you off! agh!

Having some problems with your stomach?

You son of a bitch! Once I'm able to crawl to you, you are so dead!

C'mon then. I'm not going anywhere.

He grunted and began crawling with one hand holding his gun and his other hand clutching his stomach with a large amount of blood gushing out. I grabbed my neck a stood up. I walked over to him and placed my foot on his wrist that was holding his gun. I pointed my gun at his head.

I could end it all right now if I wanted to. But that's not like me to kill someone who has pretty much no defense. So here's what I'm gonna do for you.

I tossed my gun across the warehouse and took his gun from his hand. I lightly tossed it a ways down the warehouse.

Whoever can get to their gun first can use it. I have to get mine and you have to get yours. I threw mine farther because I was able to get to my feet unlike you.

How about we don't do this.

Why? because you know you're going to die?

No, not at all.

He smiles and whips out another pistol and shoots me right in the stomach.

Because I brought a back up. Now prepare to die you son of a bi-

*p-taff*

A bullet went straight threw Hypernovas head. His eyes turned white and his the skin on his bones slowly began to disappear. After a few seconds his body was nothing but bones. He was dead.

Cassandra?

I thought you might need some help.

I thought you were leaving.

No, of course not. I knew about him this entire time. I knew about everything that he did and I was just pretending to act the way I did earlier because believe it or not he was actually listening to us some how. I could feel it. I think he was listening to the conversation through your head but now... He's dead.

Cassandra... I needed to be the one to kill him though. I need that part of my soul back.

Oh, I know. He would've killed had I not shot him before he shot you.

What about my soul?!

I have it.

What do you mean you have it?

I killed the clone and that part of my soul is now right next to mine.

You're not going to keep it are you?

ha ha. No I'm not going to.

She grabbed my hand and helped me up.

How am I going to get it back then?

She just looked into my eyes and smiled.

Cassandra?

I have to give you my soul along with the other half of yours. It's the only way.

No. I can't ask you to do that.

I would rather you have your full soul along with mine than have to suffer with only half of a soul for the rest of your days.

I don't understand...What will happen if I get your soul as well?

I'll be with you forever but I wont be able to communicate with you ever again but you will just have my great charisma with you. I will look down on you from the heavens alongside my parents knowing that you will still be walking with complete control of who you are and that I will be a part of you.

Cassandra you know I cant just do that.

Why not? I thought you wanted your full soul back?

I do but I just cant let you just vanish like that. It was one of my oaths to serve and protect you and I'm not going to be the reason you die.

You wont be the reason why I die. You'll be the reason why I can go to the heavens with love and happiness. I wont be dead, Michael. my soul will be with you. My living body will be the only thing gone.

I...

I placed my hands on hers and looked her in the eyes.

I love you, Cassandra.

I love you too. Embrace eternity.

She kissed me and began golden sparkles start coming from her body. She was slowly disappearing. Right before she completely disappeared she had opened her eyes so I could see them for the last time. She was gone.

I dropped to my knees. My wounds had been fully healed and I felt just as I did before I came to Earth and this time. I was actually me again. All of me was here. At what cost though? Cassandra was...gone. I stood up and walked to the outside of the warehouse. I looked into the sky and smiled. I walked over to my bike and sat down and thought for a minute. I heard my phone vibrate inside of the bag that I keep on the side of my bike. I took my phone out and looked at the screen. "1 new text message from Alexandra Callaway." I smiled. Somewhere I just knew that Cassandra wanted me to be happy and with Alexandra I knew I could be happy.
