"Well, Elisha, that was very ...... interesting."

Elisha. The man who I am right now and have always been is a different story than what you've heard in past.

I wasn't born from some barn Eli had sent the man Eric Rex to, nor was I born in a cave deep in the woods. My story isn't that simple. It begins before your parents were ever putting the birth of you into action, or accident. It begins before time ever really existed. It begins before the lights of the universe became into existence. I was created when this creature of light, whose name is well known as Lucifer, decided to bring forth his free will into play and let pride rise to the surface. This created being felt he should be the top being in all existence, and therefore, tried to become the top priority of all creation. The Eternal One, aka the Creator, felt betrayed. Lucifer was ready for war and would do anything necessary to become the one to be worshiped by everything and everyone.

I know, I know. This is the supposed story based on Christianity. It's been an idea proposed around the world that Eli James is apart of that religion. It's funny how people tend to do that, like Eli says all the time. They just want to label you into something so it makes them feel a bit more comfortable with what you're preaching. I suppose we should just let him answer those critics when the time arises. As far as my story goes, it has nothing to do with Christianity. I do not claim to be a follower of the religion known as Christianity, nor any religion that the simple mind tend to follow. My beginning is still a bit more complex for the simple mind. While you would love for this to be a part of the Christian realm, it isn't. It's simply a portion of the truth of the beginning, and to understand who I am you must know this.

The Creator.. the Eternal.. the Almighty decided the other creatures that were created must pick a side. It was either to pick the Creator and remain in the great mysterious world, or be vanished into another place filled with fire and darkness... which would be the result if you chose to follow the created one, Lucifer. You would not die, nor be vanished from thought. You would remain in your eternity existence, but you would be left into that dark pit.

The choice was made. Few went with the created, and many remained with the Creator.

Their destiny was set, but the battle had yet to be fought.

I was created to speak truth, even if it meant it were to be harsh and the people felt judged by it. I was in a waging war within myself among the Creator and created. It was this type of similar battle that started long ago before any thing had been created other than those creatures. This war is stronger within some than others, but it is within everyone. This is where the difference is between me and the rest. I have yet to give in completely to one side. I like to sit in the middle and watch both sides creep in with their armor ready to kill the other. Eric Rex was just a pawn in this game who failed to have his eyes open and hands ready for battle. I, on the other hand, embrace whatever comes my way... whatever weapon is thrown at me... whatever war people have chosen to fight me with... I embrace it all. It conforms me into the one I am suppose to be.

I am not one to grill out hamburger meat until it's cooked with cheese and all the toppings, seasoned with flavor. I am one to find the animal while it's still alive in its environment and eat it fresh. No season, no toppings, just pure fresh taste the way it was always meant to be. You taste the blood type. You taste its fear. You eat away as it dies within your mouth. You are responsible for taking the life, not a weapon. Yourself. It is the greatest feeling in the world for me to destroy and taste.

"So, based on what you've shared with me you don't believe you are Eric Rex anymore?"

"N-Never w-w-w-was E-Eric. Always E-Eli-Eli-Elisha."

"How long have you stuttered your words?"

Elisha doesn't respond. He looks over towards his Lacey doll and simply points at her. The doctor turns his head and sees the doll, then turns back to look at Elisha as he gives a strange smile.

"I'm not quite sure what you mean, Elisha."

"S-Since Ma-ma-momma birthed m-m-me."

"I see. When did she..... birth y..."

Elisha interrupts holding his head giving out a deep growl.

"Nononononononononononononono. No. No. No!"

Following an outburst of repeated 'no's', Elisha starts to mumble to himself various phrases and words that do not make any sense at all. Elisha gets up off of the floor and starts throwing things, continuing to mumble nonsense. The doctor looks confused. He decides to get up quickly and pick up Lacey doll from the other side of the room. He brings it to Elisha and holds it for him to take.

"Will this help calm you down, Elisha?"

"Momma d-doesn't l-l-l-li-like you. S-she told me t-to r-r-r-remove you f-from here. Nonononononono!"

The doctor looks disturbed and drops Lacey doll to the floor. The doctor's cell phone starts to make a chime noise. Strange 'perfect' timing it seems, at least to the doctor. It's from Eli James IV. It's a text message that reads, "It's probably now at that point where Elisha wants you dead, or Lacey. This is when the last few doctors were... removed and judged a little early. I'd suggest you leave, find Lacey Rex the physical girl, and bring her in the room. It could save ya, or it could just make it worse. It's not like ya have a choice anymore. See ya soon?" The doctor takes a deep swallow in fear for his life, almost seems like a setup, but nonetheless he starts to flee to the door.

"I-I'll, um, be right back, Elisha."

The doctor opens the door and leaves while Elisha gives him a strange eerie look. The doctor flees from the house and finds something that wasn't there earlier. A tire swing hanging from one of the trees in the front yard with a little girl swinging. She has a name tag that says "Lacey Rex". The doctor can't help but think this was orchestrated, and the possibility of him dying today is almost writing on the wall. He doesn't have much of a choice but to take the risk and bring Lacey inside. He starts to walk away from Lacey and the house, but once again his phone makes a noise. It's from Eli James. It says, "If you leave this yard, then you leave this world. I suggest you take the chance of taking her to Elisha." The doctor realizes he's most likely being watched and doesn't have much choice right now. He walks back over to a smiling.. swinging.. Lacey Rex. She looks harmless he thinks to himself. Blonde hair, a white sundress, smiling and giggling... she can't bring about any harm and he should just follow Eli's chance of safety. He holds out his hand, and apparently Lacey knows what's going on. She gets off her tire swing and heads towards the house with the doctor. They walk in the room where they left Elisha.. the lights are out.. except the light coming from the sun outside peaking through the window. He's back on the floor, rocking back and forth, squeezing his Lacey doll tightly in his grip.

"Honey? It's Lacey. I'm back."

Elisha doesn't seem to look too thrilled about Lacey Rex standing several feet away from him while holding his Lacey doll. He stops moving and just stares in their direction.

"Did you hear? You have a championship match on Madness against Mr. Supernova! I'm so proud!!"

"Y-Y-You not momma. S--S-S-S-She is Momma. W-Who are you?"

Elisha holds out his doll towards Lacey and the doctor.

"You abandoned him! You left him out in the cold, out in the darkness, out in that cave alone.. it was a good thing I was around when you left. I raised him right. He's my baby. Don't you try to come between us. You left. I came. We're a family without you.

"Elisha, honey, we have a bond that you and your doll of me don't have. Stop being like this. I want you, my son, to talk to me. Stop using that doll."

"I'm not just a doll. I'm his mother. You spent time with Eric Rex, but very few moments with Elisha."

"Eli took me away for a reason! I didn't leave on my own."

"No, you had a choice. You could have stayed, but because Eli said to jump you jumped. You could have remained standing. Didn't you love your Eric Rex? Didn't you love your Elisha? You say you did, but your actions tell us differently."

Elisha uses his free hand to slowly lift up his mask from his face. He stands up and turns away from Lacey and the doctor.

"Don't try to diagnose me doctor. I do not need to be diagnosed, observed, nor do I need any special treatment. You must to come a simple understanding that you will never figure me out. Once you catch a glimpse of one puzzle piece, another one is found and the picture makes no sense. When I say world, your mind takes you to planets in the Universe but it's not what I mean. It's best to just let me be before another dies. Lacey, you left me alone. I can deal with cold or heat. I can deal with darkness and light. I can survive no matter what opposes me. I've proven that time after time. I've even proven I can exist beyond the love of a mother, a daughter, a betrayal from friends, and a hopeless seed. Everyone has a weakness. Everyone. No one is above a weak point and it just takes time for one to see it. My weakness is clear.. it's always been you. When you left me, you left me to be weak and I had to strengthen myself. She came along and we've bonded. You want to return to me? Then you must sit in your weakness. You must wrestle against your own evil, and then we will be rejoined. I know, do you?"

Possession. It's the only word that can describe the strange normal speaking Elisha once the mask was removed. He puts his mask back over his face and turns around. He drops to the floor and starts to rock. He speaks like nothing had happened..

"M-M-Momma. Y-Your son l-l-loves y-you. Loveloveloveyouyouyou. Loveyou. Loveyou."

"Elisha wants you to come hug him. Let's all be one happy family, Lacey."

"Oh, Elisha!"

Look at him. That doctor has no idea what just happened, nor does he know what's going to happen... especially to him.

Elisha stands up. Lacey runs towards him, and his doll, as all three hug it out. Elisha then lifts his head to look at the doctor and gives a strange look.
