|-| Is there a superstar hotter than Shawn Steele? Go ahead. Check out the entire talent roster for the X-treme Wrestling Federation. Sure, there are bigger names. Bigger names with even bigger victories. But there is no denying that Shawn Steele is on a roll. Victories over Number One Contenders. Victories over Former Champions. New member of The Brotherhood. Shawn Steele has been a mainstay on Monday Night Madness since his XWF debut. And this Monday night, September Thirtieth in Phoenix, Arizona, Shawn Steele is in yet another Main Event. But this time it’s different. This time the Main Event is Shawn Steele’s first shot at getting some XWF Gold around his waist. XWF Television Champion, Mr. Supernova, defends his title against Mr. Radio, Casey Jones and Shawn Steele in a Four Man Elimination match.
Already Shawn Steele is the underdog in the Main Event match. But should he be? It’s nothing new. Not really. Based on the comments from his peers, Shawn Steele has been considered the underdog in most of his matches. The same thing is said about him every time. Time and time again. They call him an ape. A roided up freak. With more muscles than brains. And now he’s being called a placeholder. Nothing more than a sacrificial body for The Brotherhood in Sebastian Duke’s ongoing war against John Madison and The Black Circle.
But is that all he is? Just another body? Does he really stand no chance at walking out of Madness on Monday night with that XWF Television title belt? Maybe. Maybe not. But one thing is certain. There will be mayhem. |-|

The screen stays dark longer than usual before finally coming to life with a clicking sound, the screen suddenly filling with an XWF promotional photo of Mr. Radio. The screen remains filled with the image of Radio as the voice of Shawn Steele is heard.
Shawn Steele: Mr. Michael Radio. The man who’s had enough. Been pushed too far. And what was it that sent Radio over the edge? What was it that caused him to lash out in quite possibly the most outlandish, homophobia laced pathetic rant of all time? Why that was me. I’m the one that pushed him right off of that ledge of sanity. And why? Because he can’t beat me. He’s tried. Twice.
Another clicking sound is heard just before the picture changes, this time showing Shawn Steele hooking the leg of Mr. Radio, the shot capturing the referee’s hand in midair just before making the three count, awarding Steele his pinfall victory.
Shawn Steele: This was the moment it all started downhill for Michael. When I drove his head down into that mat with the Steele Twister .. it was at that very moment that Michael Radio’s entire world came crashing down. True, he didn’t know it at the time. Because he was unconscious. Just like everyone else who’s stepped into the ring with me has ended up. But when he came to, when he asked that referee what the hell had just happened, that’s when it all set in. He’s never been in the ring with someone like me. He’s never met someone like me. Oh he won’t admit to it. He’d never admit it. But he knew it then. Knew he couldn’t beat me. Knew that every time he stepped into the ring with me, he’d be the loser. And in that moment .. when that realization set in .. that’s the moment he knew he’d never be the XWF Television Champion. Because he knew what was going to happen. Everyone knew what was going to happen. What HAD to happen. I had just pummeled the Number One Contender to Mr. Supernova’s XWF Television Championship. Right in the middle of the ring. Live on M0nday Night Madness for the entire world to see. There was no way .. NO WAY .. that Paul Heyman wasn’t going to put me in that match. That match that Mr. Radio has been waiting for. Seemingly waiting forever for. His match against Mr. Supernova. His chance to finally get that victory. But now? Now he had blown it. That chance .. that title match that Mr. Radio was living for? I had just taken that chance away from him. And he knew it. He still knows it. That’s why ....
Another click. Another picture. This time, the picture of an apparently bewildered Steve Sayors holding a microphone in front of Mr. Radio. The event having taken place just a week ago when Radio expressed his disgust at Mr. Supernova’s same sex relationship.
Shawn Steele: That’s why this happened. Radio’s world has come crashing down and his mind .. his mind has come unglued. You think it was a coincidence that Mr. Radio lost his composure at the same moment that he found out he had to step into the ring with me, again? Of course not. I’m sure he was confident heading into our first match. He’s a confident guy. No denying that. But after the beating I put on him .. after he gave me everything he had and I stood there and smiled before I dismantled him? The last thing Mr. Radio wanted was to ever step foot in an XWF ring with me again. But then that’s just what Paul Heyman did. Or, as Mr. Radio put it .. that’s what PAUL MOTHERFUCKING HEYMAN did. Put him back in the ring with me again. And then Radio .. to put it clinically .. flipped his shit. And rightfully so. Because what happened back on September Second in Kansas City, happened again in Dallas. Bell rang .. I beat the living shit out of Mr. Radio .. had my hand raised in victory.
Again with the clicking and again with the picture change, this time the picture is from this past Monday night and it shows Shawn Steele clotheslining Mr. Radio over the top rope.
Shawn Steele: This is your past, your present and your future Radio. This is what’s going to happen every time you step into the ring with me. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. And that includes this Monday night in the Main Event of Madness. I know you’re just that heartbroken little toddler who’s crying and lashing out because their favorite toy has just been taken away from them. And what you’ve had taken away, is any chance at ever becoming the X-treme Wrestling Federation Television Champion. And you know it just as well as I do. You know you can’t beat me. You know you’re going to lose. Maybe you beat Supernova. Maybe you can beat Casey Jones. But you CAN NOT beat me. So keep running your mouth. Keep living in your little fantasy world where you try to convince everyone that you can overcome anything. Hell, keep trying to convince yourself that you can overcome me. But you cant. You won’t. Face facts Radio. You’re a loser. Step into that ring with me and that’s all you’ll ever do. Lose.
With another click comes another picture, this time of the aforementioned Casey Jones.
Shawn Steele: Exactly how many cult leaders does this place have? Now I know what you’re thinking, because I’ve heard the rumblings in the back. I’ve heard the talk .. the talk that The Brotherhood is just another cult. Led by Sebastian Duke, getting others to do his dirty work for him. I don’t do dirty work, unless it’s my own. But The Brotherhood .. we’re just a group of individuals working towards a common goal. We all do our own dirty work. And that’s where the difference is. Casey Jones doesn’t do his own dirty work. He’ll tell you he’s too good for that. But the fact of the matter is this. It’s not that he’s too good, it’s that he’s too scared. Too scared to step into the ring with someone like me. I’m going to break Casey Jones in half. Because Monday night, there’s no getting away from the inevitable. The inevitable of stepping into the ring with me and getting crushed. There’s going to be no one doing his fighting for him. The moment I get my hands on Casey Jones inside of that ring is the moment his chances at becoming XWF Television Champion has come to an abrupt end.
Click. This time the picture is of the XWF Television Champion himself, Mr. Supernova.
Shawn Steele: And this is where that common goal comes into play. The destruction of The Black Circle. Monday night in Phoenix, I play my part. My part in the systematic dismantling of The Black Circle. My part is taking that XWF Television Championship away from Mr. Supernova. Taking that Television Championship away from The Black Circle. And unlike Radio, I don’t give a shit who Mr. Supernova crawls into bed with. What matters to me, is what he does when we step into that ring on Monday night. And what he’s going to do, is the same thing that everyone else does when they step into the ring with me. Lose. And lose badly. And he’s going to lose that XWF Television Championship. That same Television Championship that he’s held for five months. Five long months. And it all comes to an end Monday night. It’s all coming to an end for The Black Circle. For Mr. Supernova. For Luca and his reign as European Champion. And for our paper king John Madison. The inevitable conclusion is already set in motion. This Monday night on Madness is just the natural progression. The natural progression of Shawn Steele walking out of Monday Night Madness in Phoenix, Arizona and bringing that XWF Television Championship to The Brotherhood.
One more click and the image changes to a picture from Madness on September Sixteenth, showing Shawn Steele and the rest of The Brotherhood standing behind Sebastian Duke. The image fills the screen for just a moment before the scene slowly begins fading away.
