The scene opens in a large stadium style movie theater. The deep red seats accentuate the blue colored carpeting and black walls. The lights are bright at the moment, showing off the staggered seating of the theater. The theater could hold about 400 people, but there is only one solitary person enjoying the luxurious surroundings. Jonny Rebel stands directly in the middle of the theater. His long black hair pulled back, Jonny is wearing a three piece suit. Black pants, a red vest and black jacket. His polished shows reflect the bright lights of the theater.
Rebel
Where are you Steve? Come on. We got things to do.
About that time, someone walks around the corner and starts up the stairs. The person's face can't be seen because he is carrying a XWF camera, two bags of popcorn, two drinks, and some nachos. The guys stumbles up the stairs and reaches Jonny. Rebel takes a popcorn, drink and the nachos and sits down. The man's face can now be seen and it's Steve Sayors. He sits his popcorn and drink down and takes the camera and sets it up right behind the seats that Jonny and him will be siting in. We walk's around and sits down. Jonny picks up a small remote.
Steve Sayors
Ladies and gentlemen of the XWF viewing world, Jonny Rebel and I, Steve Sayors, are here tonight to review an XWF DVD. The DVD is of Matt Lennox's storied career. So, why don't we get started Jonny?
Rebel
Yeah, I'm ready. Popcorn, drink and nachos. YEAH baby!
Jonny hits a button and the lights dim down and the big screen comes to life.
Quote:Movie guy voice- Warning, the following film may be unsuitable for some younger audiences. Viewer discretion is adviced.
The black screen fades away to heavy metal blaring in the back ground and it is showing all sorts of highlights of Matt Lennox in various wrestling promotions. As the highlights are being played the music fades a little and Matt begins speaking.
Matt- When I was a child, all I wanted to do was wrestle. I grew up watching people like Bret Hart, Shawn Michaels, Mick Foley and Stone Cold. I saw many things that younger generations wish they could have saw. I saw the Montreal Screw Job, I saw Shawn Michaels come down from the rafters, I watched Undertaker throw Mankind off the hell in a cell.
The DVD is playing and Jonny and Steve watch. Every few seconds, a loud crunching sound can be heard, followed by a strong slurping sound.
Sayors
Um....you are being kind of loud Jonny......
Rebel
Oh....I'm sorry Steve. I didn't mean to mess up the ambiance of this experience. Excuse me.
The loud noises stop as the Lennox DVD plays. Steve is really into the story when all of a sudden......
Rebel
CRRRUUUUUNNNCCCHHHHHHHH!
Jonny has leaned right next to Steve's ear and took a big bite of the nachos. The crunch echo's through the theater and into Steve's ear. Jonny laughs as Steve is annoyed.
But the DVD goes on. Steve is enthralled and Jonny yawns every few minutes.
Rebel
ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ....................ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ................ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ..................ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ.............ZZZZZZZZZZZ.......
The sounds of Jonny snore can be heard through out the theater. Steve turns to Jonny, who is leaning back in the chair, with his legs up on the chair in front of him. There is popcorn all over the floor, and the nacho container is upside down on the chair next to Jonny. Steve shake's Jonny's arm.
Sayors
Jonny, wake up man. You are being paid by XWF to review this DVD and you're sleeping.
Jonny, suddenly wakened, almost falls out of his seat as he sits up straight.
Rebel
Oh shit, sorry Steve. I didn't mean to sleep through so much of the DVD.............
Steve rolls his eyes.
Sayors
Jonny, the DVD has only been on for 10 minutes.
Rebel
Really? 10 minutes? It seems like the DVD has been on for like two hours. This think is boring.
Sayors
Whatever. We can't even do a review of this because you couldn't last 10 minutes into the DVD. Jonny, just tell us what you though about the part of the Matt Lennox DVD that we did watch.
Rebel
OK. Lennox is boring. The guy has set the bar way to high for himself and I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but he isn't going to be the big name star he wants to be.
I honestly felt like I was having to watch a piece of crap like Gigli or Howard the Duck.
What I watched of Matt's DVD was almost as bad as Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance. Just like Nicolas Cage is a one trick actor, Lennox only has one thing going for him and that's his watching paint dry personality.
Matt, where are your so called insane ideas? I'm guessing that power bomb you took from the top ropes, through a table to the concrete floor did more than knock you out. It made you lose all excitement and any charisma you might have had.
Sayors
Wow, that was harsh. Well, what would you rate the DVD?
Rebel
Well, on a scale of 1 to 10, I would say a .5/10. The acting was horrid and the story was boring. If I had some dog shit, I would place it on the DVD and burn both of them together.
Sayors
Well, there you have XWF fans. .5/10 rating for The Story of Matt Lennox.
Rebel
We done here Steve? I've got shit to do man.
Before Steve can answer, Jonny walks out of the theater, leaving all of his trash. Steve attempts to clean up the mess as the scene fades.
