You hear music sounding from a distance. Into the view walked Alexandra Callaway and Mr. Satellite, seeming to be lost in the romantic moment the two were sharing. She smiles softly up at him. He looks down at her, with the look of an old soul, longing to be one with the person they love. Alexandra leans up and kisses his cheek as they walk. He smirks down looking at her as they make their way down towards the music. Standing together they listen as some young prodigy leads the orchestra. Alexandra’s hand slips down from being linked through his arm. She smiles brightly as she turns to look up at him. Their fingers entwine and he pulls her close, their skin touching. She goes to speak, but her voice catches in her throat. The burst of light radiating from their hands swirled around them, obviously, unnoticeable to those around them. His other hand rose to stroke her cheek. The two stood there in silence, the music playing softly. Across space and time, these two found each other. Soon she would have to break away from his side to face Stevie Tyler, Mystica and Angelus for the Xtreme Championship. But right here and now, she lost herself in his gaze, as she often did.

“This is a lovely night. I feel it’s going to be something magical that we will never forget.”

“I don't forget any moment I spend with you. They are far too valuable to forget.”

Suddenly something or someone watching them from a distance broke her gaze, what it or rather who it was was still a mystery to her even to Satty. She grabbed Satty’s hand and took off running across the grass, as the crescendo of the music rose. Alexandra ran to the bridge over the little river that ran through the park. As the music softened again, she crashed into the railing, Satty’s arm slipping around her before she fell over. She stood there, looking up at the sky, before turning to Satty with a smile. She linked her hand with his again, and moved to where she was in front of him, her back pressed against him. The music could still reach their ears, but they had total privacy. She leaned back against him as his arms wrapped around her. She felt safe there, in the arms of the man she loved. She laid her head back, looking up at him. That’s when the urge overtook her. She turned around to face him; he let her go for a split second before his arms were around her again. She placed her hands on either side of his face and leaned up to kiss him. The moments their lips met, the Perseid meteor shower, lit up the sky with a number of shooting stars. They were lost in their moment, at that time; nothing crossed her mind except him. No matches, none of the title shots. At that moment, nothing mattered to her, except him. They broke the kiss, foreheads resting against the others. That’s when Alexandra began to speak again.

“What happens when we have to be the ones to stand across that ring from each other?”

“We have the match that we deserve.” Satty smiled at her.

“People seem to think that you will change without your title. That you won’t be the same man that fell in love with me; they believe things will change between us.”

“What do you believe?”

“I believe that nothing will change. I know that what we feel is stronger than they could ever understand. They are merely human, with doubts and fears. I too am human, but the only thing I will never doubt is your feelings for me. I have no fears but one, that’s losing you. That is the greatest fear anyone will ever find when they look in my eyes. Losing you would crush everything there is left good inside of me. I would destroy me, from the inside, out.”

“I've been alive for over a thousand years. I've faced monsters, divine beings similar to angels or gods, several incarnates of what some might call the devil, multiple demons, thousands of peculiar entities, ghosts and a whole universe of creatures that definitely fall under the strange and unusual category. I've lived through plagues, hangings, drowning, incinerations and literally hundreds of other creative ways to die or be killed. I've triumphed over adversaries and failed. I know the darkness of madness and solitude...and I have reveled the joy of humanity at its best. Through it all I never thought I would encounter anyone like you and my only fear...the only moment I dread, is the day I lose you. The day that my love who thrives in the moonlight, decides she needs more than a silly old spaceman."

"I am always going to need you. You've changed my life in so many ways. I can't lose the way I feel when I am around you. Everything I am now, is because of you." She caught a glimpse of the meteors that shot across the sky over head. "Did we do that?"

He just smirked at her nodding his head. She gazed into his eyes, seeing them glow. They never seemed to do that with anyone else around; a part of her wondered if it was her. But then again, it couldn’t be just that, could it? She honestly didn’t need to know, curiousity about her spaceman got to her sometimes. However at this moment, focusing on her match wasn’t what she had in mind. With Satty in her life, with his love, she was stronger than she had ever been. She didn’t feel the need to mouth off at her opponents. Trash talking can only get you so far. It’s talent that gets you the gold. No matter how many times you call someone stupid, or say you can wrestle better than they do, it doesn’t come down to that. It comes down to being in the ring. In two days she would step into the ring with three other men, all of whom she seriously questioned their sanity. True her own little fairy tale, when told to a normal person, wouldn’t be believable. A new world was shown to her, she knew now, that anything was possible. But who was the strange man that was following them…
