Alignment (Face? Heel? Antihero?): Chaotic Neutral -- he's not face, he's not heel. He's not anti-hero. He's got a thousand likeable qualities that get overshadowed by his not so likeable ones.
Pic Base: Will Ramos
Backstory/Important Character Details: In his rookie years, you would have known Dickie as
THE GOOD GUY™. He was on the side of justice, the side of doing the right thing, the side of naivete that washes over their limelighted eyes. As this sport always seems to do to everyone upon their entrance and continuation in the feel, Dickie's morphed into more of the
THE UNDERDOG™, and that's where he feels most comfortable. He doesn't have a chip on his shoulder so much as he wants to prove his place and his standing against the people he's considered have left him behind for better things ahead. He's still fairly excited about life, always treats most people with kindness (unless you deserve otherwise), and he wants to be a positive influence in the sport. He has a desire to do the best, be a support for the people who love and support him, and build himself as a continual household name. However, his wrestling build is not the typical build, he doesn't exude "muscle-bound star power", and hell, if you look at him, he's probably not the first person you would consider as a former 3x World Champion. People doubt him, and that frustrates the ever loving shit out of him, especially with what he's accomplished. But he's ready. More than you know.
Strengths:
1.
DO OR DIE - Dickie knows that if you're gonna get anywhere, then you need to be willing to do whatever it takes to survive. Because of this, he's been trained to read moves before they happen, and try to scout out his opponent. Clearly, it's worked since he's taken out dudes who have 100 pounds of weight on him and he's maintained championships for over 150 days.
2.
AGILITY - Dickie is fast. He has to be to combat his lighter weight, and while his moves don't have the same amount of power behind them as, say, someone with major muscles, his fast flying moves are more than capable of putting down a wrestler.
3.
POSITIVISM - I honestly doubt there is anything that gets Dickie down, and that includes his resiliency. He could be exhausted and bleeding from everywhere, and he's going to pick himself up and still try to survive.
Weaknesses:
1.
WEIGHT CLASS - At 176 pounds, Dickie is one of the smaller male competitors of the sport. He has very little power behind his moves, and therefore, it takes more risk-related moves for him to capitalize.
2.
POSITIVISM - Listed as a strength, it also a two-fold weakness. He may be resilient, but he honestly believes everyone is an honorable person. He won't be focused on someone taking a cheap shot and it will take him by surprise. It'll take him time to get back on focusing on the match.
3.
TEMPERAMENTAL - When that switch is flicked, Dickie can turn from a person who tries to do his best to an absolute murderer. He doesn't care what he does, and that might turn some of the fans against him, but he can cause risk and harm to himself in these moments, not just the other person.
Entrance Theme Music (Provide YouTube link as well as name and version): “DEATHLIST” -- Code: Pandorum w/ GHØSTKID
Ring Entrance (PLEASE write one out for use in match/show writing):
The aggressive electronic riff opening of “DEATHLIST” by Code: Pandorum and GHØSTKID blares across the arena’s speaker system as the lights shut off entirely. The edges of the entryway flash the lime green color and the lights flicker and strobe on the stage as the opening continues to play, rhythmic and angry. As the lyrics whisper out "You're number one on my Deathlist", the lights die out entirely, and the arena is covered in darkness. As the music plays again, combined with the rest of the aggressive instruments, the lights on the stage turn on, casting Dickie Watson in the same green from the floor of the stage upwards, the lights from above strobing as before while he smirks. He takes a couple of steps forward into the limelight and looks around at the crowd before raising his arms out to the side. Dickie doesn’t waste time in heading for the ring. He crosses to one side around the apron, doing as he always has done and high-fiving a few select fans with a smile on his face, then doing the same to the opposite side, using both hands to do so. He then reaches upwards and grabs the rope, jumping up with both feet to the apron and propels himself over the top rope into the ring. He climbs the bottom one and raises a fist upwards as the crowd pops. As his music fades, he drops to the corner, pulls on the ropes to test them, and then squats down in the corner, waiting for the match to start.

Favorite Hardcore Attacks/Spots: Fast-Paced anything; Dickie has quite a bit of agility behind him due to his smaller stature. He likes moving quick, he likes pushing the limits, and he likes those show stopping moments where you ask yourself: "Jesus, is he going to kill himself today?!"
Additional Notes (What are some things that they would ALWAYS do? Or would NEVER do?):
Tendency to Cheat (Delete ALL that do NOT apply):
- [x] Never
Motivation to Compete (Delete ALL that do NOT apply):
- [x] Passion; they love wrestling
and don't care about winning or losing, just fighting.
- [x] Glory; they are obsessed with winning and will stop at nothing to avoid defeat.
- [x] Going for Gold;
all they care about
are title belts and winning them. They want to be the best.
- [x] FAMILIAL; Dickie's family, or who he has always considered his family, once left him in the trenches of his life to fend for himself -- he wants to prove that he is just as capable as the people he loves
CLARIFICATION ON STRIKES: Dickie wants to win. Who DOESN'T want to win? Losing beats him down and makes him feel worthless, but it's only temporary and he knows that. He wants to prove himself. And that happens by winning.
Favorite Weapon: Dickie is the younger sibling of an extremely brutal fighter – everything is a weapon.
