RussianRose Evgeni Medved sits below the dim yellow lights of the empty pub.The pub was over two centuries old but beautifully detailed with wood paneling wainscoting, elegantly making it's way half way up the drywall. The wood paneling was freshly painted white. It contrasted against the dark blue painted walls. Evgeni sat quietly perched up on a bar stool. His veiny, super human looking arms sprawl out across the shiny ivory colored marble bar top. His massive upper body covered in a black tank top.

Next to him his brother Alexei sits staring at the XWF highlights on the tv. An empty glass with a single ice cube in his hand. He raises a pointed finger in the air and signals for another round.

The barkeep brings out another glass of what looks to be a cognac or scotch with a couple more ice cubes in it and slides it across the bar. Alexei reaches over, trying his best not to get his black designer fitted suit dirty. He grabs the drink and swirls it around before taking a sip.

Alexei nudges his beast of a brother and encourages him to order a drink. The encouragement turns into a brotherly argument. But the heat quickly dies down when RussianRose finally gives in and orders a couple of shots. It seems the brothers both share the same trait of stubbornness.

Highlights of this past weeks Saturday Night Savage begins to play over one of the many TVs perched up on the wall. It catches the attention of both Medved brothers.

Atticus Black, Savage GM, appears on the screen. It's quite odd seeing him on any other programming other then Savage. But nonetheless his unique personality begins to shine.

This week on Savage we seen XWF's rising talent and top talent all packed into one show. It was phenomenal, I hope all fo you loved it as much as I did. 'Cause I absolutely adored it! The show opened with the self proclaimed 'Beast from the East' RussianRose facing off against Bilbo Blumpkinz.

RussianRose pounds back a shot as he watches on.

Medved controlled this matchup for the most part and ended it quickly with his devastating finisher, the St.Petersburg Slam. He's quickly becoming XWF'S hottest new star. He's hated by most, loved by few but his talent cannot be denied. You have to respect a fellow who has wrestled everywhere from his father's St. Petersburg gym to the Tokyo Superdome.

Alexei gives a quick glare and smirk towards his brother.

RussianRose has taken the XWF by storm in recent weeks. The news surrounding him and his family is undeniably something that the media simply won't let go of.

RussianRose takes his second shot and smacks the glass down on the bar. The wrestler has a minor fit of rage as he listens on.

I had the pleasure of meeting this lad for the first time this past weekend. Let me start by just saying he's quite larger in person then on the tele.

Atticus grins into the camera. His smile has an instant charm.

No but in all seriousness, he's got to be one of the toughest wrestlers I've seen in my career. That's why I think that Shooter Syn has quite a pair on'em. To walk up to RussianRose backstage and do what he did. I mean Shooter took a couple good shots, got cut open, but seemed to be smiling through it all AND holding his own.

Evgeni Medved gets up off his barstool and clenches an empty shot glass in his hand. Alexei pleads with the wrestler to calm down. RussianRose ignores his brother's objections and smashes the shot glass on the floor, smashing it into hundreds of pieces.

As GM of Savage it was great to have RussianRose on the show. He picked up his first XWF win and with authority. It was also great to have Shooter on, even though it was only backstage. But Saturday was so much more then just RussianRose's debut. Lot of action packed matches and what about that main eve-...

The barkeep, a tall slender man, looks over at the XWF wrestler and starts interrogating him over the broken shot glass. His gray hair shows his younger years, for the most part, are now behind him. He is obviously upset and he let's the mammoth Russian know it..

RussianRose is not having any of it. He grabs the barkeep by his shirt and pulls him across the bar. The barkeep tries to reach for something under the bar but Evgeni hits him with a violent headbutt causing his nose to burst with blood.

The barkeep is hurt. He seems out of it as blood streams down his face. Alexei realizes if he does not intervene the barkeep's life might be over as well as his brother's career.

RussianRose pulls his victim onto his side of the bar and hoists him onto his shoulder. Alexei tries to stop it...BANG... A power slam to the floor followed by a foot stomp to the head. The barkeep is lucky to be alive as Alexei tries to pull his brother away.

At the same time two large men come from the back, they seem to be kitchen staff.

Evgeni and Alexei lock eyes with the two men. It's obvious, they recognize the two brothers. It must be from tv, they are fans-or could they be aspiring wrestlers?

It doesn't matter to RussianRose at this point it seems like he doesn't want to have any witnesses to the assault of the North Manor Public House barkeep beating.

Once again Alexei has his brother's best interest in mind as he once again steps in. The manager tries to get in front of his aggressive approaching client. They exchange words in Russian as the two, frozen with fear, kitchen workers look on.

RussianRose steps over the Barkeeps bloody cadaver and then swats Alexei out of his path. The more fit of the two kitchen staff tries to rush at the pro wrestler but the highly trained and experienced Medved executes a scoop slam.

Alexei tries to step in for the last time. He explain's how this brutal beating can really hurt his brother's career and effect him being able to compete at Warfare this Wednesday night.

By this time the last kitchen worker has left the building without a trace. RussianRose finally voices his frustrations to his brother. He is pissed about his match at Warfare. He believes Red-X and Azrael aren't on his level. He doesn't think those two are even worthy to share the same wrestling ring with him. They symbolize everything that's wrong with the XWF. Now these two stiffs laying in front of them also symbolized something. They symbolized his Warfare opponents. Except these two right here will survive.

Alexei shakes his head but then cracks a smile. He explains to his brother that they should leave the pub before the authorities were called. Evgeni seems a bit irritated by his brother's initial smile but eventually agrees.

Alexei pulls out a handkerchief from inside his suit jacket and wipes off the bar top and the glasses they were drinking from. RussianRose steps over the two awaking pub workers towards the exit as his brother follows.
