The Many Ways To Break an Arm.
There needs to be a way that your arm is held in place with a specific amount of weight on it. Be careful not to subject your elbow to any unintended stress.
The life of a professional wrestler is a tough one. You are expected to out there, night in and night out, in various stages of injury even, and put on a show. You are nothing but an arm.....put down on the table....and the pressure is applied. How long will you hold up? How long can you keep the greatness going? Because god forbid, if you aren't great, you will never be anything.
Then, increase that weight. Just by about 10 pounds at a time.
The deck is continuously stacked. The entire purpose of this business is to fuck you long and hard before you can fuck them. Sometimes it is subtle. But even the smallest amount of added weight can cause stress. It may be insignificant, but trust me, you feel it.
30…40…50…100…200 lbs, or more. Sooner or later, you’ll hear a cracking noise. Don’t give up.
That is the key. You never give up. They are testing you. They want to see your will, your resiliance. They want to see how far you will go. How much weight are you willing to add, until you feel yourself breaking apart for the cause? It is up to you, of course. You can end it all, walk away, or you can continue to add weight until you hear the noise. The wrestling business is a funny thing.
It’s just a simple crack. Keep on adding weight until the desired level of “Brokenness” is achieved.
Nobody is perfect. Everyone is broken in some way or another. Sometimes, being broken is a good thing. Sometimes, you can never be fixed until you are truly broken. Until you feel that crack, you will never know how it feels to be mended. Sounds weird, but its oh so true.
What you’re looking for is called a ductile fracture. It’s like breaking a handful of spaghetti… Not all at once, but bending before breaking. This is the best way to break one’s own arm.
This is the ultimate achievement. This is what they want, but if you are smart, it is what you want as well. Break you down to build you back up. Depending on how bad they break you, it will depend on how you are remembered. Legend or faux.
Sure, you aren't going to enjoy yourself. Who would enjoy breaking their bones in such a slow, agonizing manner? But there is a pleasure in it. You need it. I promise you, you won't stop. You will reach that pain threshold where it actually feels good. Like the "Runners High"...there are certain endorphins that help the human body transform pain. It is a way of coping, honestly. The human body works in magical ways.
The most horrific thing you can think of can actually be a moment looked back upon as a joyous occasion, as long as that threshold has been met. It is like women who claim they orgasm during childbirth, which is known as one of the most painful things the human body can experience. It is that threshold that has been reached and the body taking over.
How far are you willing to go?
There are many different methods to become a star, many different ways to climb to the top.
Are you willing to test yourself in order to be the best?
There are many ways to break an arm.......
"Missa Kaye,
We have been in de ring a few times together now, haven't we? We know each otha now, know tendencies, know what each other wants to do inside dat ring. Chu know that I can break your arm any time I want. I know that chu es a tough hombre. I think we have dat mututal respect. Whether chu like Hanari or not, chico, chu has to respect him. I respect chu as well, but I am also a realest. I see chu es on a down-swing. I see de ebb and flow. Ned Kaye is no longer the Ned Kaye dat Hanari first step in de ring with. Oh no, chico. Hanari has come a long way. Ned Kaye has stayed de same.
That es why chu es no longer as successful, no longer a threat. Chu can't overcome and adapt, it es de same damn thing everytime wit chu. All someone need to do is watch a tape of Ned Kaye in de ring and they know how to beat chu, cuz chu es too damn predictable. There are many ways to break an arm, Ned, but only so many combo's chu can do off de top rope. Your high flying style may look flashy, but Ned, its too damn predictable. And chu can't help yaself......
Anything to make that girlish hair flow in de breeze eh?
This is de last Savage of 2019. I think et es safe to say that 2019 has been a good year for Hanari. Winning the TV title, the Tag Team title, being involved in some of de most exciting matches of de year and pushing top campeones here to de absolute limit. Just ask Mr. Santos about me.
But bragging aside, Ned, Hanari es just happy to be a part of this. Something special is brewing in XWF and to say Hanari es smack in de middle of it brings a smile to my Caribbean face. Chu and I were both part of that Hart Title match at de Pay Per View, chu took de pinfall, but we both brought it. Now we have to bring it again, and go out of 2019 with a bang.
Ned, before dis get blown out of proportion, let me just say dis. I respect chu. I respect chor effort, chor hustle, chor passion. That es why Hanari need to beat chu. If Hanari es going to be the force he wants to be in 2020, he needs to take the guys with names around here and.....well.....
to be honest.....
put dem on their ass. Kick their head off their shoulders and give them an option, tap out or go to the injured list with a compound fracture of the humerus.
It es going to suck for you, Ned, to start 2020 on de injured list. My advice? Give up. Tap. Save face. Nobody will judge you.
I sure won't.
Ned, let's be real here hermano. Chu need this. Chu need to beat me more than I need to beat chu. Chu was on quite de run for a while. Your name was everywhere. When I first got here, Ned Kaye was among the names I was told to watch for. Now, what has chu become? Just a someone. Just a face in the crowd. Your buzz wore off quicker than expensive liqour, and now you need to drink more to get it back.........Hanari has that buzz. Hanari has de flame, chu only have the smokey after-glow. Ned Kaye was dropped quicker than an anvil off de Grand Canyon.
Gravity es a puta, Ned.
But now that chu es back down to earth, Hanari sees chu es vulnerable. He sees blood in the water. He knows that because of the work I put in, a win over Hanari Carnes is considered a "good win". For me, a win over chu, Ned, is just another reason why Hanari es de face of the place in 2020. Chu need this, de pressure is on. Can chu hack it?
I guess dat is what we are going to see tomorrow night. There isn't as much of a spotlight on dis show because of the big budget promotion for Warfare dis week......so don't worry.....not as many people will see you tap out as chu may be thinking. I guess you can use it for motivation, chico. Dis can be your "Mini PPV". It can be your superbowl. It can be a true fiesta!
This match is no disqualifications. There are presents, a barbed wire tree. That means that Hanari gets to do whatever he wants to you before he breaks your arm. Talk about insult to injury! ANNNNNND.....oh chico....keep dis in mind........when Hanari locks in Viva la Republic! he does not need to break de hold........anything goes, ese.
This is going to be fun.
It is going to be brutal. There is going to be blood. You may even cry, Ned. But it es all okay. Muy bien.
Just remember dis....when Hanari es kicking de shit out of you, he is not de bad guy. Hanari is a good guy, but this is a game of survival Ned, and that is one thing I have been doing my entire life. I will no beat a dead horse here, chu all know my story. But chu should also know that Hanari never quit. He keeps getting up. He keeps coming at you.
There are many ways to break an arm, Ned, but only one way to beat Hanari Carnes.
Do chu have what it takes?
