I Just Don't Know Who I Want To Be Anymore

"...you can't just disappear like that, Kristen!"

The scene slowly fades in to see a rather irritated Erin going back and fourth with Kristen, the two stood in the middle of a room at the Mandalay Bay Resort.

Erin: Three weeks, Kristen. You take off, no calls, no texts, no anything. Do you know how worried I was?

Rather than giving Erin any real reply, Kristen continues to unpack a suitcase that she has firmly planted on the bed.

Erin: I mean, where did you even go?

Still not looking Erin in the eyes, Kristen continues to keep her attention on her unpacking but finally gives Erin a reply.

Kristen: I needed some time.

Erin: And you didn't think to tell me that? Hey Erin, I'm just taking off for three weeks, cya.

Kristen still refuses to look towards Erin, doing everything in her power to act like she's not even interested in anything she's saying.

Erin: Are you even listening to me? Earth to Kristen?

There's still no emotion shown by Kristen as she keeps her barrier up and continues on.

Erin: You need to pick yourself up, Kristen. All you've been doing these past few months is moping around, feeling sorry for yourself, believing you have a divined right to everything. Well guess what? You don't. Welcome to reality, Kristen. You have to actually work for the stuff you want, you have to earn it. Daddy can't buy you this success, you've got to stand on your own two feet and be strong and stop acting like a child.

Still Kristen keeps her head down, pulling out clothes from the suitcase as an irritated Erin seems to have finally come to the end of her temper.

Erin: LOOK AT ME KRISTEN!



Finally Kristen lifts her head up, a sad and emotional look written across her face. Not so much her classic manipulative one either, this time one that feels real, one that feels genuine, one that actually has meaning and belief behind it.

Erin: You're not yourself right now. I can see it. Where's that fire? Where's that self belief? You wrestle tomorrow, Kristen. Do you know what she said about you? She said she's the new hot thing on the block, you're just old news. You aren't on her level she said, Kristen. Do you know what else she said?

Now Erin takes a slight step forward, Kristen now looking straight on at her, eye to eye.

Erin: She said you're a worthless bitch.

The assistant of Kristen now takes a few more steps forward, standing right in front of Kristen.

Erin: Are you a worthless bitch, Kristen?

There's no response from Kristen as she continues to stare into the eyes of Erin.

Erin: Because the Kristen I know, she isn't a worthless bitch. She's QUEEN BITCH. She's the woman who takes whatever she wants. She's ruthless, she's conniving, she claws tooth and nail to get to where she wants to be and she doesn't let anything hold her back. The same Kristen that won those two chips. The same Kristen that rose to being, and these are your own words, the most important person in the world. That's the Kristen I know. So where is she? Because tomorrow night, when you're standing across the ring from that woman, she won't feel sorry for you. She won't hand you what you want. She'll be clawing tooth and nail to take everything you have and everything you want. So the question is Kristen, are you going to let her take everything or are you going to be the woman I know and love and show the world who you truly are?

The two stare into the eyes of each other as silence hits the air after a fired up speech from Erin. There's no response what so ever from Kristen, a blank expression on her face, staring into the eyes of Erin for one final brief moment before Erin turns and walks away, exiting out of the room into the bathroom. Kristen is left standing in the same spot, her eyes blinking one final time as she stares on, lost deep in her thoughts and giving nothing away.
