Tuesday, March 31, 2015 | 12:07 PM Local Time | The United Nations | New York City
Leaders the world over have showed up in droves to the United Nations building in New York City. All of them for their own reasons. Most out of sheer curiosity at just what exactly is going on in Germany? Why exactly, did the new regime in power in Germany, declare war on Poland? Who exactly makes up this Illuminatus Regime? Today many of these leaders will find out the answers to exactly what they have been asking among themselves and among their allies behind closed doors and hidden away from the prying eye of television cameras.
Publicly, many nations have and very likely, should detest what the Illuminatus is up to in Germany. Yet, similar to the dawn of time of human interaction on the planet, curiosity takes over. It's curiosity that drives the human race. Take the invention of the wheel for instance. It's widely credited as the first human invention. What drove the first human to chip stone away to make a nearly round device that would help take humans and goods from one place to another, a concept still in use today and a concept that will likely still be in use when the final human upon this planet draws his final breath? Curiosity. What has lead to basically every product human beings use on a daily basis? Curiosity. If not for human curiosity, the human race would still be carrying clubs and dragging their missus behind them by their hair. Science is nothing more than curiosity. It's what drives us all.
Today, curiosity is at its highest. Not over invention, but of man. Today, the world leaders have gathered, and much of the rest of it, watches with high interest.
â€Ladies and gentlemen,†starts out Ban Ki-moon, the South Korean Secretary General of the United Nations, â€we have gathered today to hear the peace agreement between Poland and Germany. It is not unprecedented for war to break out, in fact in my view it happens all too often. Often times, it is necessary, most times it is not.
“It is my belief, that the new power in Germany has used advanced weaponry and attacked a peaceful nation unprovoked. It is my belief that this is a warning sign of things to come. Twice before ion the worlds history, those in power in Germany have brought the world nearly to their knees with their wars and acts of aggression. It is my hope that I am wrong. Today we have a chance to hear both sides more as moderators than as judges.
“This Illuminatus Regime that has seized power in Germany is in the court of public opinion today. With that, I concede the floor to the President of Poland. Mr. President?â€
The Secretary General nods toward Poland's seat. The President nods back and stands up, preparing to speak â€Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen. Before we go into the surrender, I want to show you all exactly what the German leadership has been up to.
“First slide please,†says the President as the lights dim in the room and a large image of an unknown city in Poland is shown. Many buildings are on fire. Homes are destroyed. Giant holes are evident in many major buildings.
â€You can plainly see, the German regime has target civilian homes in their bombing of my nation. Next slide, please,†the President of Poland requests. The next slide shows another image of an unknown civilian airport, nearly completely destroyed. The control towers are ablaze and many of the commercial airliners have been targeted with missiles.
â€Here, ladies and gentlemen, a civilian airport. Completely unused by Poland's military. Blown to bits by the German regime,†he says before pausing. â€Next slide,†he requests. The next slide shows what looks to be some kind of prison camp. The camp is completely enclosed with razor wire on top of its fences. Inside the fences are hundreds of prisoners wearing white uniforms. Each with a crucifix stitched into the arm sleeves. The image receives a collective gasp from the nations leaders and whispered chatter among them.
The Polish President tries to speak, but is stopped by the increasingly loud chatter. Ban Ki-Moon, the United Nations Secretary General stands up and beats his gavel. â€I ask that you all please withhold your chatter so that the representative of Poland may continue,†he says, looking around the room as the chatter quiets.
â€Mr. President, please continue.â€
â€Thank you, Mr. Secretary General.
“I realize this image may shock you all.
“This. This may be the most disturbing image. This is not of Poland, but of Germany. My nations military intelligence satellites picked this image up a few weeks ago. It is reminiscent of World War Two and Hitler's Nazi regime!
“Prison camps! Designed for what purpose!? To cleanse the world of the Illuminatus Regime's enemies. That being the Catholic population!†concludes the President.
An aid steps forward, whispering into the Secretary Generals ear. Moments later, the aid retreats and Ban Ki-moon stands up at his seat, â€Ladies and gentlemen, its been told to me that we do indeed have the German Chancellor live via satellite,†he concludes as the image of Chancellor Asmodeus appears on the large screen in front of them.
Asmodeus – German Chancellor – Via Satellite |
â€Chancellor Asmodeus, I'm pleased that you could join us. Perhaps now you can answer these charges,†concludes the Secretary General.
â€And what charges might those be, Mr. Secretary?†Asmodeus asks.
â€During your absence, the Polish President has been showing us some very disturbing images,†the Secretary replies.
â€I have no doubt that Poland's President no doubt thought that I'd not come to defend myself. Defend my nation. Defend my actions. Please, Mr. Secretary, if you have a question, ask it. I have nothing to hide,†Asmodeus states with an air of confidence. Throughout Asmodeus' life, he's proven himself to be somewhat seminal. Whether he was giving a sermon to his parishioners when he was a Catholic Priest, or just delivering a rousing speech to his Illuminatus brethren, whether truth like the latter or lie like the former, he was always believed. It is his hope, that the world will see him in this manner as well.
â€Poland has shown as some images, Chancellor, images of the aftermath of your bombings of his nation,†the Secretary begins. â€These images, in our view, clearly demonstrate your intention to target Polish civilians as well as military targets. The image clearly shows your willingness to terrorize Poland into submission.â€
â€It is a war, Mr. Secretary,†states the German Chancellor. â€It's called collateral damage. That is not to say that the loss of civilian life is not regrettable, because it is. I'm not above admitting wrong doing. If I am wrong, I freely admit it.
“The image I'm seeing is one I believe was shown to you all at the United Nations and this is easily explained by faulty intelligence. My government was lead to believe that the Polish intelligence operatives we sought were holed up within those destroyed homes that you saw.
“We only came to know the truth that they were civilian homes a week after the bombing raid. Again, it was faulty intelligence and highly regrettable,†Asmodeus concludes.
â€You would have us believe that you are apologetic for bombing the civilian homes. Am I correct in that assumption, Chancellor?†the Secretary asks.
â€It is not our desire to be perceived as a terrorist regime, Mr. Secretary. I have already told you that I'm not above admitting wrong doing and that the bombing of those homes is regrettable. You will perceive that how you see fit.â€
â€And what of the bombing of a civilian airport, Chancellor? Are you going to have us believe that was faulty intelligence as well?†the Secretary asks.
â€No. That was deliberate. It is nothing new that in times of war, a nation would attack its enemies airports. If you are a civilian in a nation being ravaged by war, it is probably best not to try and fly. I regret any loss of civilian life that may have occurred, but this is war. Unnecessary death is inevitable.
“Mr. Secretary, the bombing of that airport, and all of the airports we destroyed were done strategically. If you are at war with a nation that has an air force, you must take out their options for getting their planes in the air. That's not a new tactic,†Asmodeus concludes.
â€Chancellor what of the prison camps?†asks the Secretary General.
â€I'm sorry?†Asmodeus says as he feigns ignorance in knowing anything about them.
â€Chancellor, Poland's representative has showed us satellite imagery of what looks to be a camp of some sort complete with armed guards, fences, razor wire, prisoners with the Christian crucifix on their uniforms,†the Secretary begins.
â€Forgive me Chancellor, but this has the entire world worried. As you know, during World War Two, similar camps were discovered. I don't believe we need to discuss history as I'm sure, we all know what those camps were about,†explains the Secretary.
â€Chancellor, I sincerely hope that the pattern of history and Germany is not repeating itself in the year Twenty Fifteen,†he concludes.
â€Mr. Secretary, I must apologize. When you referred to those camps as prison camps, I assure you I was dumbfounded. Those camps that we are employing, are called Protective Custody camps. Those within the camps are treated fairly. Fed well. We've even built churches for them so that they may continue the faith we detest so much.
“It is not a secret, Mr. Secretary, that my Illuminatus has a deep seeded hatred for the Catholic leadership. We have taken the Catholics of Germany into protective custody for their own good. During our short time here, we have discovered many millions of people sympathetic to our cause. We have no desire to see civilian Catholics harmed in any way. If the citizens sympathetic to our cause started harming Catholics in order to impress us, or endear themselves to us, it'd be extremely unfortunate.
“It is with this thought in mind, Mr. Secretary, that those camps were employed. They are merely to protect the civilian Catholics of my nation from coming to harm at the hands of some other citizens,†concludes the Chancellor.
Chatter begins within the chamber again and once again, the Secretary General is forced to pound the gavel. â€I feel that concludes my questioning, Chancellor, about the pictures shown to us by Poland's President.
“Of course that turns our attention to the reason we've gathered here today. To hear the agreement and to see to it that it is implemented. That is of course, the peace agreement between enemy nations, Germany and Poland,†says the Secretary. He turns his attention to Poland's President, â€Mr. President, you once again have the floor.â€
To be continued...
