The day is coming closer...

...and a couple of my opponents had things to say to me.

The master of minds is having mood swings coming up to our match.

He certainly is losing control over his own.

In any case, he promised that he'll walk away the victor, even though he himself said that he only has a twenty percent chance of winning.

The odds are against you.

Then again, the odds are against everyone.

But who's to say that we can't fight against those odds?

After all, opponents might even have a five percent, or even a one percent chance of winning.

The master needs to take every situation into account, after all.

And then we have Avery.

Censorship is just a fancy way of promoting ignorance, don't you know?

With age comes experience and wisdom, so they say.

It appears that wisdom is not at all on your side.

It also seems that you have to resort to others to make your points.

I guess he's proud enough to use other people's words against me, but he can't come up with his own if he was standing in front of a thesaurus.

Everyone else, on the other hand, has been strangely silent leading up to this match.

Is it because they're afraid?

Is it because they know they'll be outmatched?

Either way, they'll just be more casualties of the Hidden Order's regime.

Lila, the former secretary with a burned face is in a fetal position in her bedroom. Thanks to her boss' antics, she now has the firm belief that no one would hire her because of the way she looks. She has her face buried between her knees so the camera can't pick it up. Her cat is sitting right beside her, rubbing its head against her legs. Sounds of crying can be heard emitting from her as the cat just has a field day rubbing against her legs. The cat then stops what it's doing and meows at its owner. She lifts her head out of her legs, revealing her pink face with large red burn markings around her nose and her mouth. She pets the feline, making it purr out of delight. Lila cracks a small smile at this, relishing the thought that at least one person could appreciate her for what she is instead of what she looks like. Not a few seconds after the cat hops down from the bed, there is a small thunk on the glass window, as if someone threw a pebble at it or something.Out of curiosity, she opens the window and sees a bandaged man in front of her window. She panics a bit before bumping into Caleb, the high school student turned scout for the Hidden Order.

Caleb: Miss, relax, it's okay! They're on your side!

Lila backs away from the man by laying on her bed.

Lila: They're on my side?

Caleb: I know it sounds incredible, but you have to-

Lila: How could those bandaged misfits possibly be on my side?

Caleb: Miss, you just have to listen to-

Lila: I need to listen!? No, you need to listen! You broke into my house and expect me to side with these mummies, how is that sane?

Caleb: Miss-

Lila: I have no idea what's running through your head, but you need to clear it out before I clean it for you, got it?

Caleb: Lila, you need to calm down and listen to me!

Lila seems taken aback for a bit before coming back with any kind of response.

Lila: How... how do you know my name?

Caleb: The Hidden Order told me about you. They also told me about the incident with your boss at work. Well, at least the place you used to work.

Lila: What do you mean 'used to'?

Caleb: Let's face it, there's no way you'd go back to work for that company once your former boss threw coffee at your face.

Lila:...What do you mean 'former boss'? You didn't hurt him, did you?

Caleb: Oh God no. I can't kill a man worth a damn. He had a heart attack not too long after everyone's shift ended. They say he collapsed once the footage picked up footage of a bandaged man staring him dead in the eyes.

After being told that her boss is dead, she stands up from her bed and paces around her room for a bit. Caleb is unsure what to make of this, since she isn't showing any good or bad feedback to him.

Caleb: Are you okay there, miss? I know death can be a touchy subject, but-

Lila: Oh no, I'm fine. That's great news, fantastic even. It's just that I have no idea what to do now. I mean, my boss is dead and everyone from this point on is going to stare at my burned face no matter where I go. I don't think I can handle that as a secretary, let alone any other job that I can think of.

She covers her face again, this time out of frustration.

Lila: I have no idea what I'm supposed to do now. What am I going to do in my life now that I can't show my face anywhere anymore?

No one says anything for a good five seconds before the silence is broken.

Caleb: You know, they're looking for new recruits.

Lila: Those bandaged guys?

Caleb: Yeah, them. They're always looking for more people to join their faction.

Lila: Their name's the Hidden Order, right?

Caleb nods in affirmation.

Lila: I don't know... it just seems a little odd to join a group of people that dress up like mummies for the benefit of society. It just feels like they're hiding something, you know?

Caleb: I can assure you that they're not. It's not really ethical to keep secrets from everyone in the group. That and it's against the solemn vow.

Lila: The solemn vow?

Caleb: Personal messages and other important details are to be shared with the group so that everyone can come up with an effective solution. Basically, it encourages trust in the group and the courage to speak up when something isn't right.

Lila: I see...look, just give me time to think it over. Maybe then I'll be able to come up with an answer.

Caleb: Take as much time as you need.

With that, Caleb jumps down the opened window to meet up with the bandaged leader. He tells the stranger something that the microphones can't pick up. Not too long afterwards, they run off into the sunset, leaving Lila bewildered and confused. The scene then fades out.
